- janina (5/5): - No me gustó que cuando reservé si bien en la página decían aceptaba mascotas,me dijeron no era asi. Luego trataron de solucionarlo pero me dieron 2 días en el.lugar que habia reservado pero luego teníamos que cambiarnos para otra cabaña. Todo esto implica una molestia ya que tuvimos que levatarnos temprano salir y esperar nos alisten la proxima cabaña. En la primera cabaña si bien dicen tenes donde aparcar pero era afuera en plena calle,no adentro de instalaciones .

- Horacio (8/5): - La visita del departamento donde nos alojamoses tenía vista al lago ! Poca iluminación al ingreso y patio en el estacionamiento.

- Daniel (7/5): Aceptable - El lugar está bien ubicado cómodo para estacionar. Los departamentos son agradables y tienen todo lo necesario excepto a/a o ventiladores (no se ofrecen en la publicación). Las dos chicas que nos atendieron en recepción Muy Bien. Solucionaron un problema muy rápido. Por una cuestión de pasajeros , éramos una pareja, elegimos lo que llaman Torre o castillo. Al llegar de noche nos encontramos con una escalera sin luz y muy empinada. El ambiente en sí agradable , el baño muy chico y el acceso y bajada a la habitación muy incómodo y peligroso. Quizás las fotos no daban una real magnitud de ese acceso. Al manifestar la problemática la recepcionista nocturna no reubico por una noche (hab 5) y al otro día no ubicaron definitivamente en el 3 pagando un pequeño plus por la diferencia de espacio (es más grande) como era logico. Finalmente la estancia fue satisfactoria.

- Georgina (7/5): - Die Aussicht war super. Für den Preis ist es okay! Die Treppen hoch zu der Cabana sind sehr steil - nur was für fitte Personen. Der Check in ist an einem anderen Ort, was man uns vorher nicht mitgeteilt hat und es dadurch zu Verwirrung kam und wir den anderen Ort erst suchen mussten. Personal konnte kein Wort Englisch, was für uns okay war weil wir ein bisschen Spanisch können aber für andere könnte es ein Problem werden.
- Maru (10/5): Hermosa experiencia, 2da vez que los visitamos y lo volveríamos a elegir - Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos y sinceramente valió mucho la pena. Personal super amable el muchacho de recepción super dispuesto a nuestras inquietudes. Nos dejaron usar el quincho cosa que tambien valoro mucho. ubicación expecional, calefacción ideal para dias de mucho frio. Sin dudas los volvería a elegir! Si tengo que decir algo ( aunque para nosotros no fue un problema) que el estacionamiento estuviera numerado por cabañas, para que sea mas ordenado y no tener que estar molestando a los demás, y en el baño habia shampoo y jabón líquido, no contaba con acondicionar pero repito no fue un problema ni nada que nos moleste.
- Tânia (1/5): Péssima experiência, passamos frio - A localização e ponto de onibus na frente Fiquei na La Fontana Cabana e infelizmente a experiência deixou a desejar. Não houve orientação clara sobre onde pegar a chave, que estava fora da estadia, o que já gerou transtorno na chegada. A cabana não tinha aquecimento, passamos frio durante a noite e as cobertas eram muito finas. Além disso, o lençol estava sujo, o que foi bastante desagradável. Outro ponto negativo foi que a responsável tentou nos vender um quarto por 10 dólares a mais sem explicar claramente o motivo dessa cobrança, o que nos passou a impressão de falta de transparência.
