• Verified traveler (8/5): - 予約サイトは11時となってますが、チェックインもアウトの時も１０時と言われました。帰りは延長料金は取られそうになった上面倒くさそうに応対され部屋が良かっただけに残念でした。 持込用にある冷蔵庫が冷えず、外の方が涼しい位で夏場はちょっと心配です。 部屋もテラスも広く綺麗でゆっくりくつろげました。 朝食ものんびりテラスで楽しみました。
• キュピー (8/5): - フリードリンクや果物が要されていることは、大変ありがたったが、朝食は味が今一つを感じさせるものであった。 部屋は新しく、シンプルできれいでした。 可能なら、バスルームに椅子があればと感じた。

• Beth (8/5): Nice staycation for our anniversary. - My husband and I booked a terrace room for our 24th anniversary. Early check in time of 3pm gave us ample time to enjoy our wonderful room. Hammock on the terrace facing the sun was lovely we were expecting a larger jacuzzi from the photos but enjoyed watching Tv in it.Although the hotel is in alove hotel district, it really doesnt give you that vibe once you are inside. Its a bit pricer than most places but for the time you can spend there, its worth the extra price. Staff was very decent and spoke good English.Japanese breakfast was totally more than satisfactory for the price. Free use of washer dryer was an added bonus as well and they gave us two room keys!
• mario (10/5): - 遠出もできないので、リフレッシュで利用しました。 大型テレビにはChromecastがついているため、prime videoを見たり、本を読んだりと、ゆったり過ごすことができました。 また、室内についているNespressoも、それの手助けをしてくれたと思います。 浴室も大きく、ベッドの硬さもちょうど良かったので、かなりリラックスできました。 2泊したのですが、もう1泊したかったです。 ロケーションはラブホテルが多い地域なので、少し驚きますが、駅からも近く、ホテルの周囲にはコンビニも多いので、便利だと思います。 スタッフの皆さんも、とても丁寧です。 強いて言えば、スタッフに尋ねる以外は、館内案内がほとんどなく、館内に自動販売機があるのか？2Fのキッチンがどうなってるのか分からずじまいでした。 ただ、かなり満喫できたので、近いうちに、また利用しようと思ってます。

• Verified traveler (10/5): オススメです(^^) - 友人と2人で宿泊しました。 場所はラブホ街を通っていくので 少し暗い感じですが、近くにコンビニが2軒もあるので便利です。 まず、この規模のホテルでウェルカムドリンクに生ビールがあり、びっくりしました(^^)うれしい。 スタッフの方はどなたも対応が素晴らしく 部屋はスウィートの広い部屋でしたが清掃もばっちり行き届いており とても心地よく、滞在できました。 携帯の充電器は部屋にはなく お願いしたらすぐに持ってきていただけました。 そして、よかったのは朝ごはんでした。 お願いすべきです！ 前日に決めた時間でお部屋まで運んでいただけます。 また機会があれば、お願いしたいと思います(^^)

• Verified traveler (10/5): 全て満点！ - 部屋はとても清潔かつ快適で、サービスも全て文句なし★5を付けました。 アメニティはフェイスマスクやバスソルトなどもあり、女性が喜ぶようこだわって選んでいただいてる事がわかります。ドリンク類もネスプレッソかな？カプセルタイプのコーヒーマシンがあり、楽しめました。また、部屋に設置されている以外にも、フロントに行けばフリードリンクとしておかわりがいただけるのも嬉しいです！ ベッドルームには巨大なテレビが設置されており、圧巻です。海など自然の映像を眺めながら眠りました。自宅にも欲しい…。 朝食は部屋食も可能で、時間を伝えておくと部屋まで持ってきてくれます。 錦糸町駅から徒歩10分圏内で、駐車場も使えます。今はオープンして間もないようなので、お安く泊まらせていただけたのだと思います。 人気が上がって予約が取れなくなりそうなお宿です。
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Stayed here for 8 nights in a superior double room. Staff is very nice, you get one alcoholic welcome drink and then unlimited non alcoholic beverages in the lobby. The room was a great size and a huge tv. No English channels but they did have a selection of movies to choose from which was nice. A large whirlpool tub which was great to go in after a long day of walking around. Train station about a 5 minute walk away. We liked the quiet location of the hotel. We never felt unsafe walking around, though a taxi driver did warn us that there was some slightly bad areas nearby. That wouldn’t deter us from staying here again though. We had a terrific experience overall and had no complaints!

