No storage. No access to one side of the bed. A huge desk chair getting in the way, which we had to put outside the room to move about. Altogether a bit rubbish.

Location is excellent and within 5 minutes walking distance to the metro. Breakfast was excellent as well. Hotel provides a self service laundry washer and dryer. The dryers are very ineffective and took three rounds of over 2 hours to get our clothes mostly dry.

Habe ganz gut geschlafen. Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Die Eisschokolade aus dem Automaten im Frühstücksraum war irgendwie ziemlich warm. Aber das fand ich eigentlich nicht mal schlecht, da mir heisse Schokolade eh lieber ist. Leselampe am Bett wäre nicht schlecht.

- NA (10/5): - お部屋がとても綺麗、間取りも良かった！ 大浴場もあり広くてアメニティーも充実していて良かった。 各階に冷水器があり重宝した。 朝食ビュッフェの品目が多くどの国の人でも食べやすいとおもったし、とてもおいしかった！ 利用した日は、比較的女性の利用者が多かったのか、終始女湯の大浴場が混みぎみでしたが、個室に湯船もあったので問題なしでした！

- jeantot (9/5): Confortevole e comodo hotel vicino alla stazione di Shin-Osaka. - Gigantesco hotel vicinissimo alla enorme stazione di Shin-Osaka che si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti e risulta quindi molto comodo per chi viaggia in treno o per prendere la metro. La camera per 4 persone era molto spaziosa, pulita e con una meravigliosa vista sulla citta di Osaka, soprattutto con le luci della notte. Ottima l'accoglienza del personale e la possibilità all'arrivo di usufruire di una sala ristoro con bibite gratuite, calde e fredde, fino alle 22. Presente anche onsen pubblico gratuito. Pur essendo ben insonorizzato, chi ha il sonno leggero può sentire i treni in transito nella sottostante stazione che però non circolano dopo la mezzanotte.

- Patrik Balasko (10/5): - Super hotel new clean personal perfect brekfest was good Just no retaurant for diner in the hotel ..but the rest was super location close to train staion
- Kee Chuan Andrew (9/5): Convenient, spacious and value for money room. - We used this hotel for a few hours between transiting in Osaka and our night flight out of KIXz spacious rooms, nee and convenient location. It was just after Golden Week so rates were very reasonable.

- oriolmt (10/5): - Hotel molt nou i confortable. Tot molt net. Habitació gran i llits còmodes. L'esmorzar és variat amb opcions occidentals i japoneses. i l'espai és gran i sempre hi ha taula. L'onsen està molt bé, inclós la sauna. Els 8 minuts a peu desde Shin-Osaka, però compensa ja que l'hotel és fabulós.
