Kluczowe okazało się doskonałe położenie – zaledwie 10 minut spacerem od węzła komunikacyjnego Piazzale Roma. Bezproblemowy system kodów dostępu do obiektu, znacząco podnosi komfort pobytu. Apartament znajduje się przy tętniącym życiem Campo Santa Margherita, co pozwala poczuć lokalną atmosferę, mając sklepy i restauracje na wyciągnięcie ręki. Mimo centralnej lokalizacji, w pokoju panuje cisza, co gwarantuje spokojny odpoczynek po zwiedzaniu. Kontakt z obsługą jest sprawny (dziękuję Etienne), a wskazówki dotyczące dotarcia na miejsce niezwykle precyzyjne. • Alena (8/5): - Ubytování bylo na krátké docházkové trase z parkovacího domu St. Marco, na krásném náměstí se spoustou barů a restaurací. Za chvíli jsme byli v centru Benátek. Skvělá lokalita. Pokoj byl čistý, uklizeno, v koupelně dostatek ručníku i fen. Rychlovarná konvice a nádobí ale nevyužili jsme. S ubytováním problém nebyl, jen polštáře dost nepohodlné. Horší to bylo s hlukem z barů na náměstí. Doufali jsme, že od 23 hodin, bude po uzavírací době klid ale až do 3 hodin ráno byl neuvěřitelný řev od alkoholem opojených návštěvníků. Teprve pak nám došlo, proč jsou ve vybavení pokoje špunty do uší.

The room was comfortable (the a/c was not operational during our stay but as Europeans we do not mind and the weather in Venice was incredible), the bed comfortable as well. Full amenities and the bathroom was clean and easy to use. Etienne was quick to show us around and show us the rooms quirks and answer any questions we had. The price for the time we spent was fair.

• Bartlomiej (6/5): Wenecja - wspaniałe miasto, ludzie rewelacyjni a widoki sami zobaczcie na zdjęcia... - Najlepsza była lokalizacja - łazienka ok, właściciel okay dookoła placu same knajpy gdzie można zjeść to czego człowiek szuka w Wenecji - dojście to 10-15 min od dworca z walizkami - wspaniała baza wypadowa aby zwiedzić całą Wenecję pokoik malutki, szafy się nie domykały, klimatyzacja wyłączona ale powiedział że dopiero od maja włączają, sprzątania nie było w ciągu 5 dniowego pobytu - są to mało istotne rzeczy przynajmniej dla nas bo większość czasu i tak spędzasz na zwiedzaniu, ale jeżeli szukasz lepszego komfortu to niestety musisz poszukać czegoś lepszego

Earplugs left by the bed made my sleep in comfortable bet 100% perfect when there were more alive weekend nights outside💚 No downsides. Best possible by the price and quality balance. Been in Venice more then couple times - this place was the best.

• Manel (10/5): Parfait - Etienne est un hote très gentil et arrangeant. Le logement etait tres joli, propre et lumineux. Dans un quartier très sympa il est tres bien situé. Pas loin du "centre" et en meme temps donnant sur une placette animée par les locaux, vraiment bien pour l'immersion ! Le bar juste en bas de la fenêtre qui peut etre un peu bruyant le soir mais le logement est tres bien isolé et pour les plus sensibles il y a des bouchons d'oreilles mis à disposition

El chico fue muy simpático y atento, nos explicó todo al detalle. Hubo jaleo abajo, que nosotros cerramos las ventanas y con eso se solucionaba, pero si vais en verano el chico nos dijo que tienen el aire acondicionado roto así que lo veo más complicado... Nos dieron tapones para los oídos. Las almohadas un poco incómodas.

• Victor (10/5): A really comfortable stay in the middle of Venice. - I liked everything about this property. Booked an entire apartment which was on the third floor so I can’t speak for other rooms. It’s just awesome and cozy and stylish at the same time. It made me feel like home. Etienne is very friendly and welcoming. Easy communication as well. The location is simply perfect and I got to experience the city of Venice like a local. What else could you ask for? Yes I can easily recommend this place. I liked everything.

• Martti Raidal (10/5): - An area with a very pleasant atmosphere — the apartment overlooks the main square, where there are many restaurants and bars, and in the mornings flower, fish, and fruit stalls. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. The owner is an excellent communicator, keeps in touch, and is always ready to explain things and share information. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

• Jean (8/5): Cozy stay with a view and proximity - I like that the room was quite big with a vista to the plaza. And quite centered so you could move easely in venice. A bit noisy but that was only one time and it was because its graduation week in venice (3 weeks of graduations every day). Apart from that it was great.

