- sarah (3/5): - The family room however was great and if you have a large party works great. This and the location was the only thing that was worth it. We purchased two rooms, a "premium" king bed room and a family room. Upon checking in the front desk girls were extremely rude and short answered. The two gentlemen who did helped us spoke to us kindly and didn't seemed annoyed to help us check in. We had asked about the deck seating and they had originally told us 3k yen to rent. Then after arriving and asking it was 10k yen per person to use the deck. We had originally hoped to sit on the deck as a family but with 7 of us we couldn't afford another 70,000 yen after already paying 105,000 yen to stay here. The "premium " king room was subpar and basic with no premium features. The thing that really blew me away is I've traveled from Tokyo to Sasabe a few times and this was the worst and rudest service experience I have ever had. And for almost $700 usd a night, its a real shame to have such a collectively rude female staff. We will be definitely finding a new hotel for our next trip.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Koffer konnten nach Check Out noch im Hotel deponiert werden. Shuttlebus zur kostenlosen Aquarium Fähre wurde um 09.45 h angeboten Alles toll

- Jorn (9/5): Perfect voor een bezoek aan USJ - Fijne comfortabele kamer. Goede ligging wat betreft USJ Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Enorm uitgebreid ontbijt. Uitgebreider dan ik eerder zag. Ook prijzig voor Japanse begrippen. Het bed zou kingsize zijn. Zoals vaker in Japan is het normaal dat een kind bij de ouders in bed slaapt. Dan is een kingsize wel prettig. Dit bed was geen kingsize voor Europese begrippen.

- Bram (10/5): Top hotel, hier kom ik graag nog een keer - Het hotel is heel mooi. Schoon. Staff is netjes en behulpzaam. Faciliteiten zijn goed. Eten was voortreffelijk! Echt heerlijk, ik heb nog nooit zo'n lekker buffet meegemaakt. Zo vers en goede kwaliteit ingrediënten. Thema van het buffet wisselt en was dit keer "Strawberry In The City", heel leuk thema. Het uitzicht vanaf het buffet restaurant is heel mooi en het uitzicht vanaf de 14e verdieping nog mooier! We vonden het jammer om weer op doorreis te moeten gaan. Voor ons geen tegenvaller, maar voor anderen misschien wel een puntje van aandacht. Je moet even een stukje lopen naar de ingang van Universal Studios. Als je dat niet wilt zou je ook een halte de trein kunnen nemen die stopt voor de deur. Wij vonden het wandelingetje wel lekker.

- Khalef (6/5): Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel car service pas dingue ! - Propreté Le service n’est pas top à l’arrivée on a dû monter nos valises nous même ! Les coûts du restaurant de l’hôtel sont trop élevés pour un choix très restreint ! Une chambre de 3 qui est à l’origine pour 2 personnes ! Impossibilité avoir un taxi à partir de l’accueil de l’hôtel … vive Uber du coup !
