They also send notification in advance should there is a renovation going on so you can go out for a walk without getting disturbed.

As for the ambience, this place is very elegant and beautiful. I really love the mini panda plushies at the top of the elevator, it’s so cutee! My room is in the 18th floor, and I love the view. As someone who really likes city lights, it’s very fascinating to see the view from my room. The service here is great, they’re helpful, kind, understanding, and friendly. We love the room,the service,the staff and of course we love mr Nelson. He is really kind person. Make our stay more comfortable. Our room type is family room. We stay with 3 adult and 1 kids. The room is large for us. The bath tub and hot water really help us to relax after explore all day long. They did everyday cleaning and they give toothpaste. They serve free shuttle bus as well. And the hotel really near with 2 mtr station and bus station is right under the hotel. Thats the star point. They also can receipt tabao package before our arrival and can keep the luggage after we did check out. And there was a free room with big sofa for us to wait the flight after cekout. The price was good. If there any 10 star point i will give 11 star hihi. Thank you very much panda hotel

The hotel is also convenient because it has a mall from the ground floor and an access to the train station and bus station. They always clean our room everyday and gave us complete toiletries. The staff are so nice and hospitable, especially Sir Nelson from Panda Place (Tsue Wan) who assisted us from check in to check out. Definitely, recommended!

The rooms are quiet and peaceful, allowing for a calm and restful sleep with minimal noise from neighbors. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making guests feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their stay. Rooms include fridge, kettle with coffee/tea, wardrobe, safety deposit box, sofa bed, toiletries, and a wet-resistant tissue box. Housekeeping is professional and trustworthy,they tidy your room without disturbing your personal belongings. The hotel is close to bus stops, train stations, shops, restaurants, Disneyland, and Ngong Ping, and there are direct buses to and from the airport. Staff are friendly and accommodating, ironing boards are available on request, and towels are provided without extra charge. The value for money is excellent, the rooms are reasonably priced considering the amenities and service. After our family stay from January 9–12, 2026, my partner and I booked an extra night, which was unfortunately cancelled unjustly by Agoda. Nelson, the hotel ambassador, went above and beyond to help us, he offered a comfortable place to sit, complimentary drinks, and patiently assisted us while we tried to sort the booking. Unfortunately, Agoda did not provide any assistance, and the hotel was already fully booked, so we could not rebook a room. We are extremely grateful to Nelson and the Panda Hotel team for their professionalism, care, and thoughtfulness. We highly recommend Panda Hotel and will definitely return! -J.C. and family

- Navigate29647937477 (10/5): We enjoyed our stay at panda hotel! Napaka welcoming din nila sa ating mga pinoy - We had so much fun here! The staff are very accommodating! When we are waiting for our check-in time, they let us leave our baggage with them with full security. Panda hotel is a very nice place to stay because you have all the things you need just within your reach. A wonderful surprise we had was the basement store which had all the great deals for groceries!! There is also a direct entry and exit for the overpass which provides a 10 minute walk to tai wo hao station (my friend at the reception taught me it was pronounced as daí wò haó). Fast food is also within reach! The mcdonalds and KFC is just within a 5-minute walk. The rooms are also clean and well- organazied and room service is provided on your second day visit. If you want to travel to macau on your free day, panda hotel also provides you with the terminal you need to get to the hong kong-macau port via bus and coach. We had a one day trip to macau on our own and we still managed to get back to our hotel with little to no navigation because of how accessible it is to existing roads

He made the experience even better by being accommodating and easy to talk to, which really made me feel welcome. - caseylinej (10/5): Unforgettable HK experience with Panda Hotel. - I traveled to Hong Kong with my sisters and booked this hotel via Trip.com for affordable price. We stayed here for 3 nights. The room we had is Family Single Double room. It’s a room with a single and double bed. The room is clean and spacious and also have a couch, side table, swivel chair, desk, and mini fridge. Other than that, there are various shops, restaurants and a 7-eleven on the floors below the hotel. The hotel lobby on 3rd floor is connected to walkway to MTR Tsuen Wan station (Tsuen Wan Line) which is really convenient. It’s also a 10 min. walk to MTR Tai Wo Hau station (Tsuen Wan Line). The staff were also approachable and hospitable. They allowed us to have our luggage drop before check in and after check out. Thank you Panda Hotel.

The room and its services, the reception lobby and services, the cafeteria for veg meals, and the shuttle services were amazing, Mr Nelson, Hotel Ambassador extended his help before the departure to make our overall stay comfortable. Apart from hotel amenities, there is a mall at the ground floor and basement which helped us to buying eating and other stuff. Since the hotel is well connected to MTR and bus stop, we made multiple trips to different places.
- Cosmopolitan641965 (4/5): Good and bad experience - Location was okay. Located inside the mall, food and groceries are accessible good for families. However, the rooms are kinda dusty. Tables, lamps, carpet are dusty. We had a bad experience from our 1st night. The room was so cold, colder than the outside temp and we called for maintenance. It was 1am and the lady supervisor kept on shouting to open the room lights when she could have been more gentle cuz who shouts at 1am when you’re a staff. When they checked the AC temp, it was 12 degrees celsius! Imagine how cold that was and we have a baby. At first they offered more blanket. Of course we declined. Blanket will not do anything to lessen the cold. We insisted for a room change. They transferred us to another room. Before leaving, we saw a USED CONDOM under the side bed table. USED CONDOM!! So it is very obvious that they don’t clean the rooms properly. Carpets and not even vacuumed. They mainly focus only on changing bed sheets, towels and taking out the trash. Yes, this may be a budget hotel. But I’ve been to budget hotels with clean rooms. Never had a bad experience w budget hotels. I was actually expecting that Panda Hotel would be clean based on the reviews I’ve read. Nevertheless, we had a good experience with the services they offered like the free shuttle bus going in and out of the city. Nelson was helpful with the details, but i never saw him again in the next 3 days we stayed in the hotel.

