• Michael (8/5): Nice Place in El Calafate - Nice place to stay although no bar open at the time I was there. They did have a very limited stock of beer in cans out of a small fridge. Breakfast was offered at $7 , but I was leaving early . Room was comfortable and shower good. It’s a $5 taxi ride into the centre

• MONICA (6/5): - El personal que trabaja es lo mejor del lugar, todos muy amables y siempre muy dispuestos a ayudar. Las instalaciones son viejas, los colchones no se diga!! Pedimos cambio de habitación por esa razón, sin embargo fue lo mismo. Muy incómodos los colchones, no se puede descansar en ellos.

• marc (4/5): - Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisé. On entend les voisins ronflé et uriner. Les matelas sont défoncés, les couvertures degeulasses et les oreillers je n'en parle même pas. La chambre sens mauvais. Le chauffage est au maximum et ont ne peut pas le baisser. Loin du centre ville. Le déjeuner inclus seulement toast, 1 sorte de céréale et café. Très décevant pour le prix

I asked them for hot water, cause I had my own tea, since the cup are small I asked for 2 cups of water, so they said I would have to charge u for 2 cups of hot water. I couldn't find my room card key at one point, so I ask them if I could get a new one, they said I would have to find it, cause if not they would have to charge me 25 dollars. There was an option to get to get breakfast buffet for my stay that I agree to pay more for, but when I saw the buffet, I didn't touch the food cause it was only cookies and bread, unacceptable! It was the worst hotel in Argentina I've ever stayed. And to me they were just trying to rip me off for any little reason. Absolutely terrible hotel, the bath would get full of water cause it wouldn't drain properly!
• jose (4/5): - Es un hotel en estado de decadencia, todo se rompe las cortinas las camas no muy buenas con agujero de cigarrillos solo una toalla por persona y pequeña bañera sin uso llena de moho Cortinas rotas etc. Desayuno pésimo si no comes entré las 6h30 y las 8h no queda nada para comer los zumos son como hechos con polvos orribles y no vale la pena decir más el personal Buff Sólo el barman genial

There was no place to plug or connect my devices to charge in the room, but only in the bathroom, which made it inconvinient.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Completo! - Nuestra estadía fue exactamente lo que esperabamos. Pudimos usar casi todas las instalaciones: pileta, hidromasaje, sauna y masajes. La habitación fue amplia cómoda y calefaccionada. Limpieza acorde, baño con secador de pelo y productos para el pelo. No había jabón en pan para la ducha, pero si líquido. La recepción muy amable y con buenas indicaciones.El personal rota bastante y lleva un registro de los pedidos. Por las dudas hay que corroborar que revisen el registro si uno tiene alguna reserva o pedido especial

• Tourist (2/5): - Service was very bad, first offered a dirty room, then a smelly one. Water supply discontinued. Below average breakfast. Found my baggage open some things missing. While complaining was told I'm wrong and put out of the hotel.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - The property run down. The Gym converted to storage for old rusty equipment. The room in poor condition. The pool filthy. No TV signal, No internet signal...as promised. The shower head broken. Overall grade one star and not three star rating. By far the worst Hotel we stayed in during our tour in Argentina.
