• Bernhard (8/5): - Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral mit vielen Restaurants und Bars in direkter Umgebung. Großes Zimmer mit angenehm langen Betten. Sehr freundliches Personal. Täglich neue Handtücher bekommen und es steht ein Fahrstuhl für die oberen Stockwerke zur Verfügung. Rund um das Hotel sind zahlreiche Bars, es kann etwas lauter werden, wobei die geschlossenen Fenster vieles abhalten. Bad war nicht total sauber (Dusche) und einige Kleinigkeiten sind schon abgewohnt/beschädigt (Herdplatte, Stromschalter)

• Anthony (8/5): Clean, comfortable room in a very central location. Helpful staff. - Self catering. A few stairs to get to elevator, but receptionist carried luggage for us. Freezer part of fridge did not work in making ice. Pedestrianised area so taxi on arrival and departure stopped one block away. Even with luggage, this did not affect us too badly. Staff at front desk was very helpful. Location was excellent, less than a block from Istiklal St and very close to Taksim. Couldn't make ice in freezer for drinks.

Ηταν κοντα σε μετρο και παρόλο που είχε κίνηση απο κόσμο απο κάτω, ήταν πολύ ήσυχα. Παρα πολύ καλό και εξυπηρετικό όλο το προσωπικό, μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειστήκαμε. ηταν όλα καλά

• Gavin (8/5): Lovely stay- I would recommend Ardilas Residence - Location – Excellent , close to everything – trains, trams, 50m from Istiklal street with all its shops, restaurants and entertainment We has three rooms – 201, 301 and 401. Staff- very good- always ready to assist and help!! Rooms- Spacious , clean and with all utensils needed Beds comfortable with lovely white linen Cleaning done daily with fresh towels There is no breakfast option The shower head though was terrible- water squirting in all directions!! Just one important- there are nightclubs very close to the hotel. If you are a light sleeper then this is NOT the place for you!!! The noise is very bad at night until the early hours of the morning. The noise in room 201 was particularly bad! BRING EAR PLUGS!!!

• Eda (10/5): Un hôtel calme où se reposer est un bonheur, après les kilomètres parcouru dans cette ville éblouissante - Hôtel très bien situé, très sécurisé. Quartier vivant. Personnel attentif, à l’écoute et très serviable. Également de bons conseils. Un ménage impeccable, fait tous les jours. L’hôtel est à une perpendiculaire de l’avenue istiklal. La chambre est spacieuse avec linges de salle de bains fournis + dosettes café thé + bouteille eau. Wifi impeccable. Il manque peut être un petit dej ( mais vous trouverez pleins d’endroits où le prendre). Nous avons passé un séjour au top. C’est un ancien bâtiment très bien rénové. Rien tour était parfait

• Olga (9/5): Приятная локация в удобном месте. - Расположение отличное. До площади Таксим пять минут если идти с чемоданом. Это удобный транспортный узел. У нас был четвёртый этаж. Воздуха больше, поскольку длм в узком переулке. Чисто. Полотенца меняли каждый день. Бельё нам поменяли в середине проживания. Мы жили 8 ночей. Плита старая, но мы и не пользовались. Микроволновка есть. Посуды нам хватило. Мы покупали еду в локантах на площади и дома только разогревали. Удобные кровати и подушки. В меру мягкие. Лифт бесшумный. Соседей мы не слышали. Возможно, их не было, не знаю. Номер после относительно недавней реновации. Сантехника в порядке. Воды горячей было достаточно. Иногда падал напор в часы раздачи, но быстро восстанавливался. Таксим- шумное место. Несмотря на специальные окна- шум ночью просто оглушает. Что там происходит даже непонятно, кто так орёт? Беруши придётся использовать.
• Ver (9/5): 本当に写真通り - イスティクラル通りに近く便利な場所。レストランはありませんが、すぐ近くに朝７時から開いているスタバあり。簡易キッチンも便利で大きめなミネラルウォーターも。 週末に泊まったせいか、夜中までかなり賑やか、太鼓のような響く音もしました。

