- Hana Kučerová1990 (10/5): - Výborná snídaně, milý personál. Super bylo, že při on-line check-inu jsem si zároveň sama mohla vybrat vlastní pokoj dle mých vlastních preferencí. V posledním patře jsou včely za oknem, pěkný relax. A super je i prodloužený čas odjezdu, takže ráno nemusíte se vším spěchat. Za hotelem je lanovka do parku a tam je krásný výhled.

- Barbora (8/5): - Chvalim personál a jeho prístup, ci už na recepcii nám vyhoveli požiadavkam a boli velmi milí. Taktiez personal na ranajkach bol prijemny a staral sa, doplnal co chybalo. Velmi chvalim moznost urobenia prazenice priamo na mieste podla vyberu a aj kavy. Ranajky ponukali siroku ponuku. Hotel bol cisty a aj izby, ale na zariadenie by uz potrebovalo vymenit. Bola som ubytovana v standart izbe a tie su asi aj najviac vyuzivane a tak tam je to opotrebenie vidno. Zislo by sa aj prekolntrolovat dvere do kupelni, lebo nam sa na izbe nedali zavriet dvere do kupelne, ale bola nam ponuknuta ina izba, co sme vyuzili.

- Elena (9/5): - Měli jsme štěstí, ubytování bylo připraveno dřív, pokoje krásné, 1 měl výhled do přírody, závěsy perfektně stínily, že se spalo příjemně i ráno. Měli jsme pokoje v tiché zóně, prostě super spaní, pohodlné postele. Vše voňavé, čisté. Ekologičtější způsoby - větší dávkovače na mýdlo, šampón, tělový krém. Na chodbách hotelu koše na tříděný odpad. Na pokoji kávovar s výbornou kávou a doplnili vše i 2. den. Snídaně byla pestrá a chutná, každý si vybral podle sebe, a to naše skupinka má 6 lidí a každý trochu jiné chutě. Místo je sice u silnic, ale v pokojích nebyl slyšet hluk z venku. Cesta na zastávku Anděl pěšky cca 7 minut bez problému vézt kufry na kolečkách. Jediná drobnost - prostory, kde si nabíráte snídani jsou trochu stísněné a řekla bych, že to je na kapacitu hotelu trochu poddimenzované + většina míst k sezení je tak, že musíte sejít s jídlem a pitím pár schodů, to byl pro mě nečekaný problém, protože jsem si ve městě vymkla kotník a měla jsem pak co dělat, abych to zvládla :-)

- marcocanp (10/5): Out standing experience - A very well-maintained hotel with extremely helpful staff… always ready to lend a hand with a smile, whatever the situation. On-site parking is available, and there are excellent bars and a restaurant, as well as a stunning rooftop bar which can be reached by cable car directly from the hotel. Highly recommended! NH Hotels are always a safe bet in every major city!

- Filip (7/5): - Ubytování bylo celkově příjemné, lokalita i vybavení nám vyhovovaly. Pokoj byl sice už trochu starší, ale čistý a udržovaný. Jediné, co nám pobyt znepříjemnilo, byl zápach z odpadu, pravděpodobně právě z kuchyňky nebo pračky, které se zřejmě moc nepoužívají. Museli jsme často větrat, což nebylo úplně komfortní, zvlášť když jsme cestovali s malými dětmi.

- Annemarie (7/5): The hotel is modern and clean but could be anywhere. No local atmosphere. - Room was fine, view from roof terrace also, but not specatcular. The furnicular which takes you to the upper part of the hotel (and the roof terrace) is fun, especially if you are travelling with children. Breakfast very good, excellent bread. The swimming pool was disappointing: right down in the basement, no natural light, quite dim. Felt claustrophobic, rather kafkaesque actually. I had to pay 15 Euros just to see it, but then didn't use it. The hotel kindly arranged for a taxi to collect me from the airpoirt, as I was arriving late. The driver was nice, arrived on time, but charged 60 Euros. If you order a Bolt it's much cheaper I was told. The hotel has no immediate access to public transport; the immediate surroundings are suburban and there are lots of main roads. The nearest Metro station is about 10-15 mins walk away.

