• ISSA (7/5): Rapport qualité / prix : Bon - La chambre est de bonne taille. Le déjeuner est copieux. L'emplacement est parfait, près des gares et du métro. Le coffre-fort ne fonctionne pas. Les rideaux se décrochent trop facilement.

The shower was terrible and the safe in our room didn't work we were offed to use one down at reception but thats not convenient and we didn't want to do that. We weren't offed anything from staff for the inconvenience.

La chambre était prévu pour 15h et qu’on attende avant c’est une chose mais après les 15h c’est abuser.

• Catherine (8/5): Hôtel parfait pour une étape pendant un voyage. - Hôtel bien situé par rapport à la Gare du Nord, idéal pour prendre l’Eurostar le lendemain matin. Chambre confortable, petit déjeuner parfait et surtout bon accueil à l’arrivée à l’hôtel.

Do lado da Gard du Nord que é a maior estação de Paris com partidas para todos os lugares, cidades e países. Muitas opções de restaurantes e supermercados próximos. Funcionários bem atenciosos. Somente o banheiro poderia receber uma melhoria. Box muito pequeno e acaba as vezes vazando água pra fora pois é aberto. Uma melhoria simples para retenção da água resolveria. Mas não foi nada que prejudicasse a experiência.

• Lauren (8/5): Great location! Friendly staff and cosy room :) - Close location to the main train station (Gare de Nord) hence easily accessible with luggage. Staff were friendly (all team members we came across) and offered to store our bags for the day no extra cost. Free coffee and water filling station in front lobby. Be prepared if taking the lift there is still a small flight of 6-8 steps to carry your luggage up.

• Hans-Joachim (2/5): S.o. - Nichts Bettwäsche war sehr schmutzig so dass wir komplette Bettwäsche austauschen mussten, war hygienisch eine Vollkatastrophe, ich habe in Erwägung gezogen in ein anderes Hotel zu wechseln. Duschtüren waren nur oben befestigt. Ventilator war vollkommen verdreckt. Doppelzimmer mit einem Nachttisch. Keine Sitzgelegenheiten für 2 Personen. Verdunkeln mit Vorhang war sehr schwach. Als Doppelzimmer viel zu klein. Aufzug hält nicht in jeder Etage, soll heißen, wieder eine halbe Etage nach unten gehen und das mit einem schweren Koffer für Rentner absolut nicht geeignet

• Ursula (9/5): Dieses Hotel würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. - Die Lage ist hervorragend. Vom Gare de l'Est ist man in 5 Minuten im Hotel. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und super hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5.Stock, natürlich mit Aufzug, es war sehr ruhig und die Aussicht auf die Dächer und die Häuser gegenüber hat uns wirklich gut gefallen, Pariser Romantik. Das Zimmer war neu renoviert, sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr sehr gut (hatten da in Frankreich oft Probleme), tolle Matratze, 2 schöne dicke Kopfkissen und, es war leider sehr kalt zu der Zeit, eine warme Bettdecke. Auch das Zimmer war warm. Im Zimmer war ein Wasserkocher und man konnte sich Kaffe und Tee machen. Auch bei der Rezeption gibt es kostenlos Kaffee, Tee, frische Croissants, Sprudel oder stilles Wasser. Sehr praktisch ist der Raum in dem man das Gepäck kostenlos deponieren kann. So kann man vor dem Einchecken und nach dem Auschecken einen Stadtbummel machen. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, es sah durch die Tür aber sehr gut und reichhaltig aus. In direkter Umgebung gibt es kleine Supermärkte, eine Markthalle und natürlich Cafes. Und sehr schöne Wandbilder/Streetart gleich 2 Häuser weiter.

• Sara (9/5): - Wir wurden von dem Mitarbeiter Yassir sehr freundlich empfangen und umfassend informiert. Bei Fragen stand er uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Es wurde schnell und zuverlässig geholfen und immer eine Lösung gefunden. Das Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt und liegt in der Nähe des Gare de l’Est, sodass man mit der Metro alles gut erreichen kann. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
• Christine (5/5): - Super Lage und super nettes Personal Gutes Bett Bad stinkt sehr nach Gulli. Hof sehr hallend und leider feierten dort andere Gäste laut Geburtstag!!! Das dürfte nicht zugelassen werden, denn es ist Wahnsinn laut. Zimmer brauchen dringend Renovierung.

