- Michael (8/5): Good location and quiet stay - The room was exactly as described. I wanted a location close to central station in the Lomo area. The stay was quiet and there were plenty of good places to eat close by.
- Hallai (2/5): Je déconseille - J’ai réservé le soir, mais en arrivent à l’hôtel déjà y’a même pas de plaque de l’hôtel, faut chercher dans l’interphone. Personne ne répond ni à l’interphone ni au téléphone. On nous a laissé dehors à 23h on a du aller chercher un autre hôtel. Service client incompétent, aucune information sur comment y accéder à l’hôtel dans la réservation. Je déconseille

- BYUNGIN (10/5): 좋은 비앤비 였네요그리구 체크인 장소는 딴데 있으니 꼭 체크하시길!! - 유럽어느 호텔가성비에 비교안될만큼 아늑하고 포근하게 잘지내다 왔네요 , 밀라노중앙역에서 10분정도 걸려요. 그리고 체크인 하는데 딴데 있어서 이거 꼭 숙지하고 가셔야되요. 저도 비앤비 처음이라서 호텔인지 알고 갔다가 30분 개고생 하다 겨우 체크인 한담에 짐을 풀었네요 암튼 전반적인거는 매우 만족이에요
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Camere ben tenute, molto pulite. A circa 10 minuti dalla stazione centrale. Pareti poco insonorizzate ( si sente tutto nell’altre stanze) e il bagno è condiviso diversamente da quanto dice la descrizione. Camere che possono andare bene per qualche giorno se non si hanno troppe pretese.

- Mauro (2/5): Mai più! - la struttura si trova vicino alla stazione,quindi se siete col treno ok, altrimenti sappiate che per arrivarci passerete in ztl quindi all'arrivo o alla partenza siete a rischio multa!arrivatesotto la struttura e non trovata la reception, dopo che vi siete Ammazzati per trovare parcheggio vi sentite dire che é a pochi minuti... Di cammino, considerate che arrivate lì in un ufficio pseudo reception (hanno più Stanze e più strutture in zona che gestiscono da questo ufficio...) considerate che siccome non é una reception della struttura stessa appunto ad una certa ora chiude! Quindi voi stanchi, senza aver fatto la doccia (si perché non siete potuto entrare in stanza ma... ri bagagli alla mano ripartiti per andare alla reception no comment) cominciate a discutere sulle politiche poco trasparenti della struttura così è solo lì... È solo dopo che é troppo tardi per rinunciarci (perché poi perdete anche i soldi!!!) vi accorgete che dovete sborsare oltre la tassa di soggiorno (benché nella app avete la dicitura tasse e oneri compresi!) e ben 8 (OTTO EURO!!) per la pulizia della stanza, ulteriori 5 euro per l'aria condizionata, ora... Dico solo che é poco onesto apparire con dei prezzie poi pretendere altro, stanza pulita ma senza aria condizionata per vergognosa richiesta! senza telecomando TV, letti singoli avvicinati (non per coppie! Sappiatelo!) finestre a vetri entra luce a tutte le ore, rumorosissima tra vicini ed altro si sente tutto, noi? non citorneremo a buonintenditor
- Marina (8/5): - Ubicación cerca de la Estación Central y parada de metro a unos 7 minutos. La habitación bien y limpia a la llegada. Como puntos negativos: cobran limpieza de habitación y ninguno de los 5 días nos la limpiaron. El aire acondicionado lo cobran a parte (5€/día) y es necesario en verano, ya que hace mucho calor en la habitación.

- Jes (10/5): - A poca distancia de la estación central y a 30 min de Porta Venezia, el alojamiento está situado cerca de la movida nocturna de Piazza Morbegno. Metro Loreto y tranvía Venini/Sauli, están muy cerca, por lo que el resto de la ciudad queda a 20/30min. Limpio y agradable. Restaurantes y supermercados en la zona.
- Moonchild (4/5): - I like the how i can walk to Central Station and the area was nice and quite.Now I do not like the fact that we had to carry our bags about 6 blocks away to get the keys then walk all the way back .My personal thought is that someone could meet us at the apt and at least let us put our bags down then even through i was tired i would have not been carrying around the bags after a long flight and walking form the station.I know it s a room but i have stayed in rooms before .But a microwave in the room or hallway would be nice,a mini fridge as we were coming to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had pick up a bottle of bubbles it would have been nice to drink it cold ,it would have been nice if they put hangers in the small closet as my husband had brought his suit and my beautiful gown and other items had to be kept in the suitcase or folded up in one of the VERY few draws,we passed and ask if we could at least get hangers and was told there is now but they usually have them in the other closes rooms,it would be nice to put more than 2 towels as we did now walk with any and was going to be there for a few days and was told if we wanted more we had to pay a fee.the pillows were so soft that we had to fold them in 2 and the mattress we truly wish they were much much fimer.Now there is a Kettle in the room which is good but you cant plug it anywhere in the room we had to plug it in the hallway and it would be nice also if they gave you a starter kit like coffee, tea,sugar,cream
