• Daniel (10/5): Excellent Room, Smart TVs that are network connected so easy to use streaming if you need it. Comfortable bed and AC in - Location is brilliant. A stones throw to Charles bridge - literally - and setting you up for easy walking to Old Town or up towards the castle. Right next to a little park and a short walk to some outstanding food and drink places! Lennon Wall is 30 seconds from the property, Lokal, the pub, is 5 mins away and servers some of the best Pilsner in Prague, Gingerbread shop, Porks and many more all close by too. Nothing. Room cleaning is not done daily but on demand, which was made clear at check-in so consider that if it’s important to you.

El personal que estuvo el fin de semana fue muy agradable y atento. No hay ascensor, y eso no se advierte cuando haces la reserva, por lo que puede ser un problema para personas no tan jóvenes. No hubo nadie en la recepción durante toda nuestra estancia, y por tanto nadie que nos ayudara. En una semana de alojamiento hubiéramos preferido que nos cambiaran alguna vez las sábanas, pero solo nos cambiaron las toallas.

Piękna lokalizacja, spokojna a jednoczenie blisko mostu i dalszych atrakcji. Przepiękne pomieszczenia z duszą i stylem, przestronne i funkcjonalne. Noc przespana bez problemu, wszystko zostało mi wyjaśnione na miejscu, mogłam przechować bagaż i pozostawałam w kontakcie z obsługą. Z pewnością wrócę w innych porach roku!

• Beatrice (8/5): Très bon séjour à Prague, logement très bien situé, idéal pour un couple avec de jeunes enfants - L'emplacement était idéal juste en dessous du pont Charles, le logement était très propre, spacieux, et au calme. Les lieux à visiter étaient accessibles à pied, ou par bus/tram pas très loin. Beaucoup de bons restaurants à proximité. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le séjour. Nous avons sélectionné ce logement pour disposer de deux chambres séparées : l'une avait un lit double confortable, mais l'autre 2 lits "bateau" à lattes rigides, bien pour de jeunes enfants, mais inadaptés pour un adulte (n'étant que 2, nous avons pu compenser en empilant 2 matelas sur 1 lit). Absence de verrou sur la porte des toilettes, et la douche dans le séjour n'est pas vraiment intime non plus.
• Christoph (9/5): - Ein wunderschönes Hotel in einer absolut genialen Lage! Schöne Zimmer, gute Atmosphäre! Alles sauber Sehr zu empfehlen!!!! Ich hatte eine Reservierung für eine Parkgarage. Bei der Ankunft war niemand da (Alles wurde mit einem Türcode erledigt - was soweit OK war), ich wusste dann nicht: Wo ist meine Parkgarage, keine Adresse, keine Beschreibung wie man zu dieser Garage kommt und zu allem Überfluss kann man vor dem Haus nicht parken. D. h.: Man soll schnell wieder weg sein. Die ganze Situation war für mich ein erheblicher Stress. Das Ankommen hätte um ein vielfaches "Schöner" sein können!!!!! Schade, das ist nicht notwendig und für ein Hotel dieser Klasse unwürdig. Aber die Dame am Telefon hat gesagt, sie sieht den Bedarf zur Verbesserung. OK

• Eugene (8/5): - Fantastic location near the Charles bridge. Very nice Cafe downstairs The room was spacious but odd. Put together from pre existing spaces. A huge glass walled shower in the middle of the living room, yet no simple small bar sink. Fairly minor points given the excellent location. - I made a booking error and accidentally booked on the shoulder of high season instead of a month later as intended. Within a few days I messaged to correct this, which should have been allowed per their policy. They confirmed that this would be okay. However, when I executed the change, to my surprise, they rejected it. Eventually I was able to get the dates changed but they insisted I go outside of the normal booking system to do so. They did it this way so they could charge me the much higher in-season rate. I felt that this move was a little smarmy.

De foto’s geven een vertekend beeld van het appartement. Lijkt op de foto’s of je een grote woonkamer hebt. Een badkamer ensuite en een badkamer midden in de woonkamer. Na de eerste teleurstelling hebben we enorm genoten van het appartement. Perfect uitgangspunt.

