Their services from the front door to the back office is beyond excellent. Their services best i ever experienced. I wish they still keep the spa as it was before when they were Gallery hotel but I assume it is changed with the chain

It was dissapointing honestly; I wouldn’t imagine someone can stay longer than 1 night in that room. It was the superior room.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella meravigliosa suite e abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia e gli ampi spazi. Colazione varia e provvista di dolce e salato. All'ultima colazione del 21.03, a differenza dei colleghi nei giorni precedenti, il cameriere Darling si è rifiutato di prepararci un cappuccino espresso, invitandoci ad utilizzare le macchinette self. Questo non è accettabile in un hotel a 4 stelle in cui è imperativo fornire ai clienti cortesia e attenzione. Un vero peccato!

- Scott (10/5): Stylish and comfortable stay in the heart of BCN - Room was excellent. I loved the design of the hotel's common areas and the room itself. Very convenient location in the heart of the Eixample. Easy access to public transportation. The gym is small, but has enough equipment to have a good workout.
- Béatrice (9/5): Accueil grand luxe dans un hôtel qui dispose de toutes les commodités ! - Emplacement très central, à proximité des Ramblas, de la casa Batlo, de deux stations de métro et cerise sur le gâteau station du bus turistico à quelques mètres. Chambre familiale parfaitement adaptée à quatre personnes avec deux salles de bain, lits confortables et propreté irréprochable. Petits déjeuners et diners au restaurant de l'hôtel au top !!! - Mailce (8/5): - Excelente localização. Quarto muito bom, grande, confortável e muito limpo. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Café da manhã com muitas opções saudáveis. Ficamos no quarto 423 e é possível ouvir o elevador em movimento.

- Justīne (8/5): Great location, modern room. - Great location. Nice and modern room. Friendly staff. Good shower products available. We had two single beds but they were right next to each other, so basically we had double bed. The room was not as clean (there were dust, dirt and hair on floor and elsewhere) as we would have expected from a hotel at this level.
