• Tracy (8/5): - This was our 2nd time staying at the Knaresborough. We had a great time once again. This apartment was a bit more compact than the first one we stayed in but was fine for the 3 nights we were there. Everything you need is in the apartment, comfortable bed, decent shower, good TV, WIFI, fridge, kettle (tea bags/coffee/shower), shampoo, shower gel & hand gel. The apartment is nice & quiet. Communication from Nestor was excellent. About 5 mins walk and you are at Earls Court tube station and numerous pubs, restaurants & takeaways of all descriptions. The Premier Inn is across the road and we ate the excellent buffet breakfast there every morning. All in all, I would definitely recommend the Knaresborough and will return again. Thank you!

• mike (6/5): - Apartment was adequate but could do with some decorating. Only one lounge chair. Lack of cutlery and kitchen equipment. No washing up bowl or kitchen sink plug. Very few glasses. Only small teacups. Balcony very scruffy. Cheap chairs and table. Light on balcony not working. Large number of tv channels not working properly . None of radio channels worked without constant interference. Would have expected some tourist leaflets etc as not familiar with locality.

• Karen (6/5): Not value for money, would not stay again - Property on a nice quiet street, in a good location. ‘Room’ was disappointing. Fixtures and fittings tired and in need of repair/ upgrade. Small kitchen area but no table or seats suitable to eat at, only a small desk with one chair. Room very narrow and care had to be taken walking around the bed under the tv on the wall. Housekeeping quick to respond when dirty cutlery was discovered soon after arrival. Be aware no toaster is provided so unable to make toast for breakfast! I do not think the stay was value for money and would not stay again.
• Grace (10/5): - All communication are through email and Whatsapp. I received check in instructions the day before. This serviced apartment is located in quiet area near both the Premier Inn and the Marriott. It's also near the Cromwell Hospital and a Sainsbury's. It's a 5 minute walk to Earl's Court tube. Lots of food choicesRoom is as depicted. It's small but not too small to seem claustrophobic. Nicely set up kitchen and it's great to have a refrigerator. The bed is quite comfortable. I really appreciated the walk-in rainforest shower. London was in the middle of a heatwave and the AC held up. My only complaint is that bathroom sink is exceptionally shallow. Between the size of the sink and the shelf over it, there's no way you can get your face over the sink to wash it. Make sure there's a bathmat under the sink. Having said that would stay there again.

• BERNADETTE (10/5): - We are amazed how comfortable our stay was. Communication with property management was excellent. And they are very considerate. Room smells good and the bed is relaxing. Our whole stay at this property is excellent! It is like having a comfortable stay away from home. Will definitely come back

• Corrie (10/5): - Overall, we had a great stay at this property. The location was excellent and communication from the operators was very good. Overall cleanliness and condition was adequate. The apartment was a little bit tight, but that is to be expected in London. More hooks, racks, etc would help. Also, we really appreciated free access to laundry (with pods) but the dryer took a very long time to dry a load, just be aware of this. If you are looking for a safe and quiet "home base" while exploring London, this is a great option. Earls Court Station was just a short walk away.

• Rachel (8/5): - This property was just average in my books. I do feel like the pictures look nicer than the flat, but overall it was still good. I do think it could use a thorough cleaning as the walls in the kitchen especially were dirty with handprints and other splatter. Some of the utensils were not very clean as well and there were some cobwebs in the sleeping area on the walls. The kitchen could be better equipped - I didnt have a cutting board/mat or a cutting knife whatsoever, so it made it difficult to prepare fruits and vegetables for meals. There is only one steak knife which was very dull and more like a butterknife. That being said, the location is absolutely the biggest pro of this property. Less than 5 minute walk to Earls Court station which was extremely convenient for transport around London. Check in was easy and also convenient including the communication. I had no issues finding the property and despite the cons listed above, the stay was still good.

