• Catherine (9/5): - Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt, super aufgeteilt für 6 Erwachsene!
• Michelle (9/5): Perfect holiday accommodation in Old Town - Located centrally in the Old Town, mostly sheltered from evening noise being located opposite the Church and other apartments. Air con units in the main living area and both bedrooms, and windows provide good soundproofing. Shutters in addition to curtains help block sunlight. The small kitchen is well appointed. Washing machine in the main bathroom (we stayed one night in transit so didn’t use) however appreciated the 2nd separate toilet. Shower in main bedroom is quirky but unobtrusive. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Apartment is up 2 flights of stairs, however not difficult to manage (we had one suitcase). Jelena was amazing and very responsive. I got our flight arrival time mixed up (by 3 hours) and asked if we might be able to store our bag prior to check in. Incredibly lucky, we were able to check in early (much appreciated!) and she could not have been more helpful, despite it being peak season and super busy. The apartment has been thoughtfully updated, made good use of available space, provided excellent value for money and a most comfortable stay for myself and my 2 teenage children. Would definitely stay again. -

• Giouli (10/5): - Ήταν στην καρδιά της παλιάς πόλης. Εκπληκτική τοποθεσία. Θα ήθελα λίγο μεγαλύτερο το δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο.
• Aparna (9/5): - It was as central as it could get - Pile Gate was a few minutes walk and there are no steps to get to the apartment from Pile Gate. If you have a stroller it’s very easy. However, since the apartment is a 2nd floor walk up it’s best that each person brings a single pc of luggage that they can easily carry up. The admin and cleaning staff were extremely helpful. We were very happy with the place. The 2 flights up if you have luggage.
• Alex (10/5): Spacious at the heart of Old Town - no stairs! - Spacious 2BR IN THE HEART OF Old Town. Huge bonus, it’s not in the uplands of Old Town so no steps! Super friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended A streaming service like NETFLIX would have been lovely to have.

• Melodie (10/5): - We had a very nice stay at Dox. Close to Pile gate and you can’t beat the location. Being in old town was really great and convenient. We were able to get up early and go around the city before all the buses and cruise ships got there. So many restaurants and bars near by. The unit was clean and had plenty enough space for our family to five. The two bathrooms and small washer were very convenient to have. The beds were comfortable. Our host was really responsive and helpful.

Tout est a proximité. Je le recommande sans hésiter. Nous avions même comme compagnon l’adorable chat noir de la voisine. Il nous faisait une petite visite chaque jour.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Great location, wonderful host and a magical city. - Everything! It had all the facilities for our family. We could have cooked there but loads of cafes, restaurants, bakeries and ice cream shops a few steps away.

• Sebastien (10/5): Perfect apartment in the middle of the old town - Spacious 2 bed/2 bath. Small but perfect little kitchen. Can't beat the location. No neighbors above. So it was quiet. We were there in the winter, which might not be representative of how it might be in the summer.

It was very convenient - it is just down from the Main Street and no city steps are required except for stairs accessing the apartment on the second floor. There’s music every night from nearby restaurants but the location outweighs any negatives.

• Ann (3/5): Not worth it. - Though the location was central it was very hard to find. Tho it states 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, it’s more like 2 tandem bathrooms. You have to walk by the toilet with a smoked glass door (no lock) to get to the other one in back, which includes a wash machine. No dryer. There is no shower in the first smoked glass door bathroom area. There was another shower in one of the bedrooms. Odd layout. Couch has blankets over it-covering holes or stains? This unit was up a dirty dark staircase on the 3rd floor. Coming back the first night the stairs were pitch black- a safety hazard, but management replaced with a motion detecting bulb by the next night. Upon arrival outside the city gates, neither the host nor the cab driver warned us not to get out at the gate where there are 3 stories of steep stairs to carry your luggage down. We had to take another taxi to a more accessible gate.
• dean (10/5): - The property is just 1/2 block off of the main pedestrian mall (of course, no vehicles anywhere in the old town). Also just a few minute walk to the main old town entrance, the Pile Gate. Most activities that you might join during your stay will depart from the Pile Gate (since they can't drive into town). A great location from which to enjoy the town and join the local culture. The apartment was very clean and suited us well. Also the support from the owner was superb. highly recommended.

