Receptionen är öppen dygnet runt, har trevlig personal som pratar bra engelska och frukosten var toppen med bland annat färskpressad juice! Utsikten från hotellrummet mot Eiffeltornet gjorde dessutom kvällarna magiska. Rekommenderas varmt!

- Paula (6/5): The information presented at the time of booking does not match reality. - I would like to highlight that the location is convenient, especially if you are attending events at the Palais des Congrès, with easy access to the metro for visiting Paris. The breakfast was also good and offered a nice variety. I was disappointed with the room I was assigned. The room (number 85) was quite different from the photos shown on Booking and on the hotel’s website, starting with the size. The Booking app indicated that a “Classic” room would have around 19 m², but this room felt significantly smaller. In addition to its limited size, the furniture made the space feel even more cramped, leaving very little room for luggage and personal belongings. Another important point is that room 85 is located on the 8th and top floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 7th floor. This detail was not mentioned at the time of booking and would have been important to know in advance. The bathroom included a bathtub, but it was not practical for taking a standing shower, as water would easily spill and wet the entire bathroom. The curtains did not block out the light properly (photo). The room faced the inner courtyard, and being on the top floor, we could hear pigeons quite clearly. In general, the soundproofing is weak, and noise from neighboring rooms is noticeable. In summary, while the location and breakfast are positive aspects, the room itself did not meet expectations based on the information and images provided online.

- Netta (10/5): - Fabulous location for us as we were attending a show in the 17th. The hotel is beautifully decorated, very calm, has lovely original features, is modern, clean and bright. The staff were all very impressive. They were friendly and welcoming and looked after us so well. Breakfast was fresh, beautifully served, had a decent variety of hot and cold choices and the room was delightful. We didn't like having to leave!
- Joanna (7/5): Przyjemne i oryginalne miejsce ale przez akustykę nie wrócę 😣 - Czysto i przyjemnie. Wejście z fortepianem na środku robi swoje. Winda piękna, oryginalna. Pokój jak na Paryż bardzo duży. Miałam na siódmym piętrze z widokiem na Wieżę Eiffla i to było fantastyczne doświadczenie. Choć nie widać całej wieży a mniej więcej połowę. Nocą wręcz bajka! Personel szalenie uprzejmy. Wieczorem dostałam dzbanek gorącej herbaty - w pokojach jest tylko zestaw do kawy, na kapsułki, bez czajnika. W recepcji można było kupić szampana, wino czy piwo - fajna opcja. Łazienka bardzo dobrze wyposażona, nawet w szlafroki. Płyny do mycia ok - choć dałabym coś uniwersalnego a notę tylko miodowe - mi nie podchodziły….Łóżko i pościel super wygodne, pięknie pościelone z dodatkiem miodowych poduszek sprawiało wrażenie luksusu. Mimo wygodnego łóżka i super miękkiej pachnącej pościeli nie spałam prawie w ogóle. Każdy najmniejszy ruch sąsiadów w pokoju obok - i to przez całą nic od odłożenia telefonu, po wstawanie do łazienki, otwieranie butelki z wodą - słyszałam tak jakbym ich miała w pokoju. Jeżdzę do świecie, w tym do Paryża bez przerwy. Często w hotelach słychać odgłosy pokoi obok. Ale czegoś takiego od ponad dwóch dekad nie doświadczyłam. A aby obniżyć akustykę wystarczyłby może prosty trik: dywany w pokojach i na korytarzach? Na pewno by pomogły. A tego brak. Mam też zastrzeżenie co do umeblowania pokoju. Piękne łóżko King size i brak stolików nocnych. Z jednej strony był niski okrągły kawowy, ale nie dosięgałam do niego, żeby móc odłożyć tel czy butelkę z wodą. Jedna klimatyczna piękna lampa robiła swoje - ale reszta to klosze ze szkła i odbierały nastrój (jak z hali industry i ni jak miały się do klimatu jaki tworzyły obrazy na ścianach czy lampa stojąca).Szkoda głównie ws akustyki bo przez to niestety tu nie wrócę. I dla mnie za daleko od centrum (na mapie wygląda lepiej).

- Barbara (4/5): Very uncomfortable and hard to rest in - This was my second stay. The staff is always nice, the rooms are beautiful, clean, toiletries are Nuxe although not refillable. The location is perfect if you know your way around Paris, bus and subway close by Everything else. I don’t remember being this loud the first time, you can hear everything at all hours, the staff, other guests, it was impossible to get a full night of sleep, the noises start super early too. They offer free ear plugs but I don’t see this as a solution The room doesn’t have blackout curtains so it gets fully light at 6:00 am or whatever time the sun rises The cleaning team is very insistent and don’t speak english at all which I understand but working in a hotel the basic is needed I was interrupted while I was on a meeting 3 times cause the cleaning lady didn’t understand that I was telling her that I was on a work call. They also didn’t restock toilet paper or tissues until I asked Maintenance came twice for inspections too I will not be returning nor I recommend it

The room was incredibly tiny and although the hotel has an elevator our room was on the 8th floor, and I had to carry my suitcase through the staircase..

- tamara (10/5): - The hotel is comfortable and beautiful. I lived in room amazing french vintage style room. The piano in the lobby is YAMAHA and pianists can play during their stay. The stuff was very nice. Very valuable xperience. Hotel has great wiev of Eiffel tower and Paris.
- Huynh (5/5): - The location is near the metro station. The area is also safe and quiet. It’s quite an old building. At night I can hear it very loud when the neighbors flush the toilet so it affected my sleep quite a lot. Some staff members are nice, some are just ok. I don’t think it’s worth the price overall.
- Dulcineia (10/5): Worthy every cent! - This boutique hotel is just amazing. Very friendly and competent staff (they dont just rely on being friendly, they know what they are doing); nice and spacious room (got the 20m2 one). Beaaautiful bathroom! 7 mins drive from the Arc de Triomphe or 25 mins of a very nice walk. If you like walking, like me, 40 mins walk from Montmartre.

Aménagement des chambres original Rien de particulier . L’hôtel devrait rappeler aux clients de ne pas faire de bruit en pleine nuit. Même si c’est du bon sens

- Cristina (10/5): I found my place for mu next visit to Paris - Nice and cosy property in a good location. Super nearby to buses and metro station which makes easy to reach any point of the city. It has all you need, it is clean, cosy and the staff is nice and welcoming.
- Wei (10/5): - During this trip to Europe, I stayed at six different hotels, and this one was by far the best. The room was just the right size—neither too large nor too small. The décor had a French flair, and was both elegant and stylish. Looking out of the window, you could see the Eiffel Tower. The staff were professional and friendly, and there was a complimentary breakfast on offer—the most varied and best I had during my entire trip to Europe. It’s close to the metro station, just an 8-minute walk away.

Me and my fiancé went same time last year and we loved the hotel and Paris that much, we booked again for this year. Highly recommend the hotel, beautiful hotel, brilliantly located. There’s loads of restaurants and shops local Nothing at all

- S (7/5): Heerlijk genoten - Mooi, sfeervol hotel. Goed bereikbaar per metro in een gemoedelijke buurt We waren met ons gezin, hadden 3 kamers. Echter was het in de kamer van onze dochter onmogelijk om de temperatuur goed te regelen (bleef er erg warm).
