• Ellie (7/5): - The location was very convenient and our stay was clean and comfortable. Check in/out directions were clear and the room felt safe. The room was not very soundproof. You can hear doors closing and people coming in and out of their rooms next door in the hallway. The bathroom water could also be hotter.

La atención, llegamos a la hora que ponían para recepción pero allí no había nadie nos enviaron un link con unas indicaciones para abrir las puertas y unas claves para la de la habitación, la cuáles no estaban completas, después de tiempo nos pusimos a mirar y vimos que estas no estaban completas que faltaba algo que si indicaba en otras de la puerta,en fin, que otra vez nos enteramos bien de esto antes de reservar. Les envié varios emails pero no llegó contestación de ninguno.

• FISCHER BHS GmbH (9/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft war super - direkt im Zentrum aber im Hinterhof. Die Geräusche von draußen inkl. Metro hört man dennoch. Alles erfolgt anonym und standardisiert per Email. Die Info zum Zugang haben wir erst wenige Stunden vor Check-In erhalten. Wir waren bereits im Flugzeug. Ohne Internetzugang (der könnte mal ausfallen) wäre kein Zugang möglich gewesen.

• Elena (6/5): - Posizione ottima Problemi: il cantiere in corso nel palazzo non permetteva di aprire alcuna finestra e siamo dovuti restare completamente senza luce naturale per entrambi i giorni( senza che di ciò fossimo stati avvertiti ), il bagno non era pulito benissimo ( polvere, un asciugamano sporco dimenticato accanto al bidet, doccia non pulitissima, boiler che spandeva), infine formichine in camera matrimoniale. Visto il prezzo richiestoci (326€ per una notte in 3) il servizio complessivo poteva risultare migliore!
• Marina (8/5): Solide Ferienwohnung für einen Kurzaufenthalt - Zentrale ruhige Lage, separater Eingang, große Räume, hat alles funktioniert, hatten keinerlei Probleme. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Café, Bäcker gleich nebenan, die U-Bahn hat man gehört, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Dachfenster lassen sich elektrisch öffnen und so die Ferienwohnung lüften. Alle Infos waren vorhanden, Bewertungen und Kommentare anderer Gäste waren informativ aber sehr subjektiv. Unsere Erwartungen waren erfüllt, wir hatten sehr schöne Tage. Paar Wasser- und Weingläser mehr und ein Küchentuch zum Geschirr abtrocknen wären mega. Die Ferienwohnung hat Steinfliesen, man sollte Hausschuhe mitnehmen.

• Diana (8/5): Buena situación y agradable - La ubicación, esta perfectamente conectada con la estación de FF.CC de Cadorna y con el metro además a pocos pasos del Castillo de Sant.Angelo y a 20 min de un agradable paseo al Duomo. La forma de acceso, es automática y demasiado moderna es la primera vez que veo algo así abrir llaves a través de un link y cosas similares, tuvimos un problema con una de las habitaciones que no conseguimos que cerrada y la tuvimos que dejar abierta pero destaco el que contestaran a mis mensajes llamándome y ayudándome a resolverlo de la mejor forma.
• Natela (1/5): - Purtroppo la nostra esperienza in questo hotel non è stata del tutto soddisfacente. Fin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo notato un persistente odore di scarico nella camera, che è rimasto per tutta la durata del soggiorno nonostante cercassimo di arieggiare frequentemente. La pulizia era nel complesso discreta, tuttavia abbiamo trovato alcuni oggetti di igiene personale del precedente ospite. Inoltre, i prodotti da bagno non sono stati forniti: ho contattato l’amministrazione dell’hotel e mi è stato gentilmente risposto che si tratta di una cortesia non garantita. Abbiamo quindi provveduto autonomamente. Al mattino, a partire dalle 7:30, si sentivano lavori rumorosi sotto le finestre (taglio di marmo), il che rendeva difficile riposare. Durante il soggiorno, una mattina siamo stati disturbati per un controllo tecnico del riscaldamento, in un orario non particolarmente comodo. Segnalo inoltre che durante i 5 giorni gli asciugamani non sono stati cambiati e la camera non è stata riordinata. In bagno mancava uno scaldasalviette e una mensola risultava danneggiata. Ci auguriamo che questi aspetti possano essere migliorati, perché la struttura ha del potenziale.

