- tinawT687UN (10/5): Perfect spot for an airport layover - Excellent stay for an overnight near Miami Intl. Free shuttle to and from airport was on time and friendly running every 30 minutes. The hotel is clean and beautiful. Our room on the 7th floor was relatively quiet with muffled noise from planes as expected. We slept great. Dinner at the cafe inside was wonderful. The bar tenders were friendly and the food came very fast. The Cuban sandwich was very good. We left the hotel at 7 am and were through tsa precheck by 7:20. Would stay again! The lobby was vibrant and bumping with music and activity.

Where to start : 1)the cards for room open and enter are working bad and it's hard to enter and leave the hotel 2)there is no free water to fill your bottle and its miami its a hot zone ,u need to buy the water and only in breakfast u can have a chance to take some water. 3)the staff couldn't resolve a really easy problem that needed to be solved for me it was very uncomfortable situation .

The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the area. The suite I had was clean and available on time. The lounging/ reception area was clean at all times even right after breakfast. Overall this experience was one to remember.

They were bikers everywhere in the lobby at the bar, hanging out in front hanging out in the parking lot motorcycles all over the place women dressed, scantily everything out from the top to the bottom, loud popping wheelies in the parking lot all you heard until at least 3 o’clock in the morning every night for the six days I was there was room room room, this is what I get for not asking why the hotel was full on what was seemingly just a regular weekend no holidays or anything I should j of convention and perhaps asked what type, but I didn’t think it was just not the peaceful existence that I wanted for my time away from home. Everything else at the hotel of course was two thumbs up and top-notch the service. The care of the team the free breakfast managers cocktail hour, although over booked with bikers and their biker lifestyle they truly took over the hotel. It was really outrageous. Had I known I definitely would have stayed somewhere else for my time but Hilton Embassy suites I’ll be back because I love you guys. This was just one of those unavoidable things you cannot discriminate against paying guests as a business, but I can discriminate against where I wanna stay for my money depending on who’s going to be there

- Maria (6/5): The stay was ok for a 3 star quality hotel. Not what I expect from an Embassy Suites - The location near the airport was great the staff was accommodating. The cleanliness of the room was less than up to Hilton standard that I am used to. There was mildew on the sliding glass doors and the restroom had mildew on the tiles.

Breakfast was great. Our room was very spacious but most of all clean; a special thanks to Sunamis, so kind, friendly and attentive to make our room and stay was wonderful. Fritz made sure we were able to get around and had transportation (we didn’t rent a car). Pierre help set us with our next vacation, and he was so helpful, a joy to spend time with; met Jessica as well and it was such a pleasure to talk with her. We were very pleased with our room rate, and pleasantly surprised by how quiet our stay was, especially being so close to the airport. We will definitely look to stay here again when we come to Miami.

- Shanelle (4/5): - The lobby was nice, breakfast was good huge selection for breakfast. As soon as you stepped out of the main lobby, they rest of the hotel looked like it was in poor condition. Filthy carpets in the hallways. Our room was very poorly cleaned.
- brendaa82 (8/5): Ronnie is Great - The stay was okay. Motorcycle club took over but I must say that Ronnie with Hilton vacation club was amazing. He took the time to explain how the vacation club worked now as in the best irs been a bad experience. His knowledge, compassion for what he does and friendliness was awesome 👌.

Toute la nuit Du coté click clack il fait froid courant d’air venant de la porte d’entrée pas bien isolée Cet hôtel nous a épuisé le nom Hilton nous a bien trompé En résumé je vous le déconseille

Big shout out to Joan who helped us with our luggage upon arrival and then went out of his way to shuttle us to McDonalds nearby to pick up food for our hungry crew (21people). He was friendly and extremely helpful.
- Alesia (5/5): Average. Will not stay there again. - Housekeeping was nice. The tub was rusted. Our sheets on the bed had blood stains and some kind of other stains on them. We have to request for our sheets to be changed, which they were promptly. The noise from the constant trains going by was too much. My son sleep like a brink, I go hardly any sleep at all.
