Access to Getting in to the building was to complicated 2 codes needed one for gate and one front door.. Night time inadequate lighting to input code at gate..

• Juvenal Villarreal (10/5): El mejor hotel para una experiencia papal y Vaticano - la ubicacion para quien busca una experiencia completa en vaticano es perfecta, la plaza de san pedro está a unos cuantos metros caminando, tienen agua y café; el hotel esta tan cerca del vaticano que puedes ir y regresar en minutos por si necesitas ir al baño o a descansar me gustaría unciamente que le dieran mantenimiento a los enchufes, conectar los aparatos en ocasiones fue complicado pero no imposible, fuera de eso considero que tod esta ok

• Jennifer (7/5): Close to everything, but don’t expect a great shower. - Very close to the Vatican. The shower was very, very small. Also, at night, the phone rings in the common room next the bedrooms and woke us up a number of times - as do one had forgotten the gate code. The office was not helpful about when we asked for the phone to be diverted at night.

• Chiara (10/5): Fantastico! - La struttura è letteralmente a due pazzi dalla Basilica di San Pietro, la zona è molto tranquilla e sicura. Soprattutto per chi come me viaggia con bimbi piccoli. Si può raggiungere tutto a piedi e/o comunque ben servita da Uber e/o metropolitana

• Michael+ (10/5): Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. - Die Unterkunft lag so super zentral zum Petersplatz. Es war sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war für 2 Tage ausreichend.Für eine Woche vielleicht etwas klein. Die Adresse war sehr schlecht zu finden.

• ANDREA (1/5): Worst value for money! You can find much better options in Rome for the same or less price. - Just good location if you are visiting the Vatican. I have been travelling around Italy for ten days, and this was by far the worst accommodation I experienced. The shower pressure is really low and the water is cold. You have to open the bidet and basin to get slightly warmer water, but it's still cold. Of course, this is a waste of water. The maid is also too rude and doesn't pay attention to details, such as providing cups for tea but not leaving you a spoon to mix in the sweetener. They didn't care or offer any type of compensation. Never again!

La chambre 24 donne sur une cour intérieure qui sert de parking à motos. Les premières arrivent vers 6h00, les dernières partent vers 22h00, ce qui laisse heureusement la nuit calme, mais quand même...

Nos movíamos con Google map y menos del Coliseo, la parada del metro a unos 5 minutos andando, todo estaba a unos 30 minutos andando, la entrada al vaticano a apenas 100 metros y a unos 5 minutos al Museo Vaticano. La limpieza si estaba descuidada con pelusas y telarañas en los rincones. Y para que el agua caliente llegue a la ducha, tenga que abrir el grifo del bidé y la ducha un poco ....

• Cosette Lisandra (8/5): Buen lugar. Todo a mano. - La habitación es pequeña (la hab con la decoración en gris) , pero para estar 1 noche y hasta 5 días esta bien. Estuve en la 25 (1er nivel superior), la cama comoda y amplia con el colchon firme. Para mi es un plus. Todo limpio y con lo justo y necesario. En la entrada tienen un área común para preparar té y café, bol con caramelos. Puedes auto servirte. Hay una señora encantadora la cual me indico donde dejar la mochila, ya que dejaba la hab pero aun no me iba de Roma porque tenia visita al Vaticano. La foto que adjunto es la entrada a BorgoNove. La reja esta justo al lado del muro que divide el Vaticano de Roma. Crusando la calle cuando sales van a encontrar bares y el lugar de donde se parte para las visitas guiadas de algunas agencias como Kay... Si tienes el tiempo justo para visita el vaticano, pues este es el lugar. Y un plus: si quieren entrar sin cola a las 7 am se abren las puertas con entrada gratis a la basilica de san pedro. Si estas a 2 minutos del vaticano, pues ..... este alquiler es una excelente opción. Solo 1 pega: No me parece bien que para bañarse con agua caliente tenga que abrir el lavaman o bidet al mismo tiempo que la ducha. Y dejarlo abierto todo el tiempo que te estes bañando. Es un derroche de agua totalmente solucionable.

• Shyshko (8/5): отличный вариант за свою цену, из за удобного расположения остановилась бы снова. - Очень понравилось расположение, тихо уединенно, окна в закрытый внутренний дворик за собором Петра сразу в двух шагах, также напротив макдональдс и недалеко метро. Очень удобно добираться до всех достопримечательностей. Кровать очень мягкая и удобная, постельное чистое, в целом уборка хорошая- чисто. Обратная связь очень быстрая, общение очень приветливое. Вода не очень горячая в душе и нужно ждать пока нагреется несколько минут но напор воды хороший.

• Dominik (3/5): - Location was good, and the privacy was very nice. The snacks in the reception room were a good touch. The bed had stains all over it, bugs were killed on the walls, the door was very thin, with all sound going through. The TV only had cable, which, in today's standards, should at least have a Fire TV Stick for smart TV capability. The cleaning lady asked us for money at the end which we can understand leaving a tip for her but she lied to us saying it was city tax and tried scaring us. When she told us this we were confused and sat silent which she then said "Do you not speak English?", this completely ruined the experience for us as we not only had sanitary problems with the room but got hassled for money right when checking out.

• Louise (7/5): Great stay - The location is perfect, you couldn’t get closer to the Vatican and St Peter’s square if you tried. Lots of great restaurants within 10 minutes walk. The location, the staff communication was exceptional. Room was pretty big, so was the bathroom. It’s premier inn level for comparison to the UK.

• AC (10/5): Great place, great location. Will recomand. - The room and bathroom are modern and clean. Cleaner comes every day. Although it's just a minute away from the Vatican the location is quite and safe. All around you can find many restuarants, bars, souvenir shop, boutiques, Also tram and buses are just a walking distance away. If you plan for Vatican ceremonies etc this is the place to be. Will highly recomand. The room is air conditioned and you also have the facility of a kettle and hair dryer. No fridge but as I visited in winter it wasn't much of a problem.

Somente senti falta de algumas amenidades e uma comunicação melhor com relação às áreas comuns que a comodidade oferece, por exemplo, a cozinha/café. Não sabia da existencia desta área, poderia ter ido buscar ao menos uma água ou um café. Senti falta de amendidades, por exemplo, um chinelo descartável. Fiz uma viagem bate e volta de Milão até lá e levei somente o necessário na bolsa.

• GERO (10/5): Soggiorno indimenticabile, sia per la posizione della struttura che per la pulizia e i comforts. - La colazione offerta dalla struttura è molto abbondante e variegata. La posizione della struttura a due passi dal Vaticano ti consente di vivere la città senza problemi. La pulizia è impeccabile. Abbiamo prenotato la mattina per il pomeriggio stesso, trovando un ottimo prezzo, considerando che siamo in centro.
