- Carlos (9/5): En general me gusto, podria volver sin problema, pero si me gustaría que tengan microndas. - Me encanto el lugar, que tuviera ascensor, el anfitrion muy pendiente a mi llegada, el lugar muy bonito y la cama super comoda que es lo que busco siempre. Note un poco sucio junto al frigobar en la parte de abajo, se ve que cuando lo limpian no lo mueven y me hizo falta un horno de microondas. La primera noche cuando llegamos no habia luz en la calle del alojamiento y me senti algo inseguro.

- Julia (6/5): - The rooms were nice and very clean. The beds were comfortable. I was under the impression that this would be a private space with the three rooms rented. However, this space is 2 apartments, with two separate entrances, with one shared kitchen. My family was divided between two apartments which was awkward. We like to stay up late talking and enjoying each other's company since we have such little time together, so having other guests around was not for us. The lock systems on the doors take extra steps and didn't work the last days we were there. We would have preferred keys or fobs like prior residences. Their city tax is also 5 euro which is higher than all of the other rentals we've had which were 2 euro per person per day. No dish towels, paper towels or dish clothes for the kitchen. Coffee availabilty was hit or miss.

Mi è piaciuto l'uso della tecnologia e di una webapp per aprire tutte le porte. Camera accogliente moderna e nuova con balconcino, tv smart e bagno con tutti i confort e silenziosa. WiFi velocissimo e TV smart bella grande. A 2 passi dalla fermata della metro e vicinissima a tutte le altre necessità. Il lavabo e il miscelatore. Sarebbe stato meglio un miscelatore normale e basso perché si rischia di spruzzare acqua e bagnarsi.

- Andrea (7/5): - La posizione è ottima per chi è interessato a soggiornare nella zona di Cinecittà e del Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia. Inoltre, la struttura è a due passi dalla fermata Subaugusta della Metro A, dalla quale si arriva in centro in poco più di 20 minuti tramite metropolitana. In zona ci sono molte opzioni per mangiare. Per quel che riguarda il locale, la camera e il bagno (privato) sono confortevoli, con un design accattivante. Il letto è comodo. I sanitari sono nuovi. Tutto quello che c'è in camera e in bagno funziona bene. La pulizia è accurata e viene fatta tutti i giorni. L'interfaccia di prenotazione è fuorviante riguardo alla colazione. Anche se la struttura non è registrata come Bed&Breakfast, al momento della prenotazione su Booking (e anche in un'interfaccia successiva, fornita dai gestori) c'è l'opzione di prenotare le colazioni, anche per singoli giorni, a 3.50 euro l'una. Credo che chiunque si aspetterebbe, nel caso, di consumare la colazione presso la struttura. Invece, si scopre in seguito che i 3.50 euro servono per pagare un coupon valido per una colazione presso un bar vicino (dove, peraltro, si mangia bene). Fino a qui, poco male, ma si tratta comunque di un tempo aggiuntivo da calcolare al mattino, il cui impatto dipende dagli impegni del visitatore. Ma il coupon, pagato 3.50 euro, vale una colazione da 3 euro presso il bar! Non ha quindi nessun senso acquistare i coupon e, anzi, ci si rimette: basta pagare direttamente al bar e si spende DI MENO per la stessa colazione. Pertanto, la colazione non è da considerarsi inclusa o fornita dalla struttura, e l'opzione di "prenotarla" dovrebbe essere semplicemente rimossa.

В номері є все, що представлено на фотографіях і для короткої подорожі - місце чудове. Після прогулянки містом - це гарний варіант тихого району, щоб відпочити!) При бронюванні ми зазначали, що потрібно два окремих ліжка, однак при прибутті (в нас було достатньо пізнє заселення) нас очікувало одне ліжко. Я вдячна, що це питання вирішили на наступний день :) Окрім цього, як на мене, то дивно залишати гроші (податковий збір) просто на столику в кімнаті і фотографувати їх. Це питання збереження матеріальних цінностей і, в разі чого, невідомо, як вирішувати питання, якщо ці гроші не буде знайдено на зазначеному місці. Також, я вважаю, що слід оновити інструкцію щодо входу в будинок, або постійно перевіряти коректність її роботи, оскільки двічі ми зіштовхнулись із тим, що вона не спрацьовувала. І можна було це вирішити лише набравши власників житла.