- Sherrylle (8/5): Overall, our stay was very good. - We are thankful to the team for accommodating our request to put us in a suite room, although we paid extra, wherein I was wishing not to have additional charges since we booked 2 rooms. They also accommodated our request to provide a room with microwave and kitchen facilities. However, it was a bit of disappointment that the pool was closed for winter season, upon check-in. This should have been advertised before as we have considered Panda Hotel because pool was mentioned "opened" when we booked our rooms. So I wasn't really happy about that from Panda Hotel. The location of the hotel is nice, however, a bit chaotic especially when there's a lot of people, as it is in the Mall. The lift to the hotel lobby is serving all the guests - mall and hotel. What's nice about Panda Hotel is the airport transfer accessibility - the public bus stop A31 is just in the bottom of the building (going to the airport) and few meters away (from the airport). The Metro is about 800 to 1 meter away from the hotel (you would need to walk to the pathway or overpass to avoid crossings). Although the hotel is like 20mins away by metro from Mongkok, TST and disneyland. I just didn't like that the hotel wasnt really transparent about pool closures from Oct 1. 1st day of our stay - they didnt collect our food trash.

- Yuk (8/5): - Originally I was booked for 6 nights of stay, unfortunately we had to change the flight due to the typhoon problems that the hotel extended two more nights for the same room for us without any question. The shops and public transportation around the hotel are very convenient. Such as MTR station, coach to Macau or China as well as shopping malls. The staff services are excellent and polite. I definitely will book them again on my next visit.

- C (2/5): - This hotel was a huge disappointment. The staff was unhelpful and rude, particularly Kitty from reservations. She showed no professionalism or willingness to assist. Due to severe weather, both my United Airlines flight and train were canceled, and I submitted full documentation. Despite this, Kitty refused to make any exceptions or even offer partial assistance, citing the nonrefundable policy with no empathy for the circumstances. I understand policies, but when genuine emergencies happen, hotels that value their guests show some flexibility. Unfortunately, this property chose not to. I will not return and would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even basic customer service.

- 小瑜 (5/5): 一般般，房間設備的感受不是太好。 - 直達機場巴士很方便，就在酒店樓下，3樓酒店大廳可直接接行到天橋可直接走到大窩口港鐵，步行大約640公尺，10分鐘，挺方便的，酒店樓下有賣場，商城，非常熱鬧，服務人員都很和善，還可以寄存行李。 酒店屬於四星級，但是我們住的房型，浴室設備老舊，排水孔會積水，浴缸有裂痕，隔音也不是很完善，建議更新設施，沒有飲水機設備，沒有提供轉接頭服務，不知道酒店房型是否有區分等級，網路相片看起來都很舒適乾淨，我是在訂房網上訂購的，因為是優惠價所以是安排次等的房間嗎？

- Dong (8/5): Prima verblijf voor gezin van 4 - De locatie was prima, alles was op korte afstand beschikbaar. Faciliteiten zoals zwembad, fitness en shuttlebus was uitstekend. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wat we wat minder vonden was de badkamer. Deze is gedateerd en is wel toe aan een opfrisbeurt.

The only problem was when we were going to our room, the hallway going to our room had a smell. I'm not too certain of what smell was that. Staff were very friendly. The restaurants downstairs of Panda Hotel, specifically KFC. Very rude staffing, very unorganized. I know English was not their first language but at least maybe try to communicate properly. When we were ordering food because it was late at night and we were very hungry, we had to go to KFC because it was the only store that was open at the time. Staff were unorganized because no one can speak English. They are NOT professional when it comes to food service. They ever served us UNcooked rice. I was not very please with them.

Mould under rubber bath mat that was provided (before we even used it). But they did with what they could. Outside of the bathroom it was decent enough for the price. Size of rooms were very good. Could open up both suitcases on the floor comfortably. Staff really helpful and friendly.

- Rachel (10/5): Staffs were great and friendly - Allison was the MVP of our trip! Since we had a family room, one side of the room didn’t have good WiFi reception, signals dropped often. I talked to Allison at front desk, she immediately followed up for me and after putting a extender the signal was much better. Overall the hotel staffs including pool staffs were very courteous and friendly. I also appreciate the dehumidifier in the room - make the stay more pleasant in this weather. I understand it’s an older hotel so the room isn’t in the greatest condition but we overall had a comfortable stay.
