Stefan (8/5): Lage top, Leistung mit kleinen Abstrichen - Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Ebenso das Ambiente inkl. Gartenterrasse. Es war im ganzen Haus nicht möglich, einen Verbandskasten zu bekommen. Wenn das Frühstück am Wochenende bis 11 Uhr angeboten wird, sollte um 10.30 Uhr auch noch das ganze Sortiment zur Verfügung stehen. Ist leider an keinem der Tage so gewesen. Die Auswahl ist aber eigentlich sehr gut.

Mandy (10/5): Completely satisfied- location, amenities, service - Very elegant and clean. Super fancy neighborhood with easy walking access to major tourist sights. We didn’t use any public transportation. Very good breakfast. Ate dinner there as well- great food at a fair price. I used the fitness center everyday- thank goodness for free weights.

Eva Maria (10/5): Für ein etwas besonderes Wochenende genau das richtige. Tolle Lage, schönes Ambiente, nettes Servicepersonal ohne aufges - Unser Gepäck wurde uns sofort abgenommen und nach Checkinn direkt uns aufs Zimmer gebracht. An einem Tag konnten wir durch einen Technikschaden der Stadt nicht warm duschen. Dafür ging mein Morgen Capuccino aufs Haus. Es ist ärgerlich, jedoch nicht der Schaden durchs Hotel ausgelöst.

ronit (9/5): מיקום מעולה, מלון ברמה גבוהה ועונה על הציפיות - מיקום המלון מעולה ממש, נקי, חדר מרווח ונוח, מקלחת נראית חדשה גדולה ומרווחת, חדר שקט ומאובזר, צוות אדיב וחייכן ארוחת הבוקר לא מספיק מגוונת, שהינו 4 לילות, רק ביום אחד היו חביתות, שאר הימים ביצים מעט חיות, ירקות למעט עגבניה ומלפפון לא היו, ארוחת הבוקר מעט דלילה וקצת מאכזבת במלון 5 כוכבים. המזגן בחדר הרעיש מאוד ולא קירר.

Mark (9/5): Location, location, location! It was great! - Location, location, location! It is in THE perfect spot for train and walking excursions. Inner garten view room was quiet with a surprisingly pleasant view and fountain. No street noise on that side. Comfortable, well appointed rooms. The grand staircase gives the distinct feeling of historical grandeur. It was perfect for a long weekend visit! Everything was great.

Esther (8/5): Alles in allem würde ich dieses Hotel zu diesem Preis nicht mehr buchen und auch nicht empfehlen. - Die Qualität des Frühstücks war sehr gut Die Stühle im Frühstücksraum hatten Risse im Polster und oft auch die Tischplatten. Das Personal am check out war leider nicht in der Lage, unsere Rechnung (für 2 Zimmer in einem) richtig zu buchen und daher ist immer noch ein Betrag in unserem Konto vorgemerkt vom Westin. Trotz zweimaliger Reklamation bis heute immer noch! Das Andere Personal war sehr kompetent, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein großer Pluspunkt bei unserem Aufenthalt

Bruno (8/5): - Excellent location, very comfy bed and breakfast was very good. Friedrichstrasse can be noisy at times, even with the room’s soundproofing. The biggest issue for me was the air conditioning. The controls felt outdated (“auto, eco, max”), and the temperature settings made little difference. I also noticed other reviews mentioning weak airflow in some rooms which was the case for my room. For a hotel like The Westin Grand Berlin, I expected much better climate control — I’ve stayed in budget hotels with more effective systems.

Rebecca (9/5): Our 4-day stay at the Berlin Westin Grand was Mostly Wonderful. - Beautifully appointed. The lobby/lounge area was comfortable and the bar service excellent. The location was in walking distance to many important city sights. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Service in the dining room was efficient and very accommodating. The shower was terrible for a 5 star hotel! The hand shower refused to point forward -- only to the side no matter how I twisted the cable. And don't get me started with the dopey rain shower that is all hotels assume their clients love. Breakfast had a vast range but missed out on a offering a decent selection of fruit such as tangerines, orange slices, berries, and kiwi -- not just a mélange of cubed melon and pineapple, Unfortunately the wide range of meats and cheeses and pots of mystery concoctions is lost on me as I prefer a simple breakfast of yogurt (which was excellent by the way) a bit of fruit and a croissant -- or two!
