• Leah (10/5): - The like hostel was my first stop in Vietnam and I’m very glad it was:) there are really nice people, it’s very welcoming and chill. It’s also located very nicely so you can just head out and are in the middle of this vibrant city. The roof terrace is excellent:)

Super rooftop et réceptionnistes au top ! - Auberge de jeunesse bien située, avec un personnel très agréable avec Willow :) Super rooftop où l’on peut se détendre et travailler. Les dortoirs sont calmes, avec des rangements, des douches et des toilettes. Selon l’emplacement de votre chambre, ce n’est pas toujours évident de passer avec les bagages.
• Timothy (10/5): Ill be back - Great place for meeting people, secure lockers, wifi worked well just have to connect to each level your on, cute little roof top, mum cooks for the guests every few nights, great location, secure lockers, and great value, I extended my stay and the girls organised a better bed for me was much more comfortable.
• Laurens (6/5): Bad smell and no place to keep your stuff. - Nice location in the city centre. No proper place to store your luggage in the room. The locker did not work at the beginning. Next to that, the hall that went to my dorm had a very bad smell.

• Lilou (9/5): Hostel très sympathique - Emplacement parfait. L'hostel est très sympa avec un joli rooftop. Ils proposent de faire des sorties repas avec eux et de découvrir des restaurants locaux. Possibilité de réserver des activités comme un trip au delta du mekong. Personnel très sympa. Le dortoir est nettoyé tous les jours. Malheureusement les lits du haut dans les dortoirs n'ont pas de "toits" ou de quoi cacher la lumière quand elle est allumée. J'avais demandé si c'était possible d'avoir un lit du bas justement pour ne pas être dérangée par la lumière ce qui n'a pas été possible vu que le dortoir était déjà complet. Tant pis, c'est le jeux.

• Yungliang (5/5): 衛生差，有蟲叮咬，想住看看的你得帶防蟲噴霧、藥膏。 - 有廚房可以料理食物 一覺醒來發現身上多了幾拾個被蟲咬過的疱，雙手、大腿、後背等多處，光左大腿就20幾個疱，奇癢無比，很像是跳蚤叮咬，感覺衛生很差，隔了2天之後依然沒有消退。和櫃檯小姐反應，也沒有得到的回應，應該不會再來了。想來住宿的朋友，請自行斟酌。

• Jamal (5/5): Not quite as I thought - The location is decent and they offer a family style dinner to interact with other travellers, they also offer a free beer between 7-8pm. The room is a consistent 26 degrees with the AC on permanently. There is hot water and toilet roll. The staff are very friendly and there are drinks you can buy for a very fair price downstairs. The bed sheet had some stains on as soon as I got to my bed. I rented a towel and it smelt very bad, it also had some stains or dirt on it but I used it anyway to save complaining. It’s definitely a very basic or budget place to stay and really just to have somewhere safe to sleep. My bag was almost stuck in the locker as the key or lock only works on a random position.

• Kristopher (9/5): - Very good social vibes without being a party hostel, reasonably close to the main strip. Hosts are really nice and can help with sim cards, tours and busses. Family dinners some nights. Nice rooftop social area. Room was clean, comfy functional. If you don't like stairs there are a few. Photos are a bit misleading.

• Benedikt (8/5): Ich würde wieder kommen - Nettes Personal, das gerne hilft, gelegentlich organisierte Aktivitäten. Dachterrasse und kleiner Aufenthaltsbereich im Erdgeschoss. Eine Flasche Freibier zur Haply Hour. Die Locker sind ausreichend groß. Die Betten wackeln etwas und in das obere zu gelangen oder wieder herunterzuklettern ist etwas unangenehm. Die Dusche hat leider sehr wenig Wasserdruck.

• Charlotte (8/5): Great hostel - Staff were super friendly (so don't listen to any reviews who say they arent) the beds has really thick privacy curtains which was amazing and the location is also really good. My only comment would be that the sink in my room leaked a bit and the shower wasnt great but these are minor issues

• Gaétan (8/5): It was a nice stay. Very cheap and well located. The receptionist’s dog is cute :) - The location is very centrale. The receptionist’s pet is so cute. The rooms are comfortable. All good. :) I don’t know, maybe the name, I didn’t see any coffee, even if the name let us think about a coffee in the ground floor. The common area is small.

