With all that it was pretty quiet at night meaning you could sleep peacefully Reception and the lovely cleaner greeting you at the door were always friendly and cheerful
- Christoph (6/5): - Staff was very friendly, rooms clean. Location in Venice is super good. As with most of everything in Los Angeles: prices are not worth what you are getting. Again: staff was very friendly, rooms clean, but charging 38USD for parking a day is pushing it. 5USD a normal water. Checking in early 50USD. Also charging extra for "fast" wifi is just outdated and since the "normal" wifi in the suite was barely holding it together, it seriously is a reason not to stay in this hotel anymore. When normal pages are not loading and 15USD are charged for "fast" internet, it seems more like a relict from out of time. But hey, it's the US with late stage capitalism. Everything is for sale, nothing is sacred. We payed like 200usd a night and charging every bit extra feels like just not uplifting when you stay in the hotel. So price-value isnt really there (at least from my point of view).

- Brandy (8/5): It was a great trip and I would definitely stay there again. - Everything was clean, the room was huge, the staff were wonderful, the location can't be beat. The property is a little older so sometimes you might catch that older smell. But it isn't a deal breaker at all.

Luckily I could open the window. I informed the facility, they offered to change the room and I declined since the smell was most probably coming from the central unit. I found hair in the bathroom which was definitely not mine. Oh and they changed their parking rates to 38 usd instead of 30 advertised on their message and only gave me the 30 usd after I complained.

There is a safe to store valuables, a hair dryer, ironing amenities and alarm clock Take note that they don’t have a laundry room on site and also charge a $100 deposit at check in!

A Venice Beach és a Venice Canal pár perc séta, a szállás környékén rengeteg üzlet és étterem. A bérelt autónak biztonságos parkoló állt rendelkezésre. Az ágyak hatalmasak és nagyon kényelmesek. A szobában kapszulás kávéautomata állt rendelkezésre, amit mindig feltöltöttek, ingyenesen lehetett használni. Ezt a szállást csak ajánlani tudom, legközelebb is itt fogunk megszállni. Nem volt ilyen.

- Sergei (1/5): Good location, but hidden charges ruined the stay - The hotel has a few clear advantages. It is located very close to the beach, which is convenient, and the neighborhood feels safe and calm - there were no homeless people around, which is a big plus. Room cleaning was decent and done regularly. However, there are quite a few downsides. There are no good grocery stores or pharmacies nearby, which makes daily logistics inconvenient. The rooms feel worn out, and the towels are old. The hotel does not have its own cafe or restaurant, and there are almost no decent places to eat in the surrounding area. The biggest disappointment, which completely ruined my overall impression, happened after check-out. The day after I left, the hotel charged me an additional $10. When I called the hotel, I was told this was for the water in the room. At no point during check-in, nor anywhere in the room, was there any information that the two bottles of water were not complimentary. In a regular store, this water costs about $1 per bottle, but the hotel charged $5 per bottle. This lack of transparency is extremely disappointing. Because of this experience, I will not return to this hotel and cannot recommend it to others.
