- Verified traveler (6/5): Hits and misses - could be improved. - I stayed for 5 days, and despite reminder, they did not get the refrigerator fixed. The design of the shower isn’t ideal, as water will easily splash out of the shower area wetting the whole toilet. Breakfast is often crowded and not having sufficient plates and cups - I had to skip breakfast since I could not find them to have a proper breakfast. On one morning, one coffee machine broke down, one was out of milk and the last one was just having a line of people queuing for coffee. Overall, a little disappointing although room was spacious and staff were friendly.

- Abuk (10/5): - Very clean hotel, and the staffs are very helpful, accessible and knowledgeable. I had an incident where I lost my passport and credit cards and the whole team went above and beyond to help me find them. I cannot thank Freeman, the security manager and the whole team enough who made sure I was calm until I found my passport. I will be staying at this hotel the next time i visit Dubai

- Mohamed (4/5): - I visit dubai regulary and this is by far one of the worst hotel i had stayed in...first of all nobody guide me to my room then when i enter i find a phone of one of the staff inside the room then the tv was opened and the remote wasnt working and after i call for 3 times somebody came after an hour to fix it...the house keeping is totally mess they come whenever they want despite i left the cleaning sign on for the whole morning and then when i come back to the room and put no disturbing sign they finally come and knock or call and wake me up and today the clean the room and left the garbage...and finally tomorrow is my last day i asked kindly to give me only 2 hours as a late check out they tell me no only one hour....worst experience ever...to be fair rooms r ok and parking and location is good..

- amro (6/5): Ignorance - The hotel was good but: 1.the closet door was broken and stucks they tried to fix it but annoyed us more they offered to change the room it's already short stay with my old mother but later they ignored the complains. 2.we came back from long day and the room wasn't cleaned till evening time which really annoyed us. At checkout I talked to the manager he claims that our complains were not endorsed to the managment so nobody tried to complement us so it was so disappointing I have pictures of the situation but I'm not able to upload them

- Paul (10/5): Just as it claims to be - All that it claimed to be. Everything worked. Modern and clean. No frills, no fuss. Swimming pool and gym both small but never crowded the 9 days I stayed. I had a premium suite - lots of space. It suited my needs perfectly

Staff are friendly, room size is good, bed& pillows nice, clean & comfortable, some areas need extra attention, dust& little stains on desks/ table. I noticed no hair dryer in the bathroom unless it’s kept elsewhere than in bathroom. Calling operator & housekeeping, certainly needs to be improved, phone keeps ringing no answering (housekeeping) otherwise it’s good. Front desk staff are friendly & pleasant.

The check out procedure was not a good one. The hotel wanted us to pay for a day which we did not stay at the hotel (at the end of the stay). Unnecessary talks was required after which the hotel did not charge for the day that we did not stay at hotel which spoiled the whole hotel stay experience