• K Zoe (10/5): A lovely, relaxing, and fun place to stay! - The people: Willow's Mom and Kate were amazing. Among other things knowing their travelers would be hard pressed to find a restaurant open Tet eve, they offered a lovely family dinner to an overflowing room of people. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The A/C was very welcome in the heat. Loved the artwork on the stairwell and the lovely common area on the roof. There could have been a bit more light available within the bed cubby.

La salle de bain n’est pas très propre et le jet d’eau de la douche est faible

• Stephen (10/5): - I have stayed at the like a few times before, whenever im in Ho chi its my go to place. Obviously with a hostel it usualy depends on the geusts at the time for the vibe. But there is somthing special about the Like its like the vibe just emits from the walls. and the staff are so freindly and genuine. If i had to make a list of the top 10 places on planet earth. The LIKE would be in there. Last but not least Willow the old wise dog who watches over the place and is possibly the source of the poisitive vibe in that building. If your a bit fat or unfit its a bit of a hike to the rooftop, just stop have a sip of the free beer, ponder on life then continue .
• Vera (9/5): Convenient and cheap stay - well thought out hostel. - Location is ace - shopping, food, beer street all on your door step. Staff present and helpful. Regular cleaning of bathrooms which was appreciated for a hostel. Nice having a separate toilet and shower to ease congestion and separate to dorm room to minimise noise, smell, and mess. Roof top with basic kitchen and chill space is great. Foyer to sit and chill also nice. Dorms are the usual pretty packed. But it’s about as good as you’ll get for the price and location so I would stay here again. Minor issue with laundry and not a deal breaker at all, but my laundry wasn’t ready the next morning as expected which held up my last morning. If my flight had been earlier it would have been problematic. Not so much the hostel fault as they outsource this to the laundromat nearby I think.

The bathroom in my room could use some improvements. The water would form a pool in the bathroom everytime someone took a shower.

• Adrian Hishow (6/5): Poor - hostel is quiet, so sleeping was not a problem. The location is also decent in terms of being fairly central. The staff was friendly, and I had no issues with them. Overall, this hostel is in serious need of a full renovation. The dorms, bathrooms, and common areas are all very run-down. Walls, floors, and installations are visibly worn, and cleanliness is a major issue. The hallways are dirty, and there was trash under nearly every bed, which strongly suggests that rooms are not cleaned properly. The bathrooms are dingy and moldy. Also, some aspects are borderline absurd. They charge extra for rooms “with a balcony,” but the balcony is extremely narrow (around 40 cm wide) and faces a wall less than half a meter away. As a result, the room is dark, and the balcony itself is essentially unusable — it mainly serves as a place to store trash and dry floor mats. In its current state, this is probably the worst building I’ve seen from the inside in all of Vietnam. With proper care and renovation, it could be much better, but as it stands, I would not return.

• S.T.S (10/5): Clean & Fun: I am very happy I chose this hostel for my first solo travelling experience - The hostels location is super central to Ho Chi Minh city. It is a 10 minute walk away from the main walking street with a buzzing nightlife. I travelled alone but the other guests there were super friendly. On my 3rd day there, I met some people (friends now) and we all went to the walking street nearby and grabbed some drinks. We came back and hung out at the rooftop until 3AM playing chess and chatting. The hostel has a super cute and introverted dog called willow. She is super friendly but she doesn't show it much. Approach her and you will instantly fall in love! The rooms were clean (bathroom cleaned 3 times a day) and smelled nice, the hotel staff and Willow's Mum were all very friendly and are always down for a chat
• Nidhi (6/5): Good location but not value for money. - The hostel is in a good location for city tours and provides good necessities like luggage storage, WiFi and laundry services. The staff was social and friendly. The room did not have enough light. It seemed dull and the lamp at my bed was not standing straight. The hostel does not have a lift so carrying heavy luggage isn't convenient. Book if you are only there with a backpack.
• Caterina (10/5): Perfetto - Tutto, la ragazza che lo gestisce è gentilissima, abbiamo avuto un powercut ma si è subito attivata portando torce, prendendo da mangiare e abbiamo giocato tutti insieme nella hall mangiando e bevendo birre in attesa che tornasse la corrente. La struttura è pulita e centrale. Nella camerata l'armadietto era nel letto, per me molto comodo! La sera vengono quasi sempre organizzate cene con tutti gli ospiti dell'ostello in qualche ristorante. Ottima la birra gratis sulla terrazza per conoscersi meglio! Nulla
