- Anja (9/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder :) - Die Lage war super, wir konnten alle wichtigen Dinge wie den Vatikan, das Foro Italico und auch die Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichen; eine U Bahn Station ist aber auch nur 8min zu Fuß entfernt, die Zimmer waren freundlich und modern eingerichtet, die Gastgeberin gab uns hilfreiche Tipps für unsere Ausflüge. Das Frühstück war mit Liebe homemade gemacht, ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung wäre nett, aber für einen Kurzurlaub auch nicht zwingend erforderlich bei offenem Fenster ist es vom Verkehr her laut, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man nichts vom Verkehr und die Klimaanlage ist gut und leise

Colazione con prodotti fatti in casa. Molto facile l'accesso alla struttura. Simona estremamente gentile in ogni momento.

Jeder Morgen gibt es ein gutes Frühstück mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen und frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig, Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster ist kein Problem. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Bushaltestellen, Taxistand sowie viele Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

- Herbert (9/5): Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen in schöner Lage - Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da das Gästehaus in schöner Umgebung und abseits der Touristenmassen liegt. Und dennoch ist man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in kurzer Zeit bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir wurden von Adriana sehr freundlich empfangen und haben ihr Frühstück immer sehr genossen. Es gibt jeden Tag selbstgebackene unterschiedliche Kuchen, die uns sehr gut geschmeckt haben. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Am Abreisetag konnten wir unser Gebäck im Frühstücksraum zurücklassen, was für uns sehr angenehm und unkompliziert war, da wir einen späten Flug hatten.

- Timo (10/5): Familiäre Atmosphäre bei tollen Gastgebern in einer modernen Unterkunft in einem schönen Stadtteil. - Roberto und Simona sind hervorragende Gastgeber, die sehr viel Wert auf das persönliche Wohlergehen legen. Das Frühstück von Simona ist mit viel Liebe zubereitet und sie ist auch Sonderwünschen gegenüber sehr aufgeschlossen. Außerdem sind beide zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist sehr modern und sie sind sehr sauber. Dadurch, dass es nur sechs Zimmer gibt, wirkt alles sehr familiär. Es gibt einen kleinen Fahrstuhl, der nicht viel Platz bietet. Allerdings ist es auch kein Problem in den vierten Stock zu gehen. Obwohl die Unterkunft direkt an einem großen Kreisverkehr liegt, ist es sehr ruhig. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem schöneren Stadtteil Roms, mit guter Busanbindung. Zur Metro sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Stadt ist in 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Stadion ist ebenfalls in 30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem hat sich unser Aufenthalt hier sehr gelohnt und wir würden wieder hier buchen. Der Fahrstuhl ist sehr klein, dafür können die Gastgeber aber nichts. An der Unterkunft gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Very friendly staff and hosts. There was noise every night from apartment above sounded like chairs being scraped across the floor. This started in early hours and went on intermittently all night.

- 955veredr (10/5): A Home Away from Home in Rome - I stayed at Otto Rooms for 5 days and it was fantastic. The hotel is brand new, modern, and very clean. Simona and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful with everything I asked. I loved the atmosphere. It felt private and cozy, like a home away from home. It's location provided a peaceful and authentic experience. The photography exhibition on display was inspiring, and they change it every two months. I will definitely come back on my next trip to Rome!

- Agnieszka (10/5): Great stay – I would definitely choose it again! - Everything was perfect – starting with the location (a well-stocked hypermarket nearby), to the beautifully decorated and, most importantly, spacious room. There was plenty of space to unpack comfortably, a large bathroom, and a very comfortable shower. The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. There was no problem borrowing wine glasses for the room, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. To be honest, I didn’t have high expectations, but the variety – including homemade cakes – far exceeded them. The whole place is tastefully decorated, with great attention to detail and guest comfort – even small things like hotel slippers in the room made a difference. A wonderful stay – I highly recommend it to everyone! Everything was perfect!! 🙂
- 671emig (10/5): A clean relaxing place - Location: Prato, plaza across the Christmas market whose stalls surround a small lake. We stayed 3 nights at Otto Rooms. As you enter, you feel the soothing pleasant atmosphere with beautiful photos on the walls. This is a very relaxing place. Room: is very clean with big TV. There’s kettle for tea, a coffee pot, glass mugs, tea and coffee bags and free water canister, a condiment caddy. Bathroom is very clean. It is provided with a hair dryer, small packets of shower caps, vanity packet, mini shampoo bottle and body moisturizer. There is a bidet next to the toilet. Breakfast: served until 10 am. Your day begins with a cheerful greeting by Chef Adriana. The breakfast buffet include fresh fruits, all kinds of cake and bread including gluten free. There are cereal, breakfast condiments, milk and juice. One can order fried eggs, omelette, scrambled or boiled egg. Nereyda checked us in early, our room was ready. She’s very kind and pleasant to talk to, she’s in charge of cleaning the place. The owner Roberto was very helpful and accommodating, he let us store our luggage until we were picked up by our ride at 6 pm.
- Laura (10/5): Beautiful, modern and quality - I loved this hotel / guesthouse. I wish I was staying longer! The room has a real heater (not only an AC as most hotels in Rome have it seems), a soundproof window, it's clean, comfortable, modern and so nice to have photography, colour and great design! Also the area is more local seeming with beautiful buildings and lots of restaurants. This is where I'll stay if I return to Rome.

