Im Zentrum von Charlottenburg. Restaurants aller Richtungen direkt vor der Tür. In 5 Minuten ist man an der U-Bahn Deutsche Oper. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf der Wilmersdorfer Strasse auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt.

The Appartment was spacious, clean with all the amenities. The beds were very comfortable. We've got last minute upgrade to an executive suite which was a pleasant surprise :)

• Y_Stra11 (8/5): I could totally relax with a room of art'appart! - Good point: Beautiful furniture, comfortable bed & nice view of a balcony, Points of concern: The contract of the previous guest with personal information etc. was left in the room when I arrived, so I would like you to manage it properly. There was a kitchen with no partition (room Nr.307) diagonally next to the bed, and the sound of the refrigerator was loud, and I was a little worried about the sound when I went to bed, so I confirmed that I left it open or not. That's why from me 4 points of rating. I like give actually 4.9!! I could have super nice time with the room! Thank you!!

• Birgitte (8/5): Nice and central - The apartment is centrally situated in Charlottenburg close to transportation and shopping. We had an easy check-in and the apartment was spacy and clean. On the negative side the bed was on the hard side.

I was able to get some food delivered to my room from the extra helpful little café/brasserie place downstairs. A much appreciated bonus!

Both cleaning ladies were ill and could not come as scheduled. The cooking area has no light and the ventilation didn’t work. In the shower room, there is no place for putting or hanging clothes. The room is spacious though. The hotel is situated in the town centre and near the u Bahn and bus stations, rather convenient.
• Niels (6/5): Svarede ikke til vore forventninger - Lejligheden svarede ikke til vore forventninger. Den var indrettet meget spartansk og virkede kold og upersonlig. Kun et natbord og dermed kun 1 lampe. Vi kommer ikke igen. Vådt brugt badeværelseshåndklæde lå i køkkenvasken ved ankomsten. Til gengæld fik vi fremragende morgenmad på den lille cafe "Hüftgold" ved siden af. Super venlig personale.

• Mira (8/5): Good place in the best location - A small apartment hotel located in one of the best neighbourhoods in Berlin! Location is amazing - just next to the s bahn, subways and RE train to airport. Also walking distance from tons of amazing restaurant, bars (and even the best cocktail bar i have ever been to is 10 minutes walk) and coffee places and even a farmers market in the small square in front of the hotel (wednesdays and saturdays). And still - a quiet and safe neighbourhood! We got the studio - that had a small kitchenette (small fridge, fire, plates etc), a comfy bed, closed closet and open shelves (less comfortable for a long stay) and shower/wc. Just perfect for 2 people for more than a week. They cleaned the place once during our stay and changed the towels twice. The only down side - the hotel building has a few private apartments, so on the 1st day we woke up to renovations noises from one of those apartments. Talked to the reception that talked to the owner, and assured us that it won't happen again and they are only allowed to start after 10 am. The rest of the stay was as they promised - quiet :)

• Verified traveler (10/5): Convenient and comfortable - I had an executive double room which was spacious and very clean. The kitchen is slightly cramped but well equipped with double hob, microwave and fridge. The location is excellent with connections from Ubahn Deutsche Oper and SBahn Charlottenburg within easy walking distance, as well as 109 bus for Tegel. Towels are changed every 3 days, bed linen every week.
• Karl-Josef (10/5): Super schöner Aufenthalt in Berlin - Unser Aufenthalt war fabelhaft gewesen . In diesem Apartement hat uns aber auch alles sehr gefallen . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren direkt vor der Haustüre gewesen . Jeden Samstag ist ein Markt mit frischem Obst und Gemüse , sowie frischen Blumen .

