Główne zdjęcie użyte w tej ofercie jest bardzo mylące. Kolorowe domki z Notting Hill pokazane na zdjęciu tytułowym nie są rzeczywistym budynkiem, w którym znajduje się apartament. W rzeczywistości mieszkanie znajduje się w zupełnie innej kamienicy, która wygląda całkowicie inaczej niż zdjęcia przedstawione w ofercie. Budynek i klatka schodowa były zaniedbane i zupełnie nie odpowiadały wrażeniu, jakie tworzyła oferta. Dodatkowo mieszkanie, które wynajmowaliśmy, znajdowało się na czwartym piętrze, co również wpływało na komfort pobytu. Na plus mogę zaznaczyć, że gospodarz zgodził się, abyśmy wcześniej zostawili bagaże przed zameldowaniem, co było bardzo pomocne. Mimo to czuję się wprowadzona w błąd lokalizacją i sposobem prezentacji apartamentu. Główne zdjęcie sprawiało wrażenie, że mieszkanie znajduje się właśnie w jednej z kolorowych kamienic pokazanych w ofercie. W żadnym miejscu galerii nie było jednak rzeczywistych zdjęć zewnętrznych prawdziwego budynku, w którym znajdowało się mieszkanie, więc goście nie mieli możliwości zrozumienia tego przed przyjazdem. Prezentacja oferty nie odzwierciedla rzeczywistego zakwaterowania.

El manteniment i aspecte de l'apartament era una mica justet, i la foto de la primera imatge que anuncia l'allotjament crea malentès ja que la façana de l'apartament no té res a veure.

Small flat and double beds were small. If we had paid full price for the stay I would have been severely disappointed.

Estación de metro a 5 minutos caminando. El piso en si, cumple con lo prometido, eramos 7 y estábamos cómodos. Tal como esta Londres, esta muy bien en calidad precio. Lo peor que tiene que solo tiene un baño y claro siendo 7 en nuestro caso pues lo complica todo un poco.

• Azamat (1/5): - I didn't stay there The point that apartment was not appropriately described, it was actually a BASEMENT apartment which they informed me via message and immediately I refused to stay and requested a refund. The property owner declined to make me a refund. Booking.com addressed them as well but as I understand - property host refused to them as well. The apartment is a basement unit, which was not disclosed in the property listing. This constitutes material misrepresentation under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and I'm planning to address this issue with Citizens Advice (consumer protection) and will take this matter further!

• Michael (6/5): If we are coming to the area again we would be happy to come again but stay on a lower floor - The location was just what we wanted. The price we paid was very fare. We have very little to complain about, but I have answered honestly You were aware we were bringing a baby and I did ask if a lift was available but received no reply. It was very challenging climbing 8 flights of stairs with a baby and push chair and baggage. The place is now looking tied, and needs a few quid spending on it. Missing a tea towel, kitchen plug, and a few essentials in the kitchen. But we did enjoy our stay and we know that you gert what you paid for.

• Jenni (9/5): - Everything was really great – and even exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect and very convenient with kids. Everything was nearby, yet the surroundings were peaceful. We were especially grateful for the clear communication and great connection with the host. There was a washing machine for clothes, but personally I would have preferred a dishwasher – especially since there was a dry cleaner right next to the apartment. Also, a couple of separate blankets would have been more comfortable than sharing one between two adults, but we probably would have received an extra if we had asked. So, seriously – nothing to complain about, and I absolutely recommend this place to everyone!

Would definitely recommend this place for my friend - The location is amazing, close to several underground station in 5-7 minutes walking distance. Plenty of cafe and restaurants around, supermarkets as well. We were staying in the basement apartment - had a private entrance which was very convenient. Kitchen has all needed appliances. Bathroom is small, but everything is working. Small issues with hot/cold water in the shower - you need to find the right balance in the water tap. Check in process was very smooth - very detailed instructions were sent the day before. As the apartment has an e-lock, there was no need to wait for someone with the key. The apartment is very warm - heating was working properly though it wasn’t than cold outside. The main issue was the neighbours. They were really loud and listening to dance music on full volume through all night or starting from 5 am. Beds are moderately comfortable - blankets and duvet covers seemed to be of different size and that caused a mess.

