- atsuko (8/5): 場所は良し。ほとんどのスタッフは感じ良い。冷房が効きすぎ。 - 朝食は美味しかったけれど、スコーンが美味しいのに気がつき、最終日にお皿に取って食べようとしていたら わざわざ女性スタッフが来て「お持ち帰りはやめてください」と言われてびっくり。まるで泥棒？扱い。 美味しいから２個盛りしていたら、文句が来るなんて、すごく失礼でこれだけでもう泊まりたくたくなくなりました 到着した日にマッサージに行きたいと近場のお店を紹介してもらったけれど、あまりにも下手すぎて、日本でやってもらう方が遥かに気持ちよかった。マッサージ師の個々の差はあるにしても、下手にも程がある。少しは下調べしてください。

- Bee Leng (10/5): - Excellent Location. Excellent Front desk and Concierge service. Scott from concierge is especially attentive in helping with getting us taxis and advising the driver of our destination. Zhongshan where hotel is located is convenient and tree lined. Wifi is strong and reliable. The Premium Double room is clean and quiet. Lunch at its Nakayama Japanese restaurant is highly recommended - We had its set lunch and is reasonably priced and fresh. - Takeo (7/5): 立地が良く安心して泊まれる日系ホテル - 地下鉄中山駅から徒歩数分で立地が良い。スッタフは皆日本語が話せて英語、中国語が得意でない日本人も安心して泊まれる。 クラブラウンジが地下で狭く、食べ物も少ない。国際的なホテルチェーンのクラブラウンジに比べて見劣りがする。

- MIYAZAWA (10/5): 期待以上に快適で、ぜひまた泊まりたいです - 松山空港、中山駅からのアクセスの良さ 部屋が広く綺麗で、バスタブと洗い場が分かれていること 強いて言えばですが、作り付けの引き出しから気になる匂いがして（おそらく接着剤？）ました。引き出しを開けなければ問題なかったです。

- Eunice (8/5): - Room was alright, was comfortable and service was great. Size was also decent. Hygiene and cleanliness was great. Water temperature in the shower was not consistent - would suddenly be very hot, then very cold immediately after. Was a bit inconvenient that the toilet only had a tub, without a shower area. Would not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
