Flure waren alt; Duschkabinen an den kannten nicht gut geputzt (grundreinigungn müsste mal gemacht werden) und dass die Sauna extra kostet find ich vollkommen inakzeptabel. Sowas verärgert dann spontan sehr.

Olga (10/5): - במילה אחת - מ ע ו ל ה!! הכל במלון היה מושלם. קודם כל המיקום. מעבר לכביש כניסה לגן חיות. בצד שמאל צמוד אירופה סנטר והכנסייה ההרוסה . רחוב קודם 2 דקות הליכה. בר "מנקיס" המפורסם - מול המלון. תחנות אוטובוס 100 ו 200 בכניסה למלון. המלון מושלם, ארוחת בוקר מעולה ועשירה. צוות נחמד ומחייך. נותנים שירות בשקט ובנדיבות. בקומות של המלון רואים כל הזמן צוותי אחזקה. הכל נקי ומסודר. חדר גדול, הכל חדש, מאוד מאוד נקי. עזבנו את המלון ב 5 בבוקר. בלובי חיכתה לנו ארוחת בוקר ארוזה. מעכשיו זה המלון שלנו בברלין חד משמעית אין

Lack is small details such as no garbage bin in room nothing major. We thought that the price was a little on the high side.

Bushaltestelle neben dem Hotel. 5 min zur U-Bahn oder Bahn. Frühstück war einfach super. Sauberes Zimmer und nettes Personal. Preis ist eher hoch. Teurer Parkplatz vom Hotel. SPA-Bereich fand ich nicht gut. Pool ist klein und ziemlich kalt. Zu viele Menschen und die Liegen dauerhaft besetzt. Keine Sauna oder Therme ohne Zusatzkosten.
Ida (6/5): Bra läge med bra frukost, besök gärna loungen men undvik spaavdelningen - Läget, utmärkt frukost och bra lounge som var en skön avkoppling efter hektiska dagar i en härlig stad. Vi hade höga förväntningar efter att ha betalat mycket- följande får därför läsas med den vetskapen. Trots nedanstående anmärkningar trivdes vi bra och skulle kunna välja detta hotell igen. Vi bodde i en orenoverad del så det var slitet på gränsen till ofräscht med gamla heltäckningsmattor. Spaavdelningen var som en kids corner - hade vi rest med barn hade vi uppskattat det men för ett par som söker lugn och ro blev det lite intensivt. Vattnet var kallt och bastu kostade extra så detta spa lämnade vi snabbt. Vi hade bokat rum där loungen skulle ingå men vid incheckning så fick vi ett papper där information om loungen inte var med och när jag frågade om det hänvisades jag till ”lobby lounge” - det var först efter att jag insisterade extra och visade bokningen som jag fick information om den riktiga loungen.

Angelika (8/5): Komfortables Hotel mit guter Lage, aber kein Luxushotel - Die Lage ist sehr zentral, trotzdem war mein Zimmer sehr ruhig. Sehr gute Anbindung an den Nah- und Regionalverkehr. Mein Zimmer schien renoviert zu sein. Sehr bequemes Bett. Das Speisenangebot beim Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Trotz der Renovierung noch Probleme mit der Einrichtung ( Schrank klemmte, Waschbeckenstopfen konnte nicht bewegt werden) Der Pool war überfüllt, im Saunabereich gibt es nur 2 Liegen im Ruheraum (die schöne Terrasse zum Ausruhen war mir zu kalt ) und die Liegen am Pool besetzt. „Katzentisch“ für mich als Alleinreisende, obwohl es genug bequemere Sitzplätze im Frühstücksraum gab.

Silvio (7/5): Berlin ist eine Reise wert. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Palace war sehr angenehm. - Tolle Location am Hotelstandort bei der Gedächtniskirche. Super U und S-Bahnverbindung, um sich innerhalb von Berlin zu bewegen. Sehr gutes Frühstückbuffet, tolle Bar und hervorragendes exklusives Restaurant und schöner Spa-Bereich mit Pool. Für uns hat es gepasst!

Thomas (10/5): Klasse Service / die Zufriedenheit der Gäste steht an 1. Stelle. - Wir hatten eine Senior Suite gebucht. Hier kam es zu leichten Problemen, da die Dusche nicht temperiert werden konnte. Nach dem wir uns hier drüber beschwert hatten, bekamen wir von der Hotelleitung ein kostenloses Upgrade auf die Präsidenten Suite mit 240m2 Wohnfläche. Hier wurde unkompliziert reagiert und unser Aufenthalt von negativ auf sehr positiv gestimmt.

Bernhard (5/5): Leider nicht so wie erhofft. - Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Größere Umbauarbeiten haben den Aufenthalt ziemlich beeinträchtigt und hätten in jedem Fall bei der Buchung angegeben werden müssen.
Orsolya (10/5): Fantasztikus hotel - Fantasztikus szállás, konkrétan pezsgő és lazac volt reggelire. Tágas és tiszta szoba, kedves és profi személyzet, jó elhelyezkedés. A fürdőszobai csap sajnos elég rossz volt mert alig lehetett a hideg-meleg víz között normálisan váltani, illetve a zuhanyzó lehetne nagyobb. De bárcsak ez lenne mindenhol a legnagyobb probléma!

Впервые в жизни видел что бы в отеле делали отель, это должно быть предусмотрено если вы делаете ремонт на 3 этаже, вы должны не заселять людей на 2 3 и 4 этаж. Спать невозможно, не все приезжают в отель и просыпаются в 7 утра, кто то любит спать дольше. А на отдыхе просыпаться в 7 утра от работы перфоратора и строителей это просто УЖАС.

Robert (8/5): Exceptional hotel with expensive but fabulous breakfast - A very impressive hotel. We loved our spacious and comfortable room. It's located in a lively area near the Zoo - handy also for parkland walks, and near the Zoo station, where we were able to alight from our train from Köln instead of going on to the main station - just a 6 minute walk to the hotel. Also well located for S-bahn and U-bahn train services. Breakfast was expensive but fantastic - we didn't feel overcharged. Very slow check-in, for no obvious reason. I wasn't all that happy at having to pay a refundable deposit of €150 - the balance of which hasn't come through yet.

Katharina (8/5): Super Lage für ein Wochenende in Berlin - Die Lage vom Hotel ist super, Restaurants, Zoo, SBahn, Bushaltestelle alles direkt vor der Tür. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, reichlich und viel Auswahl. Das Zimmer war neu renoviert, schön und groß. Am Abreisetag haben wir eine super späte Checkout Zeit bekommen- das war klasse! Am Samstagmorgen haben laute Bohrarbeiten stattgefunden, dies wurde weder bei der Zimmerbuchung noch beim Check-in erwähnt. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht richtig funktioniert, daher war es nachts sehr heiß.

Roberto Alexander (8/5): Hotel in guter Lage zu meinen Terminen mit sehr gutem Frühstück. - Sehr gutes Frühstück und schöne Zimmer. Spa und Fitness-Bereich sehr gut, das Personal, insbesondere im Gastro-Bereich, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht richtig funktioniert und es war konstant etwas zu warm. Allerdings habe ich auch nicht um Hilfe gebeten, sicherlich hätte man das Problem lösen können. Teilweise waren deutliche Spuren der laufenden Renovierungen zu sehen.