• Andrew (4/5): The photos and marketing set an expectation that were not met in this downstairs apartment and therefore, the price of s - The location was brilliant. The space was great for our needs. The apartment was damp and smelt mouldy on entry. There was mould on the wall behind the bed head therefore I slept with my head at the other end. The sheets were not clean and I slept on top of the duvet with it folded over me. The apartment above was still up at 1:30 to 2am most nights with the washing machine going and stomping around. One night someone was on the stairs landing outside the downstairs,chucking bags of linen around at 1:30 Am. I had poor sleep. The toilet holder was broken , we had to purchase toilet paper. There was one small tea towel that was unpleasant. We did not cook as planned in the kitchen. There was water damage that gave a general dampness, smell and tired feel to the apartment. I have taken some photos.

• Sarah (5/5): Achterstallig onderhouden appartement. - De wijk was leuk, maar niet echt in Notting Hill (zoals de naam zou doen vermoeden) en niet in de straat op de foto. Het was een woonwijk, wel met mooie chique huizen. Goeie locatie ten opzichten van Notting Hill en het park. De accomodatie was achterstallig onderhouden. Roest, schimmel, niet zo mooi als op de foto’s. En de foto van de straat was ook niet de echte straat waar de accomodatie zich bevond. Terwijl dat wel was wat we hadden verwacht. Ook hoorden we de bovenburen tot de diep in de nacht praten en tv kijken.

• Ellis (7/5): Great location and communicative host, just needs a good scrub and looking after. - A fantastic location in Notting Hill, close to essentials like shops and public transport. Whilst a reasonable size and layout, the whole property has a strong ‘landlord special’ vibe. The floors left our bare feet black each day. Each room has paint, wallpaper and fixtures that need attention. Just a few days of reasonable maintainance to patch up peels, scuffs and crumbling taps and door handles could strongly improve the overall impression of the property.

• Efi (9/5): A great find, in a great location and with a great host. - Fantastic location, near some lovely restaurants, cafes etc. very close to the tube station. It was fairly quiet and we felt safe. There was enough space for everyone and it was easy. Very good communication with the host, who made sure extra beds were made up. We had plenty of towels and I appreciated the toiletries in the flat. It was easy to find a car park nearby. This is not a complaint: the property could benefit from some more attention. The shower was so, so hot and it took us a while to figure it out. Some fixtures and fittings could have used a bit more attention by the host but I get that due to high turnover, this is hard to find time for. Otherwise, no problems at all. My comment probably stems from having my mum with us who is a stickler for creature comforts.

Excellent location, 5 minutes from the tube and the park, 10 minutes from Portobello market and a great base for exploring London. Considering London prices and how central this property is, I feel this is good value. Top marks. 🤩 Everything was good, I have no complaints. The stairs were a bit of a hike at the end of a long day but I knew this would be the case as it was listed in the property details. No bad points.

• Niken (10/5): One of our best stays in London by far! - The location is superb minutes away to walk to Queens station and theres a cafe next door perfect for cute little breakfast or just coffee and chit chats, the facilities are amazing from hairdryers to washing machine, the whole place is spotless (including linens, towels the whole lot) but even better was the staff’s support! Best communication and so very helpful. Seriously like they couldnt do enough to ensure you have the best experience staying at their property. Shout out to Pedro, thanks ever so much we had the best time ever! :) None whatsoever

Very nice neighborhood, with lots of cafes. We were in the basement flat. The bedroom at the end of the corridor was not insulated properly- it was cold and we could hear the television/radio of neighbours very loud. You could also hear and feel the tube. Although there are radiators in each room, there was no thermostat and we could not decide when to turn it on. Kitchen was well equipped however, it could be nice to have basic things like oil and salt which you don't normally buy for only 2 nights.

• Su (6/5): The quality of the property was poor for the money paid. - Its location. Very poor state of repair. Peeling paper, cracked floorboards. Stained living room chair which smelt of cigarette smoke.

