- Petra (8/5): Vriendelijk personeel, jammer dat de schone kamer erg klein was - Vriendelijke ontvangst, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, goede hygiëne, schone bedden De kamer was kleiner dan de foto op de site deed vermoeden, je kon maar amper om het bed heen lopen en er was in de badkamer geen afzetruimte om je toiletspullen neer te kunnen zetten ondanks dat de badkamer niet heel klein was.

- Blagovesta (8/5): Fair - The location is very convenient near Galleries Lafayette and Montmartre. The room was too small, for such a price per night, we expected a little bit more spacious room. We had no TV channels and no internet connection on the TV ( we could at least watch something on you tube) despite the staff promised us to fix the problem , it was never done.

- Ali (6/5): Great location but neglects comfort and service - Location I understand the hotel’s eco friendly approach, but it shouldn’t come at the expense of basic service. Over 4 nights, the towels were never changed and the water bottle was never replaced. Guests are apparently expected to refill it themselves at the restaurant. The hotel looks design focused but is completely impractical: there is no space in the bathroom for a toiletry bag, no moisturizer provided, only one power outlet on one side of the bed, and just USB ports on the other. Not very practical for anyone who needs to plug in more than a phone. The welcome card wasn’t even addressed to us, likely left from previous guests. A detail that says a lot about the attention to service. Reception seems virtually non existent: several calls, only voicemail, and no callback. In the end, a hotel that focuses on image and location, but neglects what really matters: comfort and service.

- Sanz (9/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Die Mitarbeiter waren ausnahmslos sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich und richtig gut. Zimmer eigentlich ganz geräumig. Der Lift war öfters während unseres Aufenthaltes defekt. Somit mussten wir über die Stiegen in den 6. Stock - aber wir nahmen es sportlich 😉

That was just perfect. A quiet little street in the middle of the city with so many cosy restaurants and coffee bars as well as many of the city's hotspots within walking distance.

Excellent hotel and amenities but above and beyond the staff exceeded everyone expectations. They are extremely helpful and friendly could not recommend the hotel high enough. Definately visiting again. The shower pressure in the room was a bit low

Zeer vriendelijk , behulpzaam personeel in het hotel . Alles proper . Spijtig , maar de “ superieure “ kamer was wel klein en slechts voorzien van basic comfort . Kleine badkamer eveneens met basic comfort . Hierdoor vind ik de 4 sterren wat overgewaardeerd .

Proximity to metro stations, Gare du Nord for the Eurostar, shopping and restaurants on the rue des Martyrs. Nice common areas. Access to a water fountain is a great touch. Breakfast is okay if you want a full breakfast before going to work. But there are many charming places to have breakfast in Paris.

Please make sure - The team was very successful, and I especially loved chatting with the Italian lady — she was incredibly sweet. The hotel’s location is excellent. On our first time in Paris, we stayed in the Champs-Élysées area and weren’t very satisfied, but this time we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for everything! Our room felt quite small for a 5-day stay; if the gentleman in charge hadn’t kindly upgraded our room, our experience wouldn’t have been this pleasant. We would like to thank him again for his kindness.
- Yevhenii (10/5): - Отличное месторасположение. Большие как для Парижа номера, неплохой завтрак . Очень отзывчивый и профессиональный персонал . Жили на нулевом этаже и в душевой не сходила нормально вода , что делило прием душа крайне некомфортным.