• Lizette (10/5): Perfect location - The location of this apartment is everything. No need to take transport as everything is within walking distance. I traveled with 6 individuals (4 adults, 2 kids) and it so accommodating to what our needs were. Nothing. Very pleased.

• Xue (9/5): We enjoyed the stay! - It is perfectly located in the heart of the old town. Very convenient to almost everywhere. A small cosy flat. There is no elevator so carrying luggages may be a little bit difficult. And the neighbor downstairs seems not quite welcome. But we understand it’s not the host’s problem. Houses in the old town need to preserve their original condition.

• Orla (9/5): Ideal location - Very nice apartment in a great location in the old town close to restaurants, bakeries, pubs, etc. Staff were very nice to deal with. Not a complaint for me personally but there are two flights of stairs up to the apartment so may not be suitable for people with physical limitations.
• Nigel (10/5): - Excellent location and spacious apartment. The owners are fantastic and organize everything for you. Really great experience overall. One slight issue is the neighbors in the adjoining apartment. Real “Karen’s” and constantly complaining!

• Sue (7/5): Excellent location, basic comfortable stay. - Good location in Old Town. Nothing fancy but ok lodging. Dated furnishing, very basic supplies. Uncomfortable pillows. I understand this is due to its location, but there are 1st set of stone stairs without railing&another set of 17 wooden stairs to reach the apt. Somewhat strange to have a glass shower inside one of bedrooms and a toilet with tiny sink in a separate room.

• Juan Carlos (10/5): - Mejor ubicación imposible. A una cuadra de la princupal calle de DBV. Asi mismo ubicado en la parte baja de la ciudad, por lo tanto tiene la ventaja que no hay que subir escaleras.
• Valerie (10/5): Friendly hosts and great location - This apartment is in an ideal location in old town. Walkable to all the main spots and then some. The hosts are very helpful and responsive to any needs that came up.
• Marjorie (7/5): We enjoyed our stay. It was very central - It was very central and within walking distance of everything. The noise on the Sunday night was really loud. In the small hours, trolleys passed by collecting and delivering to businesses.
• Rachael (8/5): Excellent location and well appointed - Location was excellent just off The Stradum. Apartment very clean and very well appointed, obviously recently fitted out. We didn't cook, but better supplied with cooking utensils than any apartment I have visited. Even the knives were sharp! Air con was effective, it was averaging 30 degrees C when we were there. We used the transfer service from and to the airport which was value for money and convenient. A bit more storage in the smaller bedroom would help. More pillows wouldn't go amiss, though I did find some late on in the holiday meant for the sofa bed in the living room. Sofa was comfortable but the two armchairs weren't particularly.

• Peggy (7/5): Overall - good stay, and easy to access property manager. - close to all Old Town attractions so noisy every night from late-night party-goers, as well as street cleaners and delivery noises. But I guess that just comes with being so centrally located. We used the pull-out sofa for a bed, but there were no curtains on the window, so daylight would wake us up earlier than we wanted. Pillows need to be washed. It was probably a little too tight of a space for 5 adults.
• Neil (9/5): Superb - Transfer organised from airport, then host met us at drop off point and escorted us to the apartment. Could not be more centrally located, but still down a quiet side street. Great apartment with all the failities you require.

• maria (10/5): Great place, no stairs in the heart of Dubrovnik! - Apartment is in perfect location, no stairs! (It’s a huge factor, especially when you carry your luggage with you) Only stairs it’s to go up in to the apartment, but not on the streets. The place is great for 4 or for 6 people, if someone sleeps in the living room. It has two absolutely separate bedrooms and a couch for 2 people in the living/dining area. Walking distance to everything!!! I would definitely stay there again on or next visit!
• Lisa (10/5): - This apartment is located in the walled city of Dubrovnik. Very cute apartment. My only complaint is that it did not have a terrace to sit out on and I don't think it mentioned the stairs. Which was fine. Beautiful location.
