• QI (8/5): 房间的布置很好，厨房的咖啡机和烧水壶好评，微波炉可用，烤箱开不了，洗衣机上房东还准备了洗衣粉，和很多衣架，方便长时间的旅行。交通方便，楼下就有5号和O号轻轨 - 如果能提供刀叉勺子就好了，因为房间的厨房的餐具齐全，唯独没看到刀叉勺子。

Brak informacji i instrukcji co do włączenia ogrzewania, ciepłej wody, lokalizacji bojlera.

• Luca (8/5): Soggiorno di tre giorni in ottimo appartamento - Appartamento accogliente, caldo e ben posizionato vicino alla stazione del Prater. Dotato di ogni comfort. La proprietà mi richiedeva una cauzione di 250€ nonostante le condizioni di prenotazione non la richiedessero. Dopo l'intervento di booking ed esserci chiariti con la proprietà la cauzione non è stata bloccata. Direi che su questo punto c'è stata un po' di confusione. Suggerirei di dotare la cucina di strofinacci per asciugare le stoviglie e magari dei cuscini sul letto un po' più alti.
• Anja (8/5): - Die Lage ist super, Straßenbahnhalte fast direkt vor der Tür und nur eine Haltestelle zum Praterstern. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgesttatet, vor allem der Wohn/Schlafbereich ist hübsch und großzügig. Küche hat alles was man braucht. Das Bad ist klein, reicht aber aus. Aus dem Abfluss im Bad hat es immer wieder sehr streng gerochen, was wohl an den alten Rohren liegt. Der Boiler hat immer wieder eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt, wodurch man kein Warmwasser/Heizung hatte. Das lässt sich zwar durch resetten des Boilers (Anleitung war vorhanden) einfach lösen, ist aber trotzdem ein wenig nervig, wenn man das 2-3 am Tag machen muss.
• Pirog (4/5): Disappointment. Not recommend. - Location was not bad. Very old building, not looking good at all, especially the corridors. The apartment in reality doesn’t look as good as in the pictures either. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff.

• Michael (9/5): Very nice and cosy - Very nice appartment. Well equipped. Close to some public transportation stops and the transportation in Weina is really effective. The toilet/bath room is quite packed but not so bad... Would be great if you could change the orientation there. All the rest we really liked.
• Carolina Cotelea (7/5): Stylish, good price/quality apartment - The apartment is stylish and the bed was comfortable. We liked that in the kitchen there was a dishwasher. The washing machine was also a plus. Is located close to the Prater park, which is nice. The bathroom has a bit of a sewage smell, which probably comes from the old pipes. The bathroom was also quite small. The floors were dirty, some plates and glassware also.
• Wouters (9/5): - Het herenhuis dat volledig uitgerust was. Het openbaar vervoer was enkele meters stappen. Het appartement zelf was top, alleen waren er werken aan de gang bij de verdieping onder ons.
• JEAN PIERRE (8/5): Un pied à terre pratique - Sa proximité avec les lignes de tram, de bus et de métro. Le centre de Vienne est à 15 min en transport en commun. Son calme. Le parking Volkertstrasse équipé de bornes de charge à moins de 5’ à pied. Le canapé (!)

• Sunghun (1/5): There is a security deposit that is not mentioned in the accommodation introduction, parking is not - Good location A few months ago, when I was traveling in Vienna, I had a really hard time with parking. That's why I chose this accommodation because they said there was a parking lot and I could park at the accommodation. So I made a reservation and asked the accommodation, and they told me to park 300m away. And when I asked again why the accommodation introduction screen said there was a parking lot at the accommodation, they said it was wrong information. ---There is no parking here.--- And other sites clearly state the deposit policy, but there is none here. And places that only rent apartments don't have a deposit... I don't know why it's the only one like this... After complaining to the accommodation for a week, I got a message saying they were sorry for missing the information about the deposit, and they said they would fix it, but when I checked again a few weeks later, it hasn't been fixed yet and they're just fishing for consumers.. They said they're fixing the parking issue, but they haven't fixed it yet. Accommodations like this should be given a stern warning. And when you book this accommodation, you'll be directed to a site called Arbio. And the kitchen smells bad, so be careful if you have a weak stomach. The shower room is also narrow, so larger people may find it uncomfortable.
• Ivna Poljanec (8/5): - Good location, clean Weird smell from the pipes in bathroom, like old eggs. I could hear all neighbors like they are in my apartment. Kitchen is placed like I am at the building hall. It is much smaller than in the photos
• Claire (9/5): Great - I recently spent four nights at Boutique Prater Apartments in Vienna and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was really nicely furnished and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s located in a quiet street and is just a short walk from Praterstern station, which made getting around Vienna by subway or train super easy. The host was very friendly and quick to respond whenever I had a question. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to other travelers visiting Vienna! One small thing to note: the apartment has windows facing the stairway, and since the door to the living room/bedroom is glass, I was occasionally woken up by the hallway lights at night. Other than that, everything was perfect.

It's not possible to park on site (except weekends), and parking garages are much more expensive than 5 eur/day (which was the advertised price). We tried calling the property and no one was picking up. They replied later on chat, it was inaccurate and not useful.

• Aniela (9/5): I recommend the apartment. - The apartment has great design, comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. Perfect for a couple. The only pain point was a bad smell from I supposed the drains in the bathroom.
• Jan (8/5): A great place to stay with a very welcoming host. - The appartment was well situated close to the main sights and public transport. It was also very well equipped with a sizeble kitchen, good shower and even a washing machine. Our host was very approachable and shared lots of tips on parking, public transport and good restaurant recommendations, both close to the appartment and in the city centre. Unfortunately the appartment was not equipped with airconditioning, but there was a fan, that could have been more powerful, given the very hot weather we experienced.
