- Despoina (7/5): Comfortable stay - Our stay was comfortable. The bed was big and we were satisfied with how clean it was. The stuff was friendly and the price was great. The location was also great cause it was right next to the metro! The bathroom has no drain on the floor so if water from the shower falls it has nowhere to go. The nightstands are too small.

This hotel was located in a very convenient place, lots of connections around including bus stop just 2 min walk away. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. They let me extend my check out for some time as I wanted to see the city in the morning of the day I was leaving. Totally recommend!

The room was clean, The hotel's central location made it convenient to visit all the top attractions in the area. While everything was excellent during my stay, I would suggest adding more variety to the room service menu for guests who prefer dining in. - Verified traveler (4/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut, leider wurden wir von dem Service und der Sauberkeit im Hotel sehr enttäuscht, die Zimmer waren nicht sauber und auf dem Bett waren Haare. Nachdem wir das Zimmer getauscht haben war es ebenfalls nicht sauber! Die Zimmer wurden nicht sauber gemacht jediglich nur unser Bett. Mal wurde Handtücher vergessen mal Toilettenpapier. Also die Sauberkeit und Service war sehr schlecht aber die Lage ist sehr sehr Zentral für Istanbul.

Staff was limited. Area was extremely crowded and noisy. I would give this property a two star rating. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean.
