- Da silva (4/5): Recepcionista excelente! O ambiente só precisa de reparos e cuidado! - As camas limpas. O quarto em si está precisando de uma reforma. O banheiro precisa de uma reforma a banheira está bem velha. O piso está bem ruim, o frigobar bem acabado precisa de outro. E a limpeza bem ruim o piso estava cheio de cabelo por todo canto. Em fim se der uma reformada no banheiro e troca todo o piso do quarto que é bem velho e acabado, e compra móveis e eletrodomésticos novos fica bom. Aqui nos eua é tão barato essas coisas e os donos de hotéis não generalizando porque existem hotéis muitos bons. Deveriam não só ganhar dinheiro mais investir na qualidade do seus patrimônio também.

Room on second floor has (or we were not easy advice) no easy access aside from stairs. Beds, carpet, bathroom were undesirably damaged, stained, generally old and minimally clean. Sofa bed came with surprises once we opened it and there not bed sheets and pillows avalibable. Not family friendly.

- Oliver (8/5): Cheap, comfortable but not a 5 star by any stretch. - It had a 24 Hour Front desk and after an issue with a connecting flight, got there súper late but were welcomed warmly. It’s clean, It’s comfortable, it has its flaws but the price reflects that. Not a place for luxury but for a couple nights. You can’t go wrong. The breakfast included was basic. Maybe it’s just an American thing… but powdered eggs for breakfast in a hotel.

My daughter had a skin reaction and developed a rash in less than two hours we were there. I left the property in 2 hours as i was very concerned about my daughters health. See above.

The room was as described as far as amenities. Two queen beds, pull out couch. Everything we used worked at least. Short trip to some stores and restaurants. The room was worn out and not very clean. Dust and dirt in corners, and shabbiness due to age. The couch had a hole in it. There were not enough towels for the people we had booked the room for. And there were no linens or pillows for the pull out couch. AC was loud (not the end of the world but it was noisy).

The beds made us itchy, causing us to not sleep properly, the door jams and edges around the room were filthy and moldy, the bath tub was absolutely disgusting!!! I took pictures of it all. The desk and tv were dusty. Like it has sat unoccupied for a long time. Ive never stayed at a hotel that the sheets didnt smell like bleach or fresh. The pulliws, sheets, and blankets were not fresh and smelled very stale. If it wasnt for the fact I had a 3 yr old with me and it was late, I wouldve left. I will never use Quality Inn again.

- James (2/5): - We accidentally booked the wrong day for exactly one week later. We booked the hotel after we called them and asked if an early checkout was available, thus they knew we were coming in that day. When we showed up an hour later, they would not transfer the booking and forced us to forfeit the future booking fee. The manager said I should have booked directly with Quality Inn/Choice Hotels instead of Hotels.com as “They hate Hotels.com and won’t make any concessions for Hotels.com clients”. The booking rate thru Hoteks.com was $25 lower. Instead of arguing, I went ahead and booked a night, directly with the front desk manager and requested a refund. Quality Inn management at this location and choice hotels, along with the possibility of hotels.com are not refunding the unused night. Which again, was a week later, and thus the room went unused. This is extremely poor customer service and I assure you, I will not be staying at quality Inn any longer. It’s also makes me question hotels.com although they have been extremely good in the past.

Room had roaches in it & was located next to a maintenance room & the employees were in & out all day loud noise, & the hotel charged a $100 deposit to dyss as y there. My stay at the quality inn hotel airport orlando Florida was very bad experience & I don’t want to stay there ever again.

- Morgane (6/5): Un hôtel fonctionnel et abordable proche aéroport - Situation géographique proche aéroport et des chambres très abordables niveau tarifaire. Chambre assez grande et bien équipée. Le lit était confortable. Le personnel a été arrangeant sur place pour nous laisser la chambre moyenne une nuit supplémentaire jusqu'à notre vol. La propreté n'est pas toujours au RDV (beaucoup de poussière, traces de calcaire, tâches de javel sur les draps ...), baignoire assez vétuste et abîmée ... Pas d'ascenseur pour aller à l'étage (pas pratique avec des valises). Des prises USB seraient appréciées pour les voyageurs. Le petit déjeuner n'était vraiment pas bon en revanche .... Mais inclus dans le prix de la chambre.

Therefore, was able to grab a nice cup of coffee, toast and sausage. Both ladies at check in and check out were really nice! Room was cozy, just a little dark.

Have cockroaches all over in the bathroom, very stinky beds and rooms AC wasn't cooling and no cold water in the bathroom Not sure how management was keeping all these worst conditions in a hotel like that.

First got a room with leaking toilet floor all wet rm 141 Then changed to rm 106. Airconditioning ratles very loud every time it kicks of although continuous fan was selected. Plus the fridge loud hum and also kicks off with a rattle. Hard to get sleep under those conditions.
