• Cassandra (9/5): Great hotel next to Colisseum - Great location. Clean and comfy room. Good breakfast. The tooftop terrace is amazing. The pool wasn’t open. This wasn’t mentioned on the hotel page on the booking.com website. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was the pool.

Top locatie, de rooftop bar (die we niet verwacht hadden te gebruiken) bleek erg mooi en een releaxte plaats om even uit te rusten. Kamers waren groter dan verwacht gezien sommige reviews. Ontbijt iets uitgebreider, vooral de koffie was niet super, automatenkoffie, geen bonen. Scrambled eggs erg nat, weinig keuze in fruit, te weinig keuzes in vlees en kaas. Kamer erg gehorig.

Rooms were smallbut appointed well. AC worked terriblybso would be uncomfortablein. Pool and roof terrace were closed during our visit. Staff were friendly and helful. Breakfast had a good iffering but cheaper to go for a walknto many of the nearby caffee bars.

Booked this hotel looking forward to having a swim on the rooftop pool with maybe some cocktails. Unfortunately the pool and the rooftop bar were closed during our stay. Was told that they open around May by reception but never seen anything on this when booking the hotel. Would have possibly booked somewhere else if I would have know about this.

Quand il fait un soleil magnifique toute la semaine, vraiment dommage de ne pas ouvrir la terrasse du rooftop avec ses tables et transats pour permettre aux clients d'en profiter, même si le bar n'est pas encore ouvert en avril... C'est vraiment frustrant.

• julie (8/5): Our trip has been a memorable one - The breakfast was good location was fabulous I know the pool is open May to September, but some chairs on the roof would have been nice you can take some great pics from up there

• Mikael (8/5): Overall a great hotel close to the Colosseum, I had a good stay. - The hotel is at a nice location very close to the Colosseum, and a grocery store just down the street. The hotel itself is a nice design and finding your way through the hotel is easy. The staff was very welcoming, kind and helpful. The room I had was nice, and you get every necessity you may need. The breakfast was very good and a good variety to pick from. The bar lounge is also great to visit for a drink. When I was booking the room the information was stating that the room would have a view over a "historic monument"=Colosseum which in my case it did not. It was the reason why I booked this hotel but just know that you might not receive a room that overlooks the Colosseum if you stay here.

• Daniele (5/5): Mancanza di organizzazione - Posizione ottima in centro a pochi passi dal Colosseo e fuori dalla ztl Su nostra richiesta Ci è stata cambiata la camera a causa di un forte odore di mela verde che rendeva l’aria irrespirabile . nonostante sul sito viene indicato il parcheggio in loco della struttura , all’arrivo ci viene comunicato che il parcheggio non è disponibile a causa di non agibilità/manutenzione , alche ci indirizzano verso un parcheggio a pagamento che scopro dopo esserci stato essere full… mi aspettavo risolvessero a spese loro invece mi sono dovuto pagare un parcheggio a 2 km dall’hotel al costo di 50€ per poi colpo di fortuna , parcheggiare di fianco all’hotel al posto di un dipendente dello stesso hotel che andava via avendo evidentemente finito il turno di lavoro . Per correttezza il concierge è stato sensibile e ha provato a sistemare la cosa ma il manager non è stato altrettanto disponibile. Abbiamo trovato un vassoio di frutta con una lettera per scusarsi che va benissimo ma bisogna raccontare la verità avendo speso circa 300€ per una notte !!peccato perché la posizione è buona ma la trasparenza sul non far presente un disservizio così importante a roma centro mi fa optare per altre soluzioni nei prossimi viaggi a roma !!

Literie confortable malgré un lit de taille très moyenne. Nombreux restaurants à proximité. Personnel agréable, petit déjeuner varié et correct. La salle de bain vraiment minuscule. La toute petite cuvette est littéralement contre le lavabo, on est obligé de s'asseoir de travers sinon on ne sait pas mettre les genoux. A ce prix là, j'aurais aimé un pommeau de douche qui ne fuit pas de partout.

Il n'est pas possible de tourner autour du lit. L'espace au pied du lit est insuffisante.

• Daisy (8/5): Perfektes Hotel für einen Stadtbesuch. - Zimmer wirkte zuerst klein, hatte aber genug Platz um unser Gepäck zu verstauen. Angenehm dass man das Fenster öffnen konnte. Gute Betten. Man konnte die Klimaanlage unkompliziert einstellen. Lage war sehr gut. Bus vor dem Hotel, nahe zur Metro. Wir kamen sogar zu Fuss vom Bahnhof. Frühstück war gut, allerdings wenig Auswahl an Brot und Käse. Aber Buffet war gut bertreut, sauber, immer aufgefüllt. Nettes Personal.

• corid108 (10/5): Ask for a colosseum view room - it is great! - The rooms are not large but you must remember you are in the centre of Rome close to the colosseum. The view of the colosseum from the room makes you forget about the space in the room. A special part of this hotel is the rooftop where there is a pool and a bar. We were in the off season so neither was open but we spent two hours chatting and looking at the views from the roof. Try it! I am sure you will enjoy it as much as we did!

• B7821DVdianal (10/5): Good hotel! - I liked this hotel a lot. Was with a group attending a workshop nearby. Very convenient location near Coliseum and Circo. Several good restaurants nearby (e.g. Bistro Celio) and local places up the hill behind the hotel. Room on 3rd floor was small but very well organized for one person, not that noisy. Good internet. Electric kettle and teabags (you can ask for some milk at reception) and plenty of choice at breakfast. Receptionist helped us get a local taxi on a rainy night (and told us to make sure to ask for the meter to be on to avoid extra charges).

• Géraldine (9/5): - L'emplacement près du colisée est un plus. L'arrêt de bus juste devant l'hôtel est un deuxième plus. Le personnel d'accueil est parfait. Il manque un restaurant dans l'hôtel. Il existe un bar avec quelques plats pour dépanner mais c'est un peu juste quand vous restez plusieurs jours. Considérer que le fait de rapprocher deux petit en fait un grand est un concept, mais c'est n'est pas confortable pour un couple. La chambre est un peu petite pour le prix payé