• Paulina Julianna (9/5): Yes, yes. It was a very good choice! - Oh, it was a very good choice. I was looking for a place where I could relax, laze around, read, and listen to music in a peaceful setting, without heavy curtains, ornate bedspreads, carpets, hidden dust, tons of "Chinese" ornaments, figurines and pseudo-paintings, and other things that can be found practically everywhere in Prague, except in hostels. We enjoy sightseeing, but in a way that doesn't overwhelm us. Without the pressure of sightseeing at all costs. It should be a pleasure, not a chore. That's why our place is important to us; it allows us to escape stress and pamper ourselves in a relaxing way. Thank you to the Dvorak Residence; we were able to spend our time in Prague exactly as we hoped. Thank you! + Hot water in the shower + Peace and quiet + ​​View + White linens + Wooden floors + Discreet but courteous staff + Luggage storage during reception hours + Bedside reading lamps (an extension cord with several sockets in the living room would be useful to power chargers and a fan) + Air conditioning + Big fan These details aren't important enough to mention. The only important thing is that, for the comfort of guests (and other staff members, who should also be taken care of), it's best to avoid resolving problematic issues in front of guests, by doing so emotionally and in a foreign language. It's important to verify information yourself before questioning or checking on others (especially if it's not the guests' fault) or blaming other employees for oversights. Of course, this doesn't apply to everyone. It's important to remember that everything can always be resolved calmly and politely. There's no merit in making a problem out of simple matters. It's easy to learn. Nevertheless, we still thank all the kind young people who work here.

• Jitka (9/5): Beautiful residence in the heart of Praque - The rooms were spacious, separate bedroom, big clean bathroom with a bath tub, beautiful view to Kampa- when I opened the window in the morning it was so nice and relaxing to watch the city to wake up slowly. Staff was friendly and helpful, answered all my questions. I would definitely come again it was worth the money ( I paid nearly double price for the hotel on the same block last year.) Everything was great I would just like to have the option of including the breakfast .

Die Suite war sehr geräumig, bestehend aus zwei Zimmern + großem Bad. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein sympathisches Frühstückslokal, daneben weitere ansprechende Lokale. Der Duschkopf war defekt, kleine Mängel bei der Sauberkeit, aber weitgehend OK

• Philip (10/5): Fantastic location to base yourself for exploring this amazing City! - The Rooms was spotlessly clean and a fantastic size. We had a separate little lounge room so having that little extra space to sit on a sofa and plan out the following day was great. The bed was perfect and we had very peaceful nights. The location was absolutely perfect and we were very well based for exploring both sides of the river being literally a couple of hundred meters from Charles Bridge it was so handy. We arrived on a Sunday morning and got our keys but I wasn't aware before arriving that there was no staff onsite Mondays and Tuesdays so the little Cafe/Bistro downstairs wasn't open to get a breakfast of Coffee in the mornings but it wasn't a major big issue there was plenty of places nearby.
• Kateryna (8/5): By and large the stay was very pleasant!! - We stayed in the Petrin suite - a very cozy room with one bedroom and a living room, separated from the bedroom by a bright glazed corridor. The windows in the corridor and the bedroom window overlook the roofs of the old town - quite a nice view! The room had all the necessary amenities. I liked the presence of bathrobes, slippers and l'occitane toiletries :) Drinking bottled water and a capsule coffee maker with a kettle also came in handy. Netflix was connected to the TV and we successfully used it. The location is incredibly convenient, you can easily reach all the historical monuments of Prague on foot, but there are also many public transport stops nearby. From Kampa Island there is a wonderful view of Charles Bridge, especially at night - very romantic!! There is also a park on the island and in general it is very quiet and peaceful there in the evening - few tourists, compared to other central areas of Prague. The shower was really lacking a curtain that would separate the shower from the sink, because after using it (the shower that hangs from the ceiling, not the hand-held one), the entire bathroom was unfortunately wet. The floor in the corridor creaked a little. We stayed at the hotel from Sunday to Wednesday and only on Wednesday the bistro was open, but it wasn't a big problem and we went to have breakfast in cafes nearby, of which there are many on and near the island.
• Andrew (10/5): Excellent Place for Couples - My wife and I began our trip to Europe here in Prague and it couldn’t have gone better. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful with any needs we had. It is also only a 30-second walk to the Charles Bridge and very accessible to most major tourist attractions in the area. Would highly recommend anybody to stay here as the affordability was great as well.