• Megan (4/5): God location - mediocre property - Great location. Clean property. Great flexibility to take our bags before 4pm check-in. Tired, not well maintained, the photos on the website were not like the property and it is expensive. Felt like we did not get what we paid for.
• Andreea (4/5): Bad value for money - - Very good location, close to different underground stations and bus stops. The neighborhood feels safe and is quiet and calm. - The property managers reached out before our arrival to ensure we have all the information needed to be able to check in, they provided a baby travel cot as well as a foldable bathtub for our 4 month old. This was very much appreciated. - Self check-in and check-out was easy and smooth. - The property managers responded quickly to our messages at all times. - Fresh crisp linen and fluffy towels. - The apartment didn’t look like in the pictures. 1. The picture from the outside, on this listing is not that of the property. This is just a generic notting hill picture. 2. In the photos, the living room/open kitchen has a rug and a coffee table. That was not the case in the actual apartment. It was very basic, worn and the couch was really dirty. The kitchen, however, was well equipped and clean. 3. On the listing there are pictures of apartments that don’t seem to be on Moscow road. - The apartment was very cold. The floor tiles with no rugs made it very uncomfortable to walk without shoes. The heating system was complicated and controlled remotely. They told us they gave us access to manually control the thermostat, but it was not clear where the thermostat was. As seen in the picture, the thermostat is the round black device up top, and not the white one where it says “heating” and a thermometer drawing… feels a bit strange. Anyways, this was sorted eventually, after we complained several times and after they sent someone to look at it, who also didn’t check out this “thermostat”. - The water was also cold at times, blamed on boiler pressure, etc. This is probably true but when I pay over 100£ per night I don’t want boiler issues and I want my stay to be smooth, with my basic needs met, such as heating and warm water.
• Andrea (5/5): OK - but not a place to hang around. Good location - Comfortable beds Bad damp smell, blocked drains, some refurbishment required.
• Dizzieb (5/5): Disappointing Nottinghill Residence - The apartment had good heating. The bed was comfortable. The shower worked well. It had a washing machine. Unfortunately, this apartment did not live up to expectations. When we first arrived we were greeted by a strong chemical smell. We found it came from the shower, which we later found out after complaining, had been newly sealed with silicone sealant the very morning of our arrival! Surely this is a health issue and we should have been offered another apartment!! I messaged Thames Relocation, who manage the apartment, but had no reply! The blinds in the living area are badly ripped and torn, one is so broken that it doesn't stay closed, which makes sleeping difficult. Apart from not being functional, they look terrible! The upholstery on the chairs is ripped and also looks terrible. We rang the contact number the next morning and they said they would send the housekeeper out to see what could be done. The housekeeper tried to use tape to tape the blind to the wall. When I said we wouldn't be able to have any light coming in, he screwed some screws into the wall to hook the blind over. This apartment is also in the attic and has 8 flights of stairs to the top, so if you are not strong it would be a problem getting your luggage up. I cannot recommend staying in this apartment until the problems I have mentioned are remedied.
• Marija (10/5): Great place, nice stay - Exeptional location, beautiful street, close to the subway, Hyde park, Portobello road, some nice breakfast spots and pubs. A cozy little terrace in our basement apartment. Minor issues in the bathroom that we pointed out were fixed the same day. It's not very comfortable for seven adults...
• Zarina (8/5): Very good - Clean just refurbished basic basement apartment near Queensway Newly renovated shower New beds not squeaky Good double security lock doors Staircase to basement is tiled and spacious steps so not steep and bright. They allowed us to leave luggage for few hours after early check out. Much appreciated. Heater was controlled by the Management via an app. They didnt tell us it can be controlled manually until we complained it got too cold. So make sure you request as the manual is not accurate. Very sound sensitive so you can hear upstairs people walking or hoovering. Can hear next door room talking too. Early check out. Low ceilings and floor edges incomplete.
• Ann (7/5): Good - Location was perfect, 5 min walk to the tube station. The apt was on the 4th floor with about 6 sets of stairs to get to it, no lift at the property. My husband uses a crutch so he found it a bit difficult.