- DANIELE (9/5): Guesthouse pulita, curata e dotata di tutto il necessario! Vicina alla metro e a tanti negozi - Pulito, curato, comodo, dotato di tutto il necessario. Anche le procedure di check in, una volta provate, risultano pratiche e sicure. La posizione è vicinissima alla metro e intorno vi sono supermercati e negozi di vario genere La nostra camera confinava con un’altra situata nell’ala opposta della guesthouse. Gli ospiti di quella stanza chiacchieravano fino alle due o tre del mattino, e le pareti erano così sottili che sembrava di averli accanto al letto. Non gridavano, semplicemente parlavano...mi è persino dispiaciuto dover bussare al muro per chiedere un po’ di silenzio. A mio avviso, questo rappresenta un aspetto piuttosto negativo che incide sul comfort del soggiorno. Per il resto, nelle camere della stessa ala, adiacenti alla nostra, erano presenti altri ospiti, ma la convivenza è stata assolutamente tranquilla e priva di problemi di questo tipo

- BENNO (8/5): - The location is near Metro Station SubAugusta which can direct to termini st. The room is quite clean. Ok the first night, they collect tourst tax €20 for 2 person for 2 nights. On the second night they ask again for €10. But then cancelled since I’ve informed they i’ve paid €20 for tourist tax. Make me confused. S it €20 or €10 to be paid?
- Robert (10/5): RHC Review - We liked everything. The owner just gives you clear indication on how to reach the location, how to get inside and everything that you might request, whenever you text. The building was not so pleasing when you arrive but the apartments are spotless, one of a few of this kind that we found on this platform. For the price paid is the best you can get. It's 1 minute of walking from Subaugusta station on line A so you can reach any touristic location from here. It'salso 5 minutes of walking from 520 bus line that gets you to Ciampino airport so another plus. The room and bathroom is spotless clean, the service it's amazing cleaning your room almost daily, just hotel treatment. We will come back here for sure. -

Diffidare sempre. - Stanza abbastanza nuova l'Host non è stato affatto corretto e successivamente, non è stato altresì chiaro nel fornire spiegazioni in merito alle problematiche sorte con la camera assegnata che non era quella vista sul sito (alla prenotazione era l'unica disponibile/pubblicata)

- Kurt (6/5): Nice place to stay for work but greater host involvement would make everything so much better - Clean, comfortable room in an unpretentious part of Rome where I guess normal working Roman people live - a scruffy but safe and friendly area. The host’s service, or rather the lack of! The access instructions were confusing as there was lots of information, most of which wasn’t needed: the photos (in the right order) and the single access code are all that are required. And the need to leave the city tax in cash in the room and send a photo to the host at the start of the stay was bizarre!

- Priscila De Cassia (10/5): Soggiorno splendido, non vediamo l'ora di tornare, consigliatissimo😍 - Struttura molto accogliente, molto pulita e ben curata, camere spaziose e confortevoli. Posizione fantastica, a pochi passi da tutto.
- Théo (7/5): Une chambre plutôt agréable dans un bâtiment qui l'est beaucoup moins. - Globalement, la chambre était très propre et le lit QueenSize était vraiment agréable. La salle de bain était tout a fait acceptable également. La TV est une smartTV donc il est possible de connecter ses comptes Disney + ou Netflix sans soucis et la chambre est climatisée. Je n'ai pas particulièrement apprécié l'accès à la chambre, surtout le soir. Il faut sonner à l'interphone, appeler en même temps un numéro de téléphone puis resonner ensuite dans l'immeuble. De la même manière, le check out est trop tôt... (10h un dimanche, il faut payer pour atteindre midi....). Pour la localisation le quartier n'est pas hyper sympa mais pas catastrophique non plus... Il faut par contre compter bien 20min de métro (ou 35min de taxi) pour atteindre le centre ville.
- Erika (10/5): Bellissimo! - Ho soggiornato due giorni fa in questo b&b, che dire… proprietaria davvero gentile e disponibile, stanza molto bella, pulita e ben curata in zona ben servita a pochi passi dalle metro. Sono felice di aver soggiornato qui, sicuramente tornerò ☺️

- VALENTINA (8/5): - Stanza grande, ordinata, comoda alla metro, pulita, self check in e check out. A disposizione una cucina in comune. Presente aria condizionata. Il cortile e il palazzo poco curati. Vicini rumorosi. Ma entrambe queste cose non dipendono dal b&b, quindi … grazie per il soggiorno !