You're surrounded by everything you wish to see in Prague. I'm travelling with my whippet so this is perfect with Petrin just across the street and Kampa park next to the apartment. • Elisabeth (9/5): Superb - A beautiful suite on Kampa Island. The apartment is large, the bathroom is very well equipped. 1 Minute walk to Charles Bridge. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was fine. You need to ne aware you are walking rather steep stairs up to your apartment. The bed was comfortable but somehow we both ended up with a bit of back pain.
• Courtney (9/5): We would happily return! - The location was excellent with easy access to everything. It was a quiet neighborhood, which was exactly what we wanted. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again. One thing to note is that the reception isn’t staffed 24/7, with limited hours from Thursday to Sunday. This wasn’t an issue for us, but some might find it an issue if they need assistance outside of those times.

Due to technical issues at Dvorak Hotel, our booking has been changed to Hotel Klarov and we were not disappointed about this solution: the hotel is great with huge rooms, in a good and very quiet location just outside the busy city centre at a 10 minutes walk from Charles Bridge and the Castle. The breakfast is great. A special thanks to the guy who welcomed us at check-in in a very professional manner, providing us with all the necessary information.

• Catherine (8/5): Beautiful hotel on a cosy little square . - The hotel was at a postcard location, very near the bridge and the cozy streets. The room was very beautiful and had everything that we needed. The bistro had wonderful food. The room was not cleaned during our stay. For us that is not important but maybe it is for other people. I would definitely go back to this hotel next time. Some of the staff were not so friendly but that seemed to be normal for Prague. We came across a lot of people in shops and restaurants that were not really friendly. Unfortunately there was not enough communication about checkout. We were left alone in an empty Hotel not knowing there would not be breakfast because they were closed on Monday. They did not answer the phone but I did get a message a few hours after I mailed them asking them about check out. But as l said, l would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

We are so happy we stayed at the Dvorak in Mala Strana - everything easily reachable by foot, including Old Town. Fantastic restaurants and shops right in the neighborhood. Beautiful architecture, quite romantic. Check in was super quick and easy, and the restaurant offers a delightful breakfast. Not a negative but guests should know they need to request more water and coffee in the room, as it is not refreshed daily.

• Andrew (1/5): Unfortunately, it was cut short as I felt I had been misled - It was clean and in a convenient location When I made this reservation through booking.com It was described as a suite and the last one remaining. The images available indicated accommodation of quality. I relied on this when making my reservation, only to find the actual accommodation (called Reofin) was inferior to that which I had been led to expect. There was no one available to discuss this until the following day. I stayed that first night and there was no alternative accommodation available, I decided to move elsewhere for the remaining 2 nights of my stay. As I had paid in advance, I suggested that some recompense would be appropriate. I was advised to take this up with booking.com which, however is easier said than done and hence I remain a dissatisfied customer.

• Klaus (9/5): Lovely place near the Charles Bridge - It was an amazing location. Super quiet and calm during the weekday. So accessible to a lot of things like restaurants and bus/tram stops, as well as the iconic Charles Bridge. We loved the place and will definitely be back. We arrived on the weekend, and the streets were packed. These are cobblestone streets, and from the tram location, it was a good 10-15 minute walk to the entrance. And there were so many people that we were shoulder to shoulder pushing through the crowd to get to our hotel. Also, the entrance is through a restaurant. That should be clarified because GPS took us to the side entrance (which is where you need to go through during off hours of the restaurant).

• Caitlyn (8/5): - This property is very lovely! My only complaint is there was a ton of spiders in our room, but that may be because we left the windows open to cool down the room at night. Breakfast was super yummy there and the surrounding area was very walkable and super easy!