• Liene (8/5): Labs dzīvoklis, kur būtu nepieciešami daži uzlabojumi - Laba atrašanās vieta Durvju koda atslēga bija grūti atslēdzama. Virtuvē nebija neviena dvielīša. Izvelkamā dīvānā vietā bija vienguļamais dīvāns un nestabila saliekamā gulta.

• Berkay (1/5): Cold and Bad Smell Toilet - The bathroom smelled terrible; they had left the bathroom window open before we arrived. It smelled awful for two days. Additionally, despite me being an electrical engineer, they lied to me about the electric heater. They said the plug-in electric radiator heater was under the building's control and even subject to Milan municipality regulations. In short, they didn't want me to use it. It turned out the switch had been turned off; I turned it on after fixing the problem. The bed was also uncomfortable; there was hair in some places.

Recomendei a amigos! O termo acumulador de um dos duches não estava a funcionar, mas usámos o outro. Tudo tranquilo.

W pomieszczeniu panowała niska temperatura – konieczne było spanie w ubraniach. Koc dostępny w apartamencie był nieprany, nieświeży i nosił ślady wcześniejszego użytkowania. Kontakt z gospodarzem był niemożliwy – brak odpowiedzi na wiadomości. Warunki nie spełniały podstawowych standardów komfortu i higieny.

• YINYAN (7/5): 因为不断的跳闸，无法正常开空调，原本的心情直接落到谷底！ - 位置优越，紧靠卡多拉车站。 套房空间足够大，看起来非常舒适 最大的问题就是电源设计有问题。 因为晚上没有暖气，开了一下空调取暖，然后问题就来了，不断的跳闸……试问你已经脱衣上床了，还要不断的去地下室推闸4、5次？请问你如何愉悦的享受住宿和旅行体验？而且房东好像失联一样，最后退房只得留言了。

Non si può sapere il morivo per cui una persona chiama… può essere una stupidaggine (il mio caso lo ammetto) ma può anche essere una cosa seria. Su tre chiamate almeno una bisogna rispondere.

В квартире особенно в ванной ни одной вешалки что бы повесить одежду или полотенце. Ящики на кухне были сломаны. Подушки очень плохие. Было много непонятного с горячей водой. Никто не объяснил где и как ее включать. Даже чайника не было! Проживание было не отдыхом а постоянным квестом! Потому что хозяева на обращения не отвечали!!! За такие деньги можно снять жилье с лучшими удобствами! Если вы уважаете себя, не селитесь в таких апартаментах. Мы, туристы, заслуживаем лучшего к себе отношения!!!

• Morena (8/5): Bene dai! - La struttura è comodissima sia per prendere i mezzi sia per eventuali bar, supermercato ect.... si trova all'interno di una corte. L apertura sia del cancello che dell appartamento avviene con checkin online prima di arrivare e poi tramite link da remoto. Super comoda. È nuova anche se le finestre del salone dove eravamo noi non sono apribili mentre le altre sono automatiche. Piccolo angolo cucina con il necessario per mangiare in casa. All interno l indispensabile per stare qualche giorno. Direi bene. Nonostante il riscaldamento centralizzato in camera c'erano degli spifferi pertanto una coperta in più e sostanziosa sarebbe meglio. Rispetto a quella che abbiamo trovato che assomiglia più ad un plaid. Dopo invece la prenotazione il messaggio per fare il checkin in autonomia non conteneva il link. Una settimana prima di arrivare, abbiamo pagato la tassa di soggiorno, e li ho chiesto e mi hanno mandato il linh visibile per fare la procedura. Per il resto direi tutto ok. Ha funzionato tutto.
