- Nikki (8/5): Would highly recommend - This is a lovely hotel with excellent staff and an excellent location. Unfortunately, due to an electrical issue in our room, the lighting kept coming on during the night. It started at around 01.00 in the morning, so I did not call for assistance, but tried to ignore the light that kept switching itself on during the course of the night. Whilst we were checking out, I brought it to the reception's attention so they could fix it for the next guest. The lovely front office manager, Budsara, overheard me reporting this issue, so she offered us a discount on our stay, which we were not expecting, but for which I am grateful. Budsara was amazing as she was not dealing with us, but overheard the conversation. She immediately got involved and was kind enough to offer a discount, which was amazing as we had otherwise had a very good visit, barring this one issue that occurred in the middle of the night, which distracted from an otherwise excellent stay.

We liked the style of the hotel which was quite 'colonial' not super contemporary The interiors were all rather tired, not always spotlessly clean in corners, and a bit too old fashioned, given it's brand. If you want contemporary hotel clean lines and minimal design, this wouldn't be the hotel for you. Having said that, the service was so good and the pool area lovely and the food excellent, we would book again.

We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel. The lavish buffet breakfast had every option you could think of. The place was well airconditioned as Bangkok can be very hot and humid.

The room was very clean, well maintained, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The views from the hotel are spectacular and truly one of its highlights. The location is also convenient, and the hotel offers transportation options to get around the bay, which is very helpful. The staff is very friendly, and the buffet breakfast service is absolutely excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options. The hotel also features a spa—we enjoyed two traditional massages, which were a great addition to our stay. We also chose the dinner cruise offered by the hotel, and we highly recommend it. The food was delicious, and the nighttime views from the boat were beautiful. It is a family-friendly hotel, so you will find children around the pool and common areas. Overall, we had an amazing time.

Das Hotel überzeugt mit einer sehr entspannten Atmosphäre und aussergewöhnlich freundlichem, aufmerksamem Personal, man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück, eine riesige Auswahl, alles frisch und von top Qualität, wirklich ein absolutes Highlight! Auch das Zimmer hat keine Wünsche offengelassen, modern ausgestattet, sehr sauber, mit einem äusserst bequemen Bett und einem schönen, gepflegten Badezimmer. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der tolle Poolbereich mit Poolbar, perfekt zum Entspannen und Geniessen. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The pool area was beautiful. They had a little shuttle boat down the river to see other areas or go out in the evening.

- KIICHI (9/5): - 年越しを過ごしました。 市街地の喧騒から離れて、ゆったりとしたリゾート気分を味わえます。 働いているスタッフの方たちも親切で心地が良いです。 朝食やインドアダイニングの食事もどれも美味しかったです。 プールは、深さが場所により異なり大人も子どもも楽しめます。 新年を迎える時には、部屋から大量の打ち上げ花火が各方面に見ることができます 。 川沿いの高級ホテル一帯で行われるので、どの部屋からでも観れると思います。私たちはサイアム方面の打ち上げ花火まで遠目に見えました。 また行きたいホテルです。 特にありません。

- leigh (9/5): - The first morning for breakfast we both ordered cappuccino witch never arrived so we had to order again. Second morning ordered again 2 cappuccino and only got 1 then had to wait a long time to get another one. I would rather have been able to get my own. Other than this our stay was great.
- Sarah (10/5): A beautiful stay in an excellent condition. Very pricey but absolutely what you expect at the location. - Beautiful location, in a stunning hotel. Staff are exceptional, going above and beyond wherever possible. We had an insect infestation of tiny white wood mites it appeared to be, we called down to reception someone came out and promised the room would be deep cleaned the following day. This was the case and the room was spotless, we had no issues after this. The only other downside was that my husband and I wanted to try the buffet whilst staying there and wanted to pay for us to do so, but our daughter ( a fussy eater) wanted to eat from the A La Carte menu instead - we asked if this could be possible? But was told no we would all need to eat from the same menu either Alacarte or buffet, so we opted for neither and ate out.

- Doris (10/5): Ein absolutes Ferien Highlight! - Ich habe das Hotel spontan gebucht und war einfach positiv überwältigt von all den positiven Eindrücken. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber auch die ganze Organisation funktioniert perfekt. Gepäck, Housekeeping, Service … alles ohne irgendwelche Probleme! So habe ich das noch selten erlebt!!! Alles war super!

- Maho (8/5): ホテルステイを楽しむなら有り、観光拠点としては無し - プールの雰囲気が良い。アイコンサイアムまでの無料ボートが気持ち良いし嬉しいサービス。キッズクラブは最近のリノベされたのか綺麗で良かった。 サイアムパラゴンなどのショッピング街に行くにはタクシーで30分ほどかかると調べていたけれど、実際は渋滞が酷く1時間ほどかかる立地。タクシーは安いけれど、移動に時間がかかりすぎる。バンコクでのホテルステイを楽しむには良いホテルだけど、観光拠点としては微妙。朝食のジュースがフレッシュじゃなくて残念。かなり年期の入った建物。