• Nicola (10/5): - Loved the high ceilings and doors onto the balcony, created a lovely feel in the property. The heated bathroom floors meant any spills from the shower dried really quickly and it was beautifully furnished. The host company was extremely responsive when we had concerns and very helpful with local recommendations. Very safe area and walkable to either local transport or the main high streets. Would definitely come again.

Wonderful service. Instant replies when communicating. Couple minutes to Earl’s Court station, a few more to Gloucester Road station. Great restaurants and access to amazing sites nearby. Highly recommended!
• Matt (8/5): - Great location, surrounded by good local restaurants and very close to the earls court tube. Room was tidy, comfortable and the kitchen was very handy. Our only critique was the noise, you can hear your neighbour quite clearly through the walls so our sleep was interrupted a few times but other than that small issue we highly recommend this location for a stay in London.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable I think the mattress was broken. raise this with the staff and they sent someone around but they couldn’t understand the issue. Bed was completely slanted got no sleep. Would not recommend. Think a travel lodge/prem inn is better option.
• Lynee (2/5): Entirely Unpleasant - I was in one of the rooms on the lower level and had an absolutely horrible stay, I could not wait to check out. The view was literally garbage, garbage littered outside the window and on the steps and cigarette butts. The flat was filthy, bodily substances on the bathroom walls, hair everywhere from previous quests. The kitchen had no amenities dirty utensils in a bowl on the counter, a dirty already used sponge, not kitchen or tea towels. One of the lights in the room didn't turn on, the chair provided for the desk literally made it impossible to try to work or eat from the desk as it was about 18 inches too low. Zero decor and just a nail hanging on the wall where any photo or decor would have been and is displayed in the photos online. The only good thing about the property is the location. Everything else was absolutely disgusting. Conveniently it won't let me add photos to the review, probably because this is a 1/10 review. Highly do not recommend.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Really easy to get in, they communicate via Whatsapp which is great the day before you check in and are quick to reply with any queries. Would suggest adding a couple of UHT milk sachets would be beneficial.
• Susan (8/5): Good location but some furnishings need attention - It would have been helpful to be told, when I asked a few days before arrival if it was possible to store my luggage at the hotel. Instead I was told to contact them again the day before arrival, not a big thing but one more thing to have to do before arrival. The location is good, convenient to restaurants, museums and Earls Court tube. Not so good are the furnishings. The coffee table in the living room is wobbly and about to fall apart the bed in the bedroom needs a new mattress. The fan in the bathroom does not work. It was nice to have a little coffee for the first morning, tea bags, milk and sugar. We didn't cook but there was basic equipment in the kitchen. I liked the big windows.
• Krishan (4/5): Disappointing - Honestly I didnt enjoy my stay at this property. I stayed there for about 2 weeks and regretted every single day. Room size abd kitchen were extremely small. No cupboards at all in the room so you will have to live in the bags. No cleaning done in these 2 weeks. Room had barely any lights so it always seemed dark. Would never book with them again

• Michelle (8/5): - Great location and felt safe and is close to Earl's court underground. Nice man who welcomed us and who we could contact if we had any issues. We stayed in a small double. 4 steps down to the room with a double bed in and small kitchen area and a separate shower room. Very small room with just enough space to walk sidewards beside the bed. If you had a big case there would be nowhere to put it. Access to a microwave and good size fridge was helpful. The cleaning was ok but the top of the cupboards had not been cleaned for a while. Bed comfy. The room heater was a bit difficult to figure out but we got there. Would I stay here again? would probably shop around but if you are looking for a base to sleep and options to make snacks then yes probably would return.
• Emily (4/5): - I was extremely disappointed in my stay here. This felt like a dorm room and did NOT look like the photos. The rooms were quite small, the bed was uncomfortable with poor quality linens, my desk chair was missing screws and provided one roll of toilet paper for x5 night stay. In addition, it didn't feel clean with hairs in the bathroom and cob webs on the ceiling. All I can say is the photos are NOT what the room looked like and they were unable to move me to a different room. I was in England for 3 weeks and this was the most expensive per night place I stayed and was sadly the worst condition. I would recommend staying at any other location surrounding the area - lots of other options.