- Nicole (10/5): Struttura meravigliosa. - Abbiamo trovato questo alloggio per caso su booking e siamo rimasti positivamente colpiti sia dalla struttura che dalla disponibilità e gentilezza della Sig.ra Simona. La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica sia sia per chi arriva con l'auto (parcheggio lungo le vie adiacenti alla struttura) che con i mezzi pubblici (la fermata dell'autobus si trova sotto l'alloggio mentre la fermata della metropolitana a poche centinaia di metri). La struttura è ben curata, pulita ed ordinata. Per chi sceglie l'opzione con colazione troverà delle buonissime torte fatte dalla Sig.ra Adriana. Torneremo sicuramente.

Vor Allem gibt es jeden Tag eine Auswahl an frisch gebackenen Kuchen, die sehr gut schmecken. Zu laut, da das Hotel direkt am Kreisverkehr liegt. Wenn man aber das Fenster zu lässt, geht es.
- Marco (10/5): Quando la prossima? - Camera ordinata, pulita, spaziosa e con tutti i comfort essenziali: letto comodo e anche la vista non è da meno. Servizio impeccabile: sono stato accolto con il sorriso dell'host che si é premurato sin dai primi contatti che la permanenza fosse gradevole (spoiler si! 😃), mi ha mostrato ogni zona dagli spazi comuni fin dentro alla camera, fornendomi tutte le dovute indicazioni in modo molto chiaro. Nota di merito anche per la colazione di qualità e assistita da pasticcera per evetuali richieste extra Posizione strategica per me ottimale,anche se questo dipende da quali sono le esigenze. Ad ogni modo la prossimità della metro rende molto comodi gli spostamenti.

Spotless and modern, owner Roberto met us with a warm welcome and shared all the information we needed to feel at home in Roma on day 1. Simona responded promptly to my messages and Adriana, the in-house pastry chef made delicious bread to complement breakfast. There is no doubt Otto Rooms is so well-regarded and tops many ratings! Fantastic location with Metro (Lepanto) within a 10-minute walk and bus stop just outside the building to take you straight to the Vatican and Trastevere. Bravo, Roberto and team! Grazie for the most wonderful 2 days in the Emerald city. We'd certainly stay longer next time.

- jeffjH1842NO (10/5): Unique Stay - We had a great three-night stay in a corner room in this very cool B&B. Our room was spacious, modern and clean, and the breakfast each day was very good. The location is also great: a residential area far enough from the main touristy areas but still convenient to them. It’s walkable to the Vatican and an easy bus ride to other parts of town.

- R5139PJjanetc (10/5): Wonderful stay at Otto Rooms - Otto Rooms is a luxury guesthouse where is located in a very pleasant neighbourhood area with lovely bakeries, cafes and restaurants. Otto rooms it’s beautifully decorated and it’s obvious a lot of thought and talent go into the design. Our room is very pleasant and the common areas are immaculate. Breakfast is lovely, homemade every morning. We will be definitely coming back next year again :)

- dicksona396 (10/5): Excellent accommodation experience at OTTO Rooms - This guest house is located at a very convenient place, which is just having 10 min walking distance from the Metro - Lapeno Station of the Line connecting the Roma Termini. The guest house is not only a place for travelers to stay, but also a photographers’ show room with many beautiful photos. The guest house is very tidy, clean, and comfort place and having feeling of warm like at home. Providing free Still and Sparkling Water which bringing convenience to guests. I would sincerely recommend this guest house really good choice of place to stay in Rome.

They even serve nice breakfast every morning. They have very beautiful photos in the room and the hallway. Easy to find your way in the area.

We were warmly welcomed by Roberto who also provided excellent recomm - Very clean, rooms very spacious, located in a beautiful building in a lovely area, with decent restaurants nearby and close to the metro. Breakfast was ideal, including a generous buffet and coffee and eggs made to order. All delicious. The homemade cakes were a nice touch. Communication with Simona before we arrived was good and v efficient.

- Marius (7/5): Pleasant - Our stay was pleasant, we found that the closure of restaurants for dinner was an inconvience as we do not eat late lunch in the UK and most romans it at 9:00pm. There was no information regarding booking a taxi home we were stranded on New Year’s Day with an early flight. Uber did not come and there were no taxis in the square. I am Suprised we made our flight :( Resturant closures Lack of taxis on the day we departed we were not told that we had to book a taxi and there would be plenty available this was not the case.

The elegant and beautiful apartment in a top residential area. The rooms are well equipped. Have a rich homemade breakfast in a shared lounge. Thank you Simona, Roberto and Daria, and the 2 ladies for cooking breakfast and cleaning rooms. See you next year :)

Great little shops for last-minute bits. Simona couldn't be more helpful, with suggestions and kindness, breakfast was yummy and kept us going until late afternoon. Great experience, rooms were spacious, clean and there was water on tap...literally. Would highly recommend and I would certainly stay there again, tranquility away from a very bustling city.

It was located in an area that did not seem to be swarmed with tourists, which was very nice. There was a bus stop right outside of the hotel, and the Metro stop was just a short walk away. The staff was extremely helpful and provided us with everything we needed. The breakfast was wonderful, and on the days we needed to leave before breakfast was served, the staff left a tray of food in our room for us to enjoy.
