- Solveig (6/5): Fint hotell, men bråkete og kaotisk opphold. - Hotellet er bra med fint bassengområde. Vi hadde et stort og fint rom med gode senger, men alt for store og harde puter. Frokosten var greit, men frokostsalen var stor, bråkete og kaotisk. Det var underholdning med kjempe høy musikk hver kveld til ca. 23.30, og med rom mot bassenget skal du ha godt sovehjerte om du klarer å sove til støyen. Hotellet er en blanding av familie og partyhotell og det er trist å se foreldre som fester til langt på natt med små barn sovende på fanget. Bassengområdet er fint og “åpner” kl. 8, men du må være på plass før 8 og holde av solsenger om du skal få det. Første dagen fikk vi ikke solseng, og det var kjipt å se familier holdt av solsenger fra morgenen av og først dukket opp kl. 14.30. I perioder var det folk på kanskje 30% av solsengene, men alle var opptatt. Hotellet ser ikke ut til å bry seg om dette. I tillegg var det tydelig av familier av tilsatte som jobbet ved bassengområdet (som jeg antar ikke bodde på hotellet da de ikke hadde armbånd) kapret mange av de “beste” solsengene. Som familie med små barn, som ønsker en fin og avslappende ferie, hadde jeg ikke valgt dette hotellet igjen. Det var alt for mye folk, kaos og bråk til langt på natt. Det finnes helt sikkert bedre alternativer i dette området.

- Ruth (8/5): - Overall, the property is wonderful, but the staff, particularly the receptionists, are not very friendly. The ladies seem reluctant to do their jobs; they either take an excessively long time to assist guests or, when they finally do help, they often get it wrong. This is my biggest complaint— the resort really needs to invest in friendlier staff. They are unhelpful and seem indifferent to any concerns you might have. Additionally, there was a dining area that was clearly overcrowded, yet they continued to serve breakfast, resulting in a wait of 40 to 50 minutes. You would think they would extend the breakfast hours to accommodate guests, but they did not. The service was just terrible. The customer service was very disappointing.

We Loved the indoor pool, jacuzzi and spa services. Large variety of buffet style meals, but my family preferred the a la carte dinner meals. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

- Manuella (4/5): - Je n’ai pas aimé mon séjour, la chambre première chambre était vieille pour un 5 étoiles. On m’a changé de chambre mais elle manquait aussi de rafraîchissement. La télé ne fonctionnait pas, le téléphone non plus pourtant j’en ai parlé mais rien n’a été fait. La nourriture du restaurant « à la carte » pas bonne. J’ai commandé un risotto qui n’était pas cuit, un des serveur a osé sous en entendre que parce que j’étais noire, je ne savais pas ce qu’était un risotto, ce qui est complètement inacceptable! J’ai eu droit à pas mal d’acte raciale. Bref ! J’ai détesté mon séjour.

- Rudo (4/5): - There was poor transport link, no public transport. The taxi charges about 40euro to go to Tirana city. The room was nice we had a sea view but the other side was supposed to be pool view but the pool was empty and under renovations. There was hardly WI-FI in the rooms, you had to go downstairs to be able to have a good connection. the streets surrounding the hotel looks like a deserted and abandoned places , old unused buildings, some under renovations. The food from the restaurant was always cold even if you go early.

Der mangler små finish detaljer for at gøre det til er fuld 5 stjernet oplevelse, men det er småting. Manglede en pool hvor vanddybden er under 150 cm uden at være en baby pool.

Then at hotel was night party and it was so lought that really i paid for good looking place. In reception but they didn’t pick up phone. ( matbe they were on this party ) Hotel looks great, it’s by the beach but not for car trip. Geneealy it’s realy hard to park in Dures.
- Nadin (10/5): - Wir waren in der Nebensaison, daher sehr leer und ruhig. Frühstück sehr lecker und große Auswahl. Unser Zimmer hatte direkten Meerblick. Es standen sogar schon Liegen am Strand. Personal sehr höflich und hilfsbereit.
- Yesenia (8/5): Mediocre Stay - The hotel itself was amazing. The experience with the front desk lobby was not. The staff was not friendly, nor pleasant and unorganized. It felt like a bother when I asked simple questions. There is no 24 lobby service either. Lights were out by midnight. A shortage of beach towels happened on a daily. My bedroom linen had stains on them. The towels also had stains on them. I do recommend the scrub massage and 50 min massage super cheap. It cost about $30-40 US dollars. Food is also super cheap outside of the hotel and they serve large portions. After 7pm vendors are out selling beautiful jewelry and other gifts worth buying.

- Flurije (4/5): - Ich fange mal ganz positive an.und das war unser Deluxe Zimmer mit super Meerblick und jakuzi was wir gar nicht wussten.Unser Zimmer wurde im 6.Stock hervorragend täglich geputzt.Zum negativen war die bedienung.so schlechte Bedienung habe ich nicht oft gesehen wo wir schon überall waren.Und das Essen jeden Tag das gleiche und geschmacklich hatte man nach 3 Tagen keine Lust mehr drauf.Wir hatten Gott sei Dank nur mit Frühstück.In großen und ganzen für 1 mal fafa gut um es erlebt zu haben aber leider für uns nicht mehr dort nochmal zu buchen

- Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely room, lovely view. - The room was absolutly lovely (A block) with a gorgeous sea and pool view. The room was a very good size with a large balcony which caught the afternoon sun and the bathroom was very large with a walk in rainfall shower. We had water left in our room on the first day, but this, along with the tea and coffee is not replenished. However, if you ask at the reception they will bring drinks up. The breakfast was nice, served in the restaurant with a lovely sea view. The staff were very friendly and English was well spoken. The hotel is in the Golem area, about 2000lek in a taxi from Central Durrës, there is also a bus from the road at the rear of the hotel which costs 40lek. There are plenty of bars and cafés within walking distance and the beach was clean soft sand with a beach side promenade which was lovely for wandering along in the sun.