Ondanks de belofte van de receptioniste om dit op te lossen is dit niet gebeurd. In de badkamer hing een stoffilter los. Hierdoor kreeg ik helaas een goed beeld van de viezigheid daarachter. Dat had wel even schoongemaakt kunnen worden. Helaas zijn ondanks dat dat aangegeven werd in de advertentie op geen moment tijdens het verblijf de handdoeken en het beddengoed vervangen. Opzich geen groot punt, maar het was van tevoren wel beloofd. Lang verhaal kort: keurig appartement, maar in de details mis ik een flink stuk service.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - The apartment was small and dark. Friends who reserved after we did got light and airy large apartments. Generally we could not access WIFI, and for three days we had no light in the bathroom other than our own flashlight. There was no help over a three day holiday weekend. We would not go back.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - We arrived and were greeted by the receptionist, but had received full and clear instructions on how to obtain keys if we had arrived outside of staffed hours. The apartment had everything we needed for a four night stay and was served by both buses and four nearby S Bahn or U Bahn stations - three lines which went to nearly every city neighbourhood. It was a little warm in the apartment as there is no air conditioning. The windows do open and there is an electric fan to help circulation. I’d recommend this to anyone staying here a few days. The bed was comfortable, but wasn’t the best I’ve ever slept in, but four nights was fine. The room make up service was discreet (day 3) and exactly as advertised - “if you need fresh let us know”. And a personal thank you, we managed to leave minus one mobile phone. We left it in the room. They let us know it was there by email - and we caught it in plenty of time. Would I recommend to anyone? Yes I would, but maybe no longer than about 5 days. Thank you to everyone at the property.

• WALTER (10/5): "A Home in Berlin" - Well located. Having an apartment makes you feel at home and is very economical. Working kitchen a big plus. Pleasant for entertaining. Conveniently located next to food markets, shopping and public transportation. As an added bonus, it is only two blocks away from the Deutsche Oper. Across the street from Karl-August Platz farmer's green market every Wednesday and Saturday.

• Klaus-Dieter (8/5): Schöne Unterkunft, aber nichts für Langschläfer - Zunächst die Nachteile: In Nähe der Unterkunft findet ein Markt statt, was beim Aufbauen zu einiger Lärmbelästigung in den frühen Morgenstunden führt. Die Rezeption ist nicht durchgägngig besetzt, daher können auch Koffer bei einer späteren Abreise nicht abgestellt werden. Jetzt die Vorteile: Schöne grosse, helle Unterkunft mit kleiner Küche. Günstig gelegen zur U2. Gegenüber Kirche und Markt. Abends ruhig.

Additional codes need to be requested. They initially only gave me two codes (when in modern society every person uses 3plud devices) which expired the night prior to check out... imagine my frustration.

• jojobongo123 (10/5): Lovely appartment - These are fantastic apartments in a lovely area. They are spotlessly clean and have all the facilities that you could want including hairdryer, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and even a fax machine for business travelers. They are situated in a lovely area with an abundance of shops, restaurants and groceries stores including an Aldi and Lidl. Check in and check out is really quick and easy also. They are also located close to U-Bahn stations so it is really convenient for getting around to other parts of the city. I would highly recommend!

• Kevin (10/5): Amazing except for poor noise isolation - The studio I stayed in was really nice. The kitchen came fully equipped with plates, cups, silverware, mini-fridge, etc. The wifi was okay. Having access to a free washer and dryer in the main building was a really nice perk. The only downside is that noise isolation from the outside is fairly poor. I'm a light sleeper so I sometimes had a hard time sleeping since lots of trucks and cars drive right next to the building at night. The area the hotel is located in is super nice. There's a mall, numerous grocery stores, and plenty of grocery stores literally on the opposite end of the block. The U-Bahn station was a 5 minute walk away and the S-Bahn station was a 10 minute walk away. Location was amazing.
• M&A (10/5): Perfect apartment in a lovely Berlin neighborhood - We enjoyed this spacious, immaculately clean apartment in the pleasant neighborhood of Charlottenburg. Restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and all manner of shops were within a short walking distance. U-Bahn and Bus Stations are nearby. One of the best Wednesday/Saturday Markets in Berlin is in the park across the street. Independent food purveyors: bakers, butchers, wine shops, as well as an excellent food department in the Karstadt department store, and Lidl grocery store, can provide anything needed for in-apartment cooking.