• Dinna (4/5): - Smooth check in. Great location- close to museums, pubs, grocery stores, coffee shops. Javier was quick to respond. Otherwise, bathroom was awful, everything gets wet after a shower because there’s no shower curtain or door, very “3rd world”. Furnishings are old, one chair for 3 people, stains on the walls, better decor from Salvation Army. Not on my list to stay next time.
• Susan (10/5): Great stay! - The location is very convenient to Earls Court tube and restaurants, as well as Earls Ct and Cromwell Rd busses. Our room was comfortable and the kitchenette (complete with a small washer/dryer!) was a great feature to have after a previous week of regular hotel rooms. The shower is rather small and open to the rest of the bathroom, leaving the floor wet for a while, but we managed just fine. The only thing helpful would be a few drawers to unpack clothing. Great for a short stay!

• Anne (6/5): - The online pictures were quite deceiving. Apartment was very small with very little storage. The ‘kitchen’ area was very basic. We had to buy more cutlery and plates. There was no toaster. The walls were in need of a scrub. The bed barely fitted in the bedroom and there were no bedside tables. Having said that, the area was great with easy access to transport and shopping.
• Mircea (10/5): - Excellent location, quiet area, good transport links, relatively close shopping area, groceries and coffee shops nearby. Clean property, elegant set-up. Attentive support from the operator throughout the stay. A perfect base to explore London's West End.
• Stephanie (10/5): Lovely apartment in a great location - I enjoyed my first stay so I extended to a longer stay. Staff were very helpful and were able to offer me the same apartment and a mid stay clean and linen change. The area around the apartment is a clear winner, close to a tube station with excellent transport links and lots of places to eat out and great takeaway options. There's also a large tesco and large sainsburies close by which is great for stocking up and filling the apartment's fridge. The apartment was very large with plenty of space. The laundry facilities in the building are a great asset.
• Stephanie (10/5): Great Location, well designed property - The property is excellently located, close to Earl's Court tube station and plenty of restaurants and shops. The property managers were friendly and helpful and quick to respond to emails. I got an early check in when I arrived which was really great service. The room itself, a lower ground floor studio, was nicely designed and decorated and a large size. It would do with a touch up of paint in some places but the decor was great. The bathroom was of a good size. There was plenty of space for luggage and a huge table which was great for WFH. The kitchen was a great asset, although it was lacking in knives and chopping boards for cooking. I enjoyed my stay so much i extended it by a few days, and they were happy to keep me in the same room which was great. We were also able to stay for an hour or so after checkout which is a great service.

The team were efficient with communication, and were always available when needed. They arranged someone to come look at the kitchen sink when I initally had issues with the drainage. Sun rises on the side of the balcony, which is lovely. Really enjoyable stay, and would stay again
• Shana (10/5): Nice decor and view - The room was spacious and decorated nicely. There was a great view from the windows. There wasn’t any shampoo and I needed a squeegee to get the water off the floor after having a shower as it was very slippery. Overall, lovely property. I booked again.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Better the first time I stayed - There was food in the fridge from the last guest. The floor was dirty. I swept it myself as fortunately there was a broom outside. No knives, only one fork and a couple of spoons. I really like this property but was disappointed this time in this room.

• Emma (10/5): Great place with balcony access! - Lovely area. Beautifully decorated. Kitchen facilities fab (personally I would prefer to have some larger mugs for a good sized brew!). There was a problem with drainage in the bathroom but apparently t has been raised with the owner and they are awaiting a solution. Loved having a balcony!! easy access to local shops, restaurants and takeaways and the tube. I would make a suggestion of a mattress topper for the bad as I could feel the hardness of it after 3 nights....loved the sizer of the bed though. Would definitely stay again.
