We had rose petals scattered on the bed and wine greeting us in celebration of our 25th anniversary trip. The host was great and easy to reach when I had questions. I had problems with the app and getting in our room. It was user error. Very happy with our stay!

Merkezi konumundan dolayı gece surekli ses oluyor bunu dikkate almanız lazım. Bizi ses cok rahatsız etmedi aksine sürekli yaşayan bi yerde konaklamak bizi iyi hissettirdi. Banyodan kötü gider kokusu geliyordu. Bu bir tık rahatsız ediciydi ama romanın eski binalarında bu kaçınılmaz olabilir.

• Angela (10/5): Ci ritornerò sicuramente è stato tutto perfetto - Posizione perfetta Stanza bella e moderna Letto comodo L host reperibile su whatsapp in qualsiasi momento e molto veloce nella risposta. Solo un consiglio ma una cosa banale, rubinetto troppo grande per la profondità del lavandino quindi quando lo apri ti bagni i piedi.

• Samuel (8/5): A recommended room in a very central area. - The Location, the size of the room, the daily maintenance/ cleaning. Management was not involved at all, a bit of a ‘cold shoulder approach , but it didn’t matter at the end of the day - all was good.
• Albian (10/5): Super service. - Wurde frühzeitig kontaktiert und nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ich etwas brauche. Man konnte mit dem Handy die Türen öffnen. So hatte jeder Beteiligte den Link und braucht keinen separaten Schlüssel. Die Tücher wurden täglich gewechselt und das Bett wurde gemacht. Super service (: Das man die Koffern nicht irgendwo sicher deponieren konnte nach dem ausschecken. Ist aber fairerweise nicht das Problem vom Vermieter. Jedoch hätte man in der Lobby etwas einrichten können, da es genügend Platz gab.

• Ashley (8/5): Central stay in Rome - The location was great being beside the Spanish steps and metro line. Also a taxi rank nearby. There is a beautiful restaurant downstairs as well for dinner. The room was a good size and offered a large comfortable bed, wardrobe, a mini fridge, TV and a decent size bathroom.

The room was very comfortable and warm, which made a big difference after long days of walking. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the location was excellent—close to major attractions and easy to get around. Overall, a very smooth and enjoyable experience. Love the service and the facilit - Initial property and room booked was out of order but the replacement was TOP NOTCH! It was huge comfy & beautiful! Nothing. It was perfect. The owner was so nice to us. This was our third year using their property during the Christmas and New Years period and we were as always very satisfied. Thankfully the online staff had given me codes for street and appartment door, so we were only locked out of rooms.
• Tanya (9/5): - The property was in a great location. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. To get into the shower you have to step onto a step and then raise your legs into the tub to shower. Travelling with an elderly parent this set up was not easy.
• Yazid (8/5): Comfortable & relaxing stay. We totally enjoyed it - It was so convenient and walkable to many attractions. The metro was 5mins away that makes this hotel valuable. Alot of cafes and restaurant. Our room was also very comfortable and cleaned daily. Great hospitality. Its not the property per se but inside the building there’s no data so it makes it quite tedious to open the main door without data as every door needs the access of internet with the link the hotel provides. But when there’s wifi its such a breeze with a click of a button online to open the room door without a keycard. The hotel made it easy for us by providing a keycode to enter. So no complains there.

• Fernando Claudio (10/5): Cuarto en el mejor punto de Piazza Spagna. - Ya es la segunda vez que paso mi estadía en Roma acá. La ubicación es perfecta a metros de la salida de la estación Piazza Spagna del metro lo que hace muy fácil llegar desde Fiumicino con equipaje. Mi lugar preferido, cerca de las mejores atracciones, todo se puede hacer caminando. Otra novedad fué la llave digital a través de una aplicación para acceder a las puertas del edificio, del apartamento y del cuarto. Todo fué impecable.

Our room was quite warm the whole trip regardless of our multiple attempts with the settings (we tried all cool settings and temps from 17-21°c over the 5 days) although the lobby area and kitchen was quite cool?

WiFi connection is therefore necessary . This wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking. Had several issues because of my foreign phone and not having WiFi connection at all times outside of the guest house. Had to call a few times to get in the building Also the Ac in my room was very loud . Mentioned that a couple of times but no solution was provided.

Being in Plaza Spagna is cool but noisy during all night. The smell in the bathroom. This is something that the property needs to fix.

• Lovre (9/5): Superb - Our stay at Youroom Carrozze was fantastic. The room was clean and the communication with Federica was quick, easy and highly appreciated! Even special requests were not a problem. The location is perfect to explore Rome: the Metro is closeby and you can go everywhere by foot. Our only negative comment: the minibar did not seem to be working.

Self check-in but without problems, every request was solved easily via phone communication. If you plan to use kitchen for cooking, then it's not allowed. There is only kettle for tea/coffee (no pot or pan), but it's still super convenient for breakfasts or simple late night meals ♥ Plenty cafes nearby.

The room was very clean but unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell coming (probably) out of the pipes at the bathroom, and I guess it was not the staff's issue, rather than the oldness' of the building. The smell was very strong and had to leave the window open at most of our stay there. I hope this problem is temporary because other than that the room is very good at an excellent location.

El baño es muy riesgoso, Las almohadas deplorables y la ropa de cama muy corriente. La calle donde está es excesivamente ruidosa toda la noche y es un basurero todas las mañanas. El servicio no se puedo esperar a Que saliéramos, presionando para q nos fuéramos y pudiera limpiar. En fin, no recomendable para nadie. Preferí pagar otro hotel que seguir allí aunque me Costo doble pero es insoportable