• Obees1 (10/5): Live like a local - After travelling in Europe for about 3 weeks and staying in hotels, we thought that we would like a change and live like ‘the locals’, and so chose an apartment to stay in for 8 days in Berlin. We chose this place, going on reviews as we wanted to be in the Charlottenburg/Wilmersdorfer area, and to be within walking distance of U-Bahn / S-Bahn so the 400m walk was great. The area had loads of cafes, restaurants and shopping so being self-catered meant that we could either head to the supermarket, or go out for dinner every night. Making our own breakfast and enjoying our own coffee, using the house coffeemaker, while still in our pyjamas was wonderful ! We arrived on a Sunday, so the reception was unattended, but our joining information email provided details of how to collect the key from the secure box, and so we had no problems. The large living room/sleeping area was nicely set out with a cooking facilities and cooking items available for most requirements. A large dining table was most useful when planning the next day’s activities and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was bright and modern, with the water was always hot, and the Wi-Fi was very efficient. After 3 weeks travel we needed to do our washing, and made good use of the free washing machine / dryer on the ground floor. On the Monday morning we met up with the reception staff who provided us with information about the area, and were able to answer our questions regarding the local transport. On weekends in the adjacent Karl-August Platz, around Trinitatiskirche there is Saturday Market provide a wide range of fresh produce and craft items for sale. We enjoyed wandering around and bought our dinner for that night which we cooked in our kitchen area, and enjoyed a home cooked meal, with a fine bottle of wine, from the local wine shop over the road from us. For an extended stay in Berlin, when you want to get away from hotels, and look after yourselves, you can’t go past this place for location, convenience and good value.

• Brad (8/5): Berlin apartment near everything. - The apartment is a studio with small kotchemette. It is in a diverse area of shops and restaurants. The u-bahm and s-bahn stations are a tem mimute walk from the apartment.

• MGrunnet (10/5): Nice apartments with a good location - The apartments are nice and clean. There is free WI-FI. They are located near public transport, so it is easy to get around. There are great shopping opportunities and many cafes and restaurants in the area. The staff is polite and friendly.

• Karen (10/5): First visit to Berlin, couldn't have been better - Super Apartments very easy to find and a lot closer to train and underground stations than it looked on the map and on a quiet side street. Everything was very clean and equipped with all you could want for a short stay. Close to shops ( a bonus ) a Lidl and places to get hot food within 5 mins walk. Staff were very friendly and spoke good english as did most of the shops and restaurants. Had a great first trip to Berlin and would definitely stay here again.