- H683LEdanield (2/5): I strongly advise against staying here. - This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had in Europe. The issue was both the hygiene and the overall conditions in the room. As shown in the photos I attached, there were dirty floors, holes in the walls, some strange stains that looked like paint or, even worse, dried blood, and disgusting dirty curtains. I was genuinely afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet. After showing the same photos to the staff and explaining the situation, all I heard was that they were “very sorry.” The price of the room in this old property is absurdly high for conditions worse than in a student hostel or dormitory. I will not even mention the fact that during breakfast water was leaking from the ceiling in the middle of the dining area, with a bucket placed underneath it. This is completely unacceptable, and this place does not deserve to be called a hotel. I strongly advise against staying here.

- Lucie (10/5): - Ráda bych poděkovala za velmi příjemný pobyt, který jsem absolvovala v rámci pracovního meetingu. Velmi si cením milé pozornosti, které se mi dostalo jako vybranému hostu dne – opravdu mě to potěšilo ! Pokoj byl čistý, klidný a nadstandardně vybavený, což přispělo k celkovému komfortu a pohodě během pobytu. Snídaně byla vynikající, s pestrým výběrem kvalitních pokrmů. Velmi pozitivně hodnotím také konferenční prostory, které byly perfektně připravené a ideální pro pracovní setkání. V neposlední řadě bych chtěla vyzdvihnout příjemný a ochotný personál, který byl vždy k dispozici a ochotně pomohl.

- Nico_23712 (10/5): Great hotel with friendly staff and excellent service - I was visiting Prague during the end of April and stayed in the NH Hotel with my girlfriend. The check-in and check-out was seamless, we could leave our luggage with the reception without any problems and had a room on the top floor. It was pretty warm in our room but the AC made quick work of this. The windows could also be opened, so the room was cozy in no time. The bed was huuuuge and overall the room was very comfortable! The bathroom was clean and had a great shower + mirrors. The highlight is the viewing point which can only be access by cable car going through the hotel lobby. The view was spectacular, whether it was night or day. We will come again for sure!

Завтраки в гостинице разнообразные и вкусные, отдельно хотелось бы поблагодарить барист за отлично приготовленный кофе. Номер был чистым и уютным, уборка проводилась ежедневно. Мне понравилось всё с удовольствием вернулся бы сюда снова. Спасибо гостинице NH Prague City за прекрасное пребывание! Всё полностью устроило.

Plus we asked for breakfast to be included - which was a good choice and highly recommend it, if you plan to walk whole day long and maybe have 2 full meals for the day. It is definitely filling, and huge, rich selection of food. For my partner it was the 3rd time to stay here, and he appreciated that this hotel is consistently very good and reliable accomodation. Cant pinpoint anything. Whatever we desired the hotel staff was super helpful to make it happen.

- Q1900RLjorged (2/5): Disappointing Stay with Multiple Service Issues - This was one of those stays where most things unfortunately fell short. I requested additional clothes hangers and had to ask three times before they were finally delivered. The iron provided was faulty and leaked water, soaking my shirt. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work either—though to their credit, both items were replaced promptly once reported. Breakfast around 8:30 a.m. was extremely crowded—almost unmanageable. To be fair, the hotel does display “peak traffic” times in the elevator, but the level of congestion still felt excessive. I also found it quite impractical that the shower gel and shampoo bottles were placed on the floor of the shower. This setup is inconvenient and could be particularly challenging for older guests. The most frustrating part came when I decided to cut my stay short. At reception, I was asked to return in 20 minutes due to a shift change, which felt dismissive given the situation. I submitted an online complaint during that time and was contacted shortly after with apologies and offers to improve my stay. However, by then I had already made up my mind to leave. Although my stay was prepaid and technically non-refundable, the hotel ultimately waived the policy and allowed me to check out early, which I do appreciate.

Кімната 1646 хороша, чиста, є все необхідне для комфортного перебування. Персонал привітний , завжди готовий допомогти та відгукується на будь яке прохання. Особливо хочеться відмітити рецепціоністів: Ілля, Даниїл, Здинка, а також Ярина, яка готує омлети на сніданках. Дякуємо за чудовий відпочинок
