• Murat (6/5): a small place to stay overnight - wonderful location. Paddington is a peaceful place and is a center for transportation. Hotel is very close to attractions by bus, cube, train or even walk (near to Hyde Park). With Elizabeth Line, arrival from airport is very easy. There are nice restaurants nearby for dinner and breakfast. rooms are very small that abuse comfort. It is not a big deal for us but the room we've accommodated is ideal for 1 person not 3.

• Sophie (6/5): War okay. Nicht nochmal - Das Hotel liegt wenige Minuten von Bahnhof Paddington und Lancester Gate ertfernt. Die Anbindung ist wirklich sehr gut und die „typischen“ Touristenziele sind somit schnell erreichbar Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein was für kürzere Aufenthalte geht. Wir waren zu dritt auf viel zu kleinem Raum, wir konnten nicht mal drei Koffer gleichzeitig öffnen und auch 3 Handtücher waren schwer zu trocken. Desweiteren gab es keine Steckdose im Bad. Wir mussten uns ein Verlängerungskabel kaufen, um es vom Schlafzimmer ins Bad zu legen. Die Rezeption hatte keines und schien auch nicht genau zu wissen, ob es im Bad Steckdosen gibt?! Für Menschen mit schüchterner Blase - die Bad“tür“ hat Milchglas
• Khaleeqa (5/5): it was good - good location and 24 hour check in which is ideal. reception staff were nice to me despite bad reviews. why are house keeping knocking on my door 20 minutes before check out asking me if they can clean? please check the check out schedules to see who is leaving and who isn't. and then on top of that, when i told her to not come in because I was getting ready to leave, i can hear her trying to open my door!! she pressed her keycard multiple times. Thank god I locked the door from the inside. insane invasion of privacy.

• AA (9/5): Perfect Location for Visiting London - Location!!! Very close to Paddington Station & easy to access the Underground & Elizabeth Line for London Heathrow Airport. Surrounded by multiple restaurants & cafés. Hyde Park just down the road. Room was clean & comfortable. Even after hanging the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door before heading out, somebody had visited my room & left their card in with the TV & lights on & bathroom door open. I found this when I returned to my room in the middle of the day. I kind of think that was not professional. I was checking out the next day & did not require housekeeping, so I had made sure to hang the DND sign. Unable to trust.

• Eliana Agata (8/5): Nel cuore di Paddington - La posizione è ottima, la struttura è vicina alle fermate di vari mezzi. La colazione è varia. La pulizia e le dimensioni della stanza sono buone. Nella stanza è da migliorare la pulizia della moquette, che in alcuni punti era macchiata. All'ingresso della stanza sentivamo a volte un odore sgradevole, come se provenisse dalle tubature. L'ascensore non funzionava e ci trovavamo al quarto piano; niente di impossibile ma a volte avremmo gradito utilizzare l'ascensore.

• Lisa (9/5): Great stay, great location. Would stay again. - Hotel was very clean and in a great location. Two UG stations within 5 minutes walk so perfect for getting around. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were on floor 4 but room was far too hot. The radiator would not turn off fully and the room was boiling. We did have a fan which helped a little but still too hot. This was April so will only be worse in the height of summer.

Nel bagno non ci entravamo neppure in due, e c’era a stento lo spazio per mettere due zainetti a terra! Da quello che ho capito molti hotel sono così a Londra, però mi sarebbe piaciuto saperlo prima ecco! Nella prenotazione non si parlava di queste misure così striminzite!

• Andrey (1/5): - When I went to bed, I noticed that the small but bright fire alarm lights were flashing every minute. It’s keeping me awake. I told the receptionist about the problem and showed her what was happening. She said there was nothing she could do and that the alarms were apparently flashing in all the rooms. I think she’s wrong. More likely, the lights are flashing to indicate that the batteries have run out. Either way, it’s unacceptable. If this is the case in all rooms, you shouldn’t stay at this hotel. If they don’t notice the problem in a single room, it means the staff aren’t trained to deal with such issues. The main thing you need from a hotel is a place to sleep. If you can’t sleep, nothing else matters.

• Philip (8/5): Great hotel for the price - This hotel is in a good location close to Paddington Station. We were given extra coffee capsules when requested. Staff were all helpful. Cases could be left at the hotel whilst we went out for the day. Excellent price. Our rooms were very small with not much space to get around the beds but this is often the case in London. Shower door was not connected properly but we reported this.

Lage super, man geht 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof Paddingten zur Unterkunft. Duschgel etc. waren vorhanden, Nespresso-Maschine, Wasserkocher sehr sauber und kalkfrei. Wir sind mit Baby angereist, leider wurde unsere Bitte bzgl. eines bestimmten Zimmers nicht berücksichtigt, wir wohnten im Souterrain ohne Lift, Stiegen unheimlich steil und eng, mit Koffer und Baby sehr schwierig zu gestalten.

• Justyna (9/5): Pobyt udany, myślę, że może jeszcze tam kiedyś wrócimy. - Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, blisko parku, dworca kolejowego, autobusów i metra, a tak naprawdę przy ładnej pogodzie spacerem można dojść do Buckingham Palace czy London Eye (do godziny max.przez parki, wzdłuż rzeki). Hotelik typowy angielski, dużo schodów, małe pokoje, ale taka jest specyfika tych hotelików. Bardzo czysto, przemiła obsługa i w porządku śniadania (nie są typowo angielskie). Winda jest, ale nie działała.

• Jens (9/5): Gute Lage, ruhig, sauber und insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert - Kleines, sehr feines Hotel. Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, frisch - d.h. 2025 - renoviert. Anmerkungen unsererseits wie zusätzliche Bettwäsche oder die Reklamation eines defekten Fönes wurden schnell und freundlich angenommen und ausgeführt. Das kontinentale Frühstück ist gut, ab 09:00 Uhr war manches vom Buffet leider nicht mehr verfügbar und wurde auch nicht ergänzt. Für den Preis von £10 aber sehr gut. Ruhige Lage und zwei Tube Stationen in kurzer Entfernung zu Fuß erreichbar. Paddington Station 2 min entfernt. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen Der Lift ist wohl schon länger kaputt, leider kein Hinweis bei der Buchung. Zimmer sind natürlich klein, aber das weiß man ja vorher :) sonst wirklich nix zu meckern.

Elevator did not work during our stay and dragging the luggage up the narrow, winding stairs was something we did not expect. During the daylight hours the rooms became pretty hot. No mini bar / fridge in room.

• Knud (8/5): Wonderfully clean and cosy hotel - A wonderfully clean and cosy hotel in an unbeatable location. The breakfast is delicious, and being just steps from Hyde Park and Paddington Station makes exploring the city effortless. A fantastic choice for a short stay. -