Lage nah zum Ostbahnhof Am ersten Tag war das Frühstück sehr lecker,dann hat das Servicepersonal gewechselt und es war gleich leer,das Brot erst trocken...die Wurst an den Rändern trocken... mindestens 5 Dinge gab es gar nicht mehr. Es wurde kaum nachgelegt.zuviel Leute Zuwenig Sitzplätze . An einer Seite vom Bett war kein Nachtisch...es müsste alles auf den Boden gelegt werden.

• Adrian Funk (5/5): - Das Hotelpersonal war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Im Hotel gab es kostenlosen Kaffee/Tee und Wasser sowie kleine Snacks. Angenehm ist auch die kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung für den Anreise-/ und Abreisetag. Leider hat unser Aufenthalt die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht ausreichend gereinigt – insbesondere im Bad waren noch deutliche Rückstände bzw. Spuren der vorherigen Gäste erkennbar. Auch während des Aufenthalts hat sich dies nicht geändert. Zudem wirkte das Zimmer insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig und war sehr hellhörig. Auch das Frühstück konnte uns nicht überzeugen. Der Frühstücksraum war deutlich zu klein dimensioniert, sodass nicht alle Gäste gleichzeitig Platz fanden – insbesondere, da die Terrasse aufgrund des Regens nicht genutzt werden konnte. Darüber hinaus fiel die Auswahl am Buffet im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels eher begrenzt aus.
• Frank (8/5): - Hotel ist zentral, trotzdem war mein Zimmer einigermaßen ruhig. (Allerdings weiß ich nicht, wie es im Sommer aussieht, wenn vielleicht mehr Leute im Innenhof sitzen.) Bett war sehr bequem. Kleine kostenlose Süßigkeiten- und Getränkebar am Empfang als nette Aufmerksamkeit. Fernseher nur französische Sender. Fahrstuhl hält immer auf der halben Etage. => Einige Stufen zu Fuß. (Für mich kein Problem, aber für andere vielleicht.)

The photos did not reflect the current state of the bedroom, the bathroom smelled humid, the curtains were dirty and the floor was quite uneven. Not sound proof and the facilities outside the bedroom were old and a bit dirty, mainly the carpets.

No último dia apareceu um rato no meu quarto , prontamente nos trocaram de quarto , mas sentimos que era algo comum de acontecer . O box do banheiro vai até a metade , então quando você toma banho , a água escorre para todo banheiro .

• Thomi (2/5): Απαράδεκτη! - Πέντε διανυκτερεύσεις στο δωμάτιο και δεν μας άλλαξαν καμία μέρα τα σεντόνια, θέλαμε να μας αλλάζουν πετσέτες και μια μέρα μας άφησαν χωρίς καθόλου πετσέτες, οι τοίχοι ήταν βρώμικοι, η πόρτα του μπάνιου γεμάτη μαυρίλα, παντού υπήρχε σκόνη. Δεν υπήρχε ψυγείο ούτε για νερό αλλά αυτό μπορεί να ήταν δική μας παράληψη. Δεν υπήρχε στο δωμάτιο δεύτερος καθρέφτης πέρα από έναν μικρό στο μπάνιο, ήταν εξαιρετικά μικρό δωμάτιο. Πέρα από αυτά η ντουλάπα ήταν ανοιχτή (δεν είχε πόρτα) και επίσης γεμάτη σκόνη κάτω και στα ράφια της. Το χαρτί της τουαλέτας την πρώτη μέρα που πήγαμε ήταν ξεκινημένο.

The size of the room, Breakfast in the morning gets really busy and I feel it's understaffed when food has to be replenished there is only one staff who gets under the pump.

Every morning we had to get dressed and go to the lobby to use the coffee machine instead of just having it in the room.

• Laura (5/5): War okay - Die Lage war toll. Wir hatten einen Supermarkt, Bäckereien und die Öffis in der Nähe. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer im allgemeine waren renovierungsbedürftig. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber. Überall lag Staub, es lag ein Pflaster von unseren Vorgängern herum und Haare von den Putzkräften. Am letzten Abend wurden einfach unsere Handtücher mitgenommen und keine neuen mehr zur Verfügung gestellt. Mussten dann zur Rezeption welche holen. Ebenso Klopapier, war aus und wurde nicht nachgefüllt

• Delphine (8/5): Séjour très agréable, hôtel propre avec une offre de services appréciable, nous reviendrons - Chambre propre et spacieuse avec des lits très confortables. Petit déjeuner très complet, très jolie buffet On est tombé sur un groupe de jeunes qui sautait dans leur chambre au-dessus de la notre à 22h45. Ils nous ont réveillés.