• Sebastian (10/5): - Einfach alles top. Ist ja noch kein Jahr alt das Hotel aber wir waren schon 2 mal da. Super sauber, Einrichtung ist super. Gibt sogar einen Wäscheservice. Einziges Manko: Fenster sind eher Mangelware, aber uns ziemlich egal.

• Kot (10/5): - 大堂員工很親切，非常有禮。酒店房型都算大，有足夠空間，而且很整潔。酒店地方不算難找，距離JR站或地下鐵站都只不過是5-7分鐘步程，而且有24小時超大型超市隣近車站非常方便。

• dominique (6/5): - brand new hotel in a neighborhood that will change a lot with the Skytree in that area. and there is all kind of.small isakayas around that can be explored... if you are attentive! there are also love hotels around and similar businesses. The rooms are huge and brand new which is great in Tokyo but no windows so it can be claustrophobic. And breakfast is really not worth it.

Staff is super friendly and accommodating. They were always cheerful and tried their best to help. Overall wonderful stay and experience. Will be back again!
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Das grosse Badezimmer war super, alles sehr sauber, jedoch keine ausreichenden Ablagen, nur eine Ablage für zwei Betten, Steckdosen nur für ein Bett, limitiertes Englisch des Personals, zu knappes Frückstück . Zimmerwechsel wegen kaputtem Sofa gegen kleinerem Zimmer wurde ermöglicht.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The rooms where so spacious. Never such a big room in my entire life. Never seen a bathroom to hang your clothes and towel. There is a sensor in the front ally where light keep switching on at night even if i do not need it.
• ma (10/5): - スタッフの方が丁寧でした。朝ごはんもおいしかったしテレビは大きいしお風呂は広いしジャグジーだしアメニティ立派だし部屋は綺麗だし広いしとにかく文句なかったです！強いて言うなら、ロビーがどこか分からず戸惑った（2階にある）のと、お風呂場に椅子がないことくらいですかね。。？

• tohru (10/5): ウェルカムドリンクが時間的に飲めなかったのが、悔しい笑 - シャワーがガラス張りなのは、オシャレとはいえちょっと…。あと、部屋に朝食を食べるのにちょうどいい椅子がないようにおもいました。 とはいえ、建物は綺麗だし、部屋は広いし、サービスも充実していて満足できます。

Location isn’t too close to things but only a 5-7 min walk to two stations including Kinschicho Loved the big room and tub and shower. Would only recommend more drawers or shelving as I had almost no place to put clothes.

Sin embargo no nos gustó la oscuridad (sin ventanas que puedan abrirse al menos para visualizar hacia afuera), la zona, rodeada de hoteles de paso (moteles). Asimismo el hotel parecía brindar ese tipo de servicio por su infraestructura. No fue lo que esperaba para un hotel familiar.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - ホテルまでの道に飲み屋やラブホテルがあり、少し危なかったです。当のホテルは最高！！65インチのテレビで最初映画も見放題、バスルームでもテレビが見られました。その上ジェットバス！！ベッドもフランスベッドで上質！空気清浄機完備。アメニティも完璧です。夜12時過ぎてチェックインしたのにもかかわらず、親切に対応してもらい、ツインの広い部屋を当日2名で取ったのですが、夜遅くなりお友達を突然その部屋に泊められるか相談したら、快諾してもらい、ソファで寝るのですが2千円で宿泊させてもらいました。夕方までにチェックインできると、エキストラベッドを入れてもらえたみたいです。使わなかったけど、無料で国際電話もかけられるそうです。朝食もお部屋でゆっくり頂きました。 宿泊代もエクスペディア当日予約で25%オフ。 とにかく立地以外はパーフェクト！！