• bernibee1946 (4/5): Forgettable Stay. - Different categories of rooms here so know what you are getting. We got a "superior room" but there are "executive rooms". Apartment stark and no effort to make cozy. Microwave placed so high you have to play basketball to reach it. Bed is clean and comfortable. Price was reasonable. Have to open windows for air which is fine but can be noisy so bring ear plugs. No English translation on washing machine. Would have been nice. We liked the area but we would not repeat here. The wifi would only work near our apartment door and quickly drop in living area. This was very inconvenient as we had a family medical emergency in North America. If you say you have wifi please provide it consistently.
• Shuk (10/5): Home from home. - If you are looking for a level of independence during your stay, these apartments are perfect, a home from home. Great location, modern rooms, a great base for exploring Berlin.
• Yaeli (10/5): wonderful! - A week in Berlin. A really nice surprise with the hotel. Very nice, roomy, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed (except, maybe, heating... why isn't the heating on in September?? it's already cold!!), in a very beautiful area of Berlin... Thank you!
• Jaunt411 (8/5): Very Good Value For Money - Stay: 4 nights in July 2015. At around AUD 110 per night, very good value for an apartment-style room in Berlin. Staff: Friendly and helpful. Room: Single Occupancy room with views across park and church. Spacious, with a nice work desk & chair with easily accessible power point. Average sleep quality - it was noisy on Saturday night due to nearby restaurants. Church bells ring during the day (not only on Sunday, when they ring for 20 mins), and there are a few dogs living nearby, so not a place to stop if you want to be “in” during the day and enjoying some peace & quiet. There are light buttons on each floor which you need to use at night to unlock the entry door and room – you get old-style cluncky security keys. Bathroom: Stand-alone shower, narrow, plenty of toiletries. Amenities: Kitchenette with good-sized fridge, stove/oven, and plenty of utensils and crockery. Free laundry on ground floor (only need to buy washing detergent). TV: Mid-size high quality Samsung LCD TV. English Channels: CNN, BBC World News, plus Eurosport (German). WiFi: Free, connected easily and worked fine, but requires re-login after inactivity. No site-blocking. Location: Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Taxi from Tegel cost 20 Euros. 5-7 mins walk to U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Fashion week in Berlin - Great location and very happy with apartment - a little short on prep space for cooking but plenty of room otherwise.
• Paul (8/5): Email if you will arrive after 6pm - Unfortunately I was delayed and arrived late (after 6pm) and reception was closed for night. I could not get through to their number on my mobile, but luckily one of the other guests phoned for me, and everything was sorted - the hotel gave me a code to open the safe at the back of reception, where I picked up my key. So be aware of reception closing - if you are going to be late, or even if you don't think you are going to be late, email them, and they will send you the code. Otherwise, great location, great facilities.
• Maya (10/5): Great apartment - Lovely apartment with great kitchen facilities. Free use of washing machine and dryer downstairs. Very helpful staff. Easy access to underground stops. Great area for cafes and restaurants. Visited Charlottenburg Palace and Deutsch Oper, both very nearby.

• Julie (8/5): Great stay in west Berlin - It was a very pleasant stay, nice and helpful staff and fine surroundings close to both s-train and u-bahn. Plenty of cafés and restaurants and some bars. And also lots of shopping down the street. Only downside was the nearby church ringing at 8 o'clock every morning except sunday.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Very pleasant - My second stay here, and I will be returning again. Well located for Deutsche Oper and Staatsoper im Schiller Theater. Rooms are clean and airy, and quiet also (except for church bells...) My kitchenette had microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and 2 hobs but no separate oven. Several supermarkets are less than 5 minutes' walk away.
• cissie_12 (8/5): Room 006 is the best! - We stayed in Room 006 three different times in 2014 and it is, by far, the best room that Art'Appart offers. It's next to the main house, just a few steps above the ground floor, and it's outfitted with pretty spiffy furniture and appliances. We really liked it there, and if our focus hadn't shifted to a different part of Berlin, we'd be returning to the same room again and again. It does have its negative points - the street and bar noise is crazy, and people going by are pretty gross at times. We also had idiotic next door hotel neighbours last time, who thought it was funny to throw their trash on our balcony. The staff there could be a lot nicer, as they can be pretty curt. The main thing for us is the comfort of the beds and cleanliness of the room and this room has both. I would not, however, recommend staying in the main building of the Art'Appart, as the rooms are cruddy, and nowhere near as nice as the studio room #006. Hope this helps you decide!
• Jenny (10/5): Convenient, quiet and clean - The room was appointed with modern furniture, perfect for a short or long stay. It was warm and very well lit. Plenty of sockets for portable devices. The kitchen had a good range of equipment and crockery - all in very good condition. There was a small balcony overlooking a quiet street and open area around a church.
• evelinar2015 (10/5): Business stay - Came to Berlin for business stay. The location for us was perfect - close to everything. The fair our group of 11 was attending was held in Messe Berlin, only 2 stops away on S-Bahn. This saved us early morning hours in bed rather than on a bus or taxi stuck in the morning traffic. U-Bahn goes directly to Rudow (change to a bus that goes to Berlin Schonefeld airport). The area had a lot of restaurants, bars and shops around. We were all very pleased with the apartments - space you get for the price is a great value. The staff was very lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend it.
• H3Tom (10/5): Perfect for a family trip - Nice. Clean. Comfortable. We had a nice two bedroom apartment. Separate living room. Kitchen with dish washer and washing machine. Nice bathroom. Some apartments have a balcony. 2 flat TV and WiFi - so you can stay connected. Public transportation in 5 min walking distance. KaDeWe a nice 20min walk away. Like it very much.
• Mark99th (8/5): Great place for a stopover in Berlin - A nice quiet hotel, not too far out of town. Have stayed here before in 2012 and came back again. Rooms are comfortable and not much noise in the area. There is a shopping centre nearby and public transport to get you around town. The staff are really nice and polite in reception and speak good English. When booking, check your email for the pin code to open the security box round the back of the building if arriving after business hours. Great place to stay for our 4 days in Berlin.