• Sónia (9/5): Localização e staff - A localização é fabulosa, a 100m da rua do eléctrico e muito próxima do metro e transportes públicos. O atendimento é espectacular. Todos os dias limpavam o quarto, trocavam as toalhas, colocavam uma garrafa de água de 1,5l e pacotinhos de café e chá. Ao 3.º dia mudaram a cama. O quarto é grande e a cama confortável. A única coisa que poderia referir é para estarem atentos ao fecho das janelas, senão vão ter música a noite toda.

Имеется возможность оставить вещи в любое время. Ежедневная уборка, смена полотенец, средств гигиены и бутилированной воды. Есть отопление, можно перекрыть, если жарко.

Приветливый персонал, ежедневная уборка. Большие и удобные кровати. Есть все необходимое на кухне. отель расположен в окружении баров и ресторанов, это скорее не минус, но ночью можно слышать отдаленные звуки музыки.

• Dasha (7/5): Один раз пожить нормально - Отличное расположение у отеля, персонал всегда готов во всем помочь! Наш номер находился на первом этаже, окна во двор (колодец). В номере всегда было темно из-за этого…еще то ли рядом клуб, непонятно, до 6 утра гремела музыка каждый день. В номере часто пахло сигаретным дымом, мы были с ребенком и это нам не понравилось. Отель видно что уже немного староват и номер немного ушатан, черная плесень в душе. Постельное белье было с пятнами

• Maya (10/5): - Great location in a side street of Istiklal street. Rooms size was very convenient and perfectly soundproofed. Although there is clubs around it, you won’t listen hardly anything from the music. We had a very good sleep, beds were comfy. The staff was very accommodating. In general, highly recommended for a stay in Istanbul and we will definitely be back!

• Beria (8/5): - The staff were helpful and thoughtful. It was pouring down with rain and we only had one umbrella. Without thinking twice, our receptionist kindly offered us another 2 umbrellas to help us to get to our restaurant without getting wet. Amazing hospitality!

• Olter (10/5): Central location - Friendly service and very spacious room. Central to Taksim shopping and Taksim square. Very quiet side street. Note that taxi cannot stop at door. But this is good to keep street quiet. Shower head did not work very well. I have long hair and wouldn't be able to wash my hair.

There were some issues with warm water in the shower and also the clogged drain. So weren’t able to use the shower the first day which was annoying. But the staff solved it the day after.

Le pire mal de dos de ma vie. La chambre était située juste au-dessus des bars. Impossible de dormir avant 6h du matin. La salle de bain était sale. La douche était bouchée donc inondation dans la salle de bain.

The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The housekeeping service is outstanding — every day we were delighted to return to a spotless room. The location is simply perfect. I want to sincerely thank all the staff from the bottom of my heart. I truly hope to see you again soon, as this is certainly not my last visit. I highly recommend this place — you can book with your eyes closed! .

• Wolfgang (9/5): Gute und empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit fairem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis - Geräumiges Apartment, zentral gelegen unweit der İstiklal. Roomservice, kleines aber sehr sauberes Bad, schöner Parkettboden. Ich war schon das zweite Mal dort und werde für zukünftige Istanbul Aufenthalte wieder diese Residence buchen. Die Strasse und die Umgebung ist lebhaft, es gibt viele Lokale und Musik bis tief in die Nacht. Wer das nicht mag, kann einfach die schalldichten Fenster schließen und die Klimaanlage anschalten.

• Mohamed (9/5): Perfect choice. Excellent value for money - Location is perfect, rooms are spacious and well furnished, rooms are cleaned daily without asking, with fresh towels supplied daily. Staff are friendly and helpful. They fulfilled all our requests and more. Didn't face any problems and would definitely stay there again. Really nothing to complain about. The water pressure was sometimes relatively low, and the shower drain was little sluggish, but we didn't complain.
