Breakfast hours were not good. Very early for half an hour, then it closed for a while and reopened for the second sitting, so you either had breakfast at 7am - 7.30am or later (I think it was from 10am- 10.30am). Good choice of breakfast, just a shame about the hours.

- Ying Tzu (5/5): Based on the hotel descriptions and best breakfast 2025 award that the hotel had won, they fell short. It felt like stay - The location because it is near the Milan centrale train station. It was a bit hard to find because it is behind some buildings from the street, we walked past it twice, unable to locate it. Finally figured it after looking at the photo of the hotel It was very dusty, I don’t think they dust the lamps. I woke up with dust on my phone and watch on the bedside table. The room is also very dark, we had 25m square room, only had 2 bed side lamps and 1 floor lamp. The ceiling lights were not working

- ｋH (7/5): すっきりしすぎてビジネスホテルみたいになっちゃってちょっとがっかり - 清潔で整った設備 美味しい朝食 野菜や果物などのフレッシュなものが豊富だったこと スタッフの対応 駅に近い TVやエアコンの取り扱いの案内がなく見れなかった Wifiの接続方法が面倒 以前とまった時よりも味わいが無くなった。最初は1997年に泊ってとても素敵だったので スリッパやバスローブなどリクエストするとすぐに届けてくれますが、その案内が目立たないところにあり1日目はスリッパもないのね、とがっかりしていました。 2人で泊まっているのにチェアが1脚でお願いしても、こちらは1部屋1脚と応じてくれなかった。 立ち上がりがつらい人はチェアの方が楽な場合もあります！！

Not a superb breakfast, but you can find something to eat. Quite an ok distance from metro and train station walking by feet. Good restaurants very close A bit difficult to find entrance. Just trust google maps and go through gates which might look wrong.

- QUIM (4/5): regular hotel, bien por la cuidad - la ubicacion es buena. mi pareja tenia frio por la noche y fue a preguntar si podian poner la calefaccion mas alta, respuesta, ha llegado la primavera y cerramos la calefaccion, increible para el precio que se paga tene que pasar frio, y para acabar te cobran una botella de agua a 3-.€ cuando te encuentras la botella en la mesa, si la quieres cobrar ponla en el mueble bar y listos.

Macchina del caffè lavazza in camera e asciugacapelli potente!. Silenzioso la notte. È impossibile trovarlo. Si trova all'interno di un condomino non è visibile dalla strada e i cartelli sono mal messi peraltro ce ne è solo uno e no n si capisce. Abbiamo fatto 3 volte il giro del quartiere prima di capire come fare a raggiungere l'entrata.

- Miyuki (8/5): 快適でまた使いたい！ - 中央駅のすぐ近くで治安も良く、暗くなっても危なさは全く感じなかった。 部屋は広く、ベッドはとても清潔で、タイニングテーブルもあり快適だった。 朝食はクチコミの通りとても素晴らしかった。 ダイニングの椅子が1つしかなかったので、せめて2つあると嬉しかった。

- Beaniee (8/5): Spacious Room and well located - Hotel was close to Milan Centrale station and metro (less than 10mins walk). I follow guide from other travelers to use Atelier de gusto resto as the destination to locate hotel. Tram outside hotel could go to duomo, city centre and Chinatown. Hotel check in was fast. Room was clean and spacious with table with chairs. Room temperature was set centrally. We informed front desk to adjust our room temperature higher at night. Overall stay was good and we will stay here if we visit Milan next time.

- 617granth (8/5): Great modern rooms, slightly hidden due to surrounding buildings and slightly noisy rooms. - Good location close to the station, though you will need a taxi if you have two or more additional bags. Clean bedding and modern bathroom results in a pleasant modern stay in this old European City. The only negative is that you can literally hear the couple next door, due to paper thin walls with little insulation.
- ANTONS (9/5): Great stay nearby central station - Location is nearby central station. Bed is comfortable and room is very wide 🫰🏻 Bathroom needs to be refreshed, because all staff is covered in limescale.
- WEIQI (10/5): Nice location, beautiful room and friendly receptionist. - The room space is really nice and facilities are new. The room is near elevators so a little bit noisy of the machine running sometimes.