• 671kajal (8/5): Very clean, great neighborhood - At first please keep in mind that there are at least 2 Goethestrasses in Berlin so pick the correct one - we did not at first😉 Staff at the hotel is extremely kind and helpful, rooms are very clean, bathroom with toilettries, slippers. Rooms are also equipped with a vacuum, iron, kettle, toster, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, so it is perfect with kids. Neighborhood is rich in all kinds of restaurants (Italian, Greek, German, Thai, Chinese, Turkish....) with great breakfasts (eg. Eck) and other meals as well. On Saturdays there is a food market in front of the hotel with variety of fruits, veggies, cheese, meat, falafel etc. - worth visiting! The hotel is located near an U station, so generally I strongly recommend this place.
• Werner (8/5): Nice, big room - Changing from one of the hotels in central Berlin to this apartment was a real delight. Instead of the tiny rooms I became acustomed I found a large, airy room fully equipped with cooking utensils. Street markets as well as shopping malls are just around the corner.S-bahn 3 minutes walk away.
• vlp50 (10/5): Perfect stay for work & pleasure - The apartment was clean, fresh & comfortable. Location was ideal, close to many restaurants, shops & transport. The location is also in easy walking distance to Savigny Platz with more food choices. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Free use of laundry is a bonus (just need your own powder). The growers market on Saturdays is just across the road & provides wonderful fresh fruit & vegetables - the berries & cherries particularly in July. If staying for a week purchasing a weekly transport ticket is good value, you then have easy access to the buses, S Bahn (subway) & U Bahn (underground train). We visit Berlin for work annually & have stayed in different places, we will definitely stay here again.
• Narin (10/5): Unexpectedly excellent! - I need two inexpensive rooms in the west of Berlin and found these on Expedia. I can only say that for the money these rooms were truly excellent and would shame many places at double the cost. They were self-contained studio apartments with balconies. Furnishings were modern and in good condition, the apartment was spacious and clean. I don't know if they're all of the same quality but I would rate Art 'Appart as excellent and ideal for a longer stay as they have small kitchens.
• Philip (10/5): Awesome! Convenient, yet peaceful location! - Nice and spacious flats with everything you need for a short or long stay. The location is great in general, and well suited if you have something to do in the area with a number of public transportation stops nearby. Jazz clubs, good restaurants, everything is nearby. Recommended
• Kate-and-Spence (10/5): This could be home for a while! - Following a seminar in the Harz, I wanted a place to decompress for a few days, so I booked a studio apartment in Berlin at Art'Appart. While we arrived after the reception was closed, the instructions to get the key went flawlessly and we arrived to an Executive Suite apartment. Huge space, spare but comfortable. Awoke the next morning, a Saturday, to a "farmer's" market a half block away and had the most fun ever for 10 euros, buying bread, olives, sausage, and fruit for breakfast. Quiet and well-located. Supermarket and shopping nearby. A big plus for us was the free use of the laundry. All we needed to do was buy detergent.