• Matteo___c (8/5): Ottima scelta, consigliato. - Host molto gentile e disponibile, posizione a 15 min a piedi dalla stazione e 25 min da San Marco. Affaccio su Campo Santa Margherita. Si sentono un po’ gli schiamazzi della piazza e la camera era comunicante con un’altra e si sentivano le voci degli altri ospiti la mattina presto, ma nulla di troppo fastidioso.

• Bjørn Casper (10/5): Veldig bra sted å bo for ei uke og hyggelig vertskap! - God beliggenhet med kort veg til vaporetto, godt utstyrt kjøkken, høy standard på bad og greie praktiske løsninger på innredning. Selv om det er svært bra lydisolerte vinduer, var det en natt med mye basslyd som slo igjennom. Men med vinduene igjen er ikke støyen fra baren noe stort problem.

• Juan Manuel (9/5): Alojamiento bien situado en un entorno algo ruidoso - Buena atención. Nos recibieron antes de la hora habitual de checking para poder dejar el equipaje. La localización es buena en una plaza amplia con ambiente turístico no masificado y con varios bares y restaurantes, además de supermercado cerca. La habitación y el baño están bien. Tiene nevera y calentador de agua. Relación calidad-precio ligeramente caro. El ambiente algo ruidoso en la plaza, que no nos impidió dormir. Se agradecería que en la habitación doble, que no tiene cocina, se hubiera añadido un microondas y una cafetera.

• Sledziewska (10/5): - Pokój czysty świetna lokalizacja. Jest dużo klimatycznych barów i niedaleko sklep. Cudowny i serdeczny gospodarz. Pokój posiadał wszystkie podstawowe przybory toaletowe takie jak reczniki, suszarka ... Prywatna łazienka przy tej cenie to miły wyjątek Wenecji. Dla ludzi z małymi dziećmi może być niekomfortowo z uwagi iż na dole są bary które czynne są długo. Polecam serdecznie ten obiekt dla mnie było tam naprawdę super.

Lots of opportunity to wander around and get lost in the alleyways . Vibrant square with all of your amenities The balcony was not very accessible to anyone with any mobility issues . It manageable if you desired to use it .

• Stella612 (9/5): Una posizione perfetta per esplorare Venezia - La posizione è perfetta, si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, a 5 minuti dalla fermata del vaporetto e in generale si raggiunge a piedi ogni quartiere di Venezia con una bella passeggiata! Etienne è stato molto accogliente e ci ha illustrato tutti i servizi della stanza che era dotata anche di angolo cottura e microonde. La camera è spaziosa, il letto comodo, le finestre si affacciano sul Campo Santa Margherita, una piazza molto bella e molto frequentata anche di sera, ma le finestre sono molto insonorizzate, quindi abbiamo dormito perfettamente! Non c'è una vera nota negativa, ma l'unica cosa da dire è che specificherei che non è presente (almeno nella camera che abbiamo prenotato) un vero bidè, ma un doccino accanto al wc.

Not as touristy and near local businesses - Clean, modern facilities, in-person and friendly welcoming and staff, communicative staff, close to restaurants and businesses near university campus, everything functional, quiet, cute kitchenette. A bit of a walk from the main square so not as touristy or as crowded; more of a local vibe. Our bed was a Murphy bed so no headboard and it seemed like our pillows were wrapped in some type of crinkly plastic under the pillowcases that made noise whenever you repositioned

• Patrick (10/5): A fantastic apartment in a perfect location - The apartment is in the perfect location, not far from the train station and away from the main tourist throng. Well equipped and comfortable with good restaurants and a supermarket close by. Etienne looked after us well to make sure our stay was comfortable. The bar below can be a little noisy at night, but ear plugs were provided.

• Fiona (9/5): Perfect all round use a porter for your luggage to get there well worth it - Location and quality of accom was sensational host was fully supportive of all info required for our stay A little noisey later as you are above a bar but didn’t really bother us too much and they supply ear plugs which I said to my husband is for a reason we have adult kids so they weren’t required

Etienne met us & showed us through the property, he was very friendly & helpful. The shower & bathroom worked & the bed was comfortable. The apartment is on the first floor above a square & restaurant, so there is a lot of street noise from early in the morning until late at night. The air conditioning was not working & the windows provided both ventilation & noise when open. Even with the windows open it was still quite warm in the apartment
