Nous avons eu un problème de fuite d’eau qui a fait sauter l’électricité tard le soir, nous avons dû finalement changer de chambre. Par rapport aux hôtels du centre-ville qui rivalisent de luxe, on est là bien en-dessous, alors que les prix sont plus élevés! En outre, le spa et la salle de sport sont dans l’hôtel d’à-côté, pas pratique.

- Dane_L_Sydney (10/5): The staff make it great - We had a great stay in Villa 2 this week. Our villa was well designed and laid out perfectly for our family with 3 teenage boys. The villas are clearly ageing and starting to suffer a bit from Singapore's humidity and dampness but they are still great. But the staff at Sofitel Sentosa are really what makes the stay. Small and larger thoughts at every turn to recognise our status and to make our stay more enjoyable. When Housekeeping Manager Vivian discovered it it was our wedding anniversary she went so far out of her way to make it a fantastic night. Starting with somehow letting every staff member know of our occasion and then all wishing us well individually. MeiMei in LeBar was great each visit but especially on our big night. And then the staff at Cliff, particularly our server and his team, made for a wonderful occasion. We even had and inside section all to ourselves for a romantic dinner with thoughtful additions at every turn. I can't thank the staff enough for their care and attention and we look forward to staying again as soon as we can.

It is very secluded and quiet location but very close to main beaches if you’d like to walk down to the sea. Breakfasts are very good and generally good at this hotel was good. We had a spacious beautiful room Family suit, perfect for 2 adults and 2 or 3 children. I read some reviews about the swimming pool being shabby and needing some works, it’s not true. It looks well looked after. The swimming pool is a main feature of this hotel, it is huge and not too crowded any time we came, just perfect. Also our children loved watching peacocks all along the hotel territory that you can meet daily. There were quite a few of them. Would have been great to receive more information during check in about the beach access, restaurants available, etc. we had to ask everything ourselves later.

An extra special thank you to Meimi at Le Bar for a fabulous experience, she made us feel at home and went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after! Another special thank you to Jag at the poolside who welcomed us and gave us a few great tips on our first day. The staff at breakfast were also amazing and had memorised our coffee orders by the second day. We booked the family room and it was amazing! Having two bathrooms and seperate bedrooms as well as a lounge room meant we didn’t feel crammed in and everyone had their own space. This is a great location for exploring everything on Sentosa. The stair access to the beach is a great plus and the shuttle bus service to Resorts world and VivoCity makes getting around the island seamless and enjoyable. Overall a beautiful resort and wonderful experience!

- D2995RNstuartc (10/5): Sofitel Singapore Sentosa - This would have to be the best hotel I have stayed at in Singapore. Located on Sentosa puts you in a relaxed resort environment. The staff were amazing and friendly and very helpful, and it was a nice feeling being greeted every day in a friendly manner when going to breakfast (thank you Peter and staff) The selection for breakfast caters for everyone and the food is first class. The rooms were very spacious, tidy, and well set out and the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom facilities are perfect. I suggest using the hotel shuttle bus which runs on time which runs to the Raffles Spa then to Universal Studios and then to VivoCity where the MRT station is located. If you are a first timer to Singapore, I recommend using this service and using the MRT trains to get around Singapore is simple and very efficient. My partner and myself had the most amazing holiday here and will definitely be back very soon.

Room was not clean up properly at check in. In the end they have to make us wait until evening to be ready with another room. Housekeeping took quite some time to arrive to clean up although we had put up the make up room for a few hours. Service recovery was unsatisfactory after we feedback to them.

- andr_smM6861MK (10/5): My Wife and I's Favorite Hotel - It is hard to do this place justice with just words, but Sofitel Sentosa is my wife and I's favorite hotel. The location of this resort is incredible as there is so much to do at Sentosa, with the hotel even having stairs that you can take right to the beach. There is a shuttle that leaves around every 15 minutes from the lobby to take you to the spa/fitness center, Resorts World, and the Harbourfront MRT exit for easy access to the city. The pool here is also very large and a much needed refreshing escape from the hot/humid Singapore weather. The breakfast here at Kwee zeen might just be the best I have had at any hotel. There are so many options including a soup bar and various different cuisines that you typically do not see served for breakfast. I always woke up looking forward to having breakfast here! I also highly recommend having drinks at LeBar. The cocktails there are excellent and Jeremy is an absolute master of his craft. My wife and I remember him from our 2023 stay and he is great! There are also a lot of peacocks around Sentosa and it was really cool seeing them around along with some baby peachicks! They add a lot to the atmosphere and are special to look at. A huge part of what makes this hotel so amazing is the wonderful staff behind its day to day operations. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the concierge Daniel who was very helpful, especially to my wife who had just been injured by a not secured seat on our grab ride to the hotel. I really appreciated Daniel's attentiveness to my wife and him doing everything he could to help the situation, including providing us with a wheelchair as it was hard for her to walk after the incident. Also special thanks to Zafran and Haafizd for helping us with our luggages! We had just come from Thailand and had extra luggages that were full and heavy and they did a great job moving them and handling them carefully. Huge shoutout to the assistant front desk manager—Specially—was also so helpful and friendly upon our arrival! He was extremely welcoming and friendly to the point that I always made sure to say hello if he was in. Another shoutout to Jeremy and Lucina at LeBar! It was great seeing Jeremy again after a couple of years, he stood out from our first trip for his excellent customer service, kind personality, and strong work ethic. He is very good at what he does, and respect for always wearing a suit in Singapore's climate!! My wife and I look forward to returning hopefully sometime soon and are so grateful for all of our experiences that we have had here!

With friendly staff and good food. Despite the upgrade in room, our bathroom had many tiles that loose and came out. One of the plugs by the bedside was also not working (can’t even put the charger in). We also saw a bee/wasp(?) hive at one of the lights near the entrance into the aircon area.

We arrived at 7am after a long flight and thankfully they allowed us to use our room very quickly, although we had to pay extra for it. We were in room 436. It was spacious with an en-suite shower room. The whole room was OK if in need of refurbishments. There was a plug socket insecure etc but the worst issue was the shower floor. It was tiled with mosaic tiles which looked nice but kept coming up. After one day we had moved 20 as they were uncomfortable to stand on in the shower and some had sharp edges. Each day the loose ones were re stuck. There two chairs in the room were style over substance as neither had any padding so were uncomfortable to sit up one. Food in all restaurants and the bar was varied, had extensive vegetarian dishes and was delicious. The staff were friendly & helpful. Two in bar Jessy & Meimi especially so

We were greeted warmly and with customer service at the forefront by the luggage handlers and the concierge, who was very helpful throughout our stay. Although we arrived very early, we were accommodated with an upgrade for an extra charge (early check in), thank you to the young man at front desk who was wonderful. The suit was magnificent (Rm 455). I would also like to take this opportunity to highlight some individuals who were absolutely magnificent with the level of service and welcoming approach, all of whom are from the restaurant. Peter who greeted us early in the morning for breakfast by our formal name. He was absolutely magnificent as a Matradee, making an effort to learn our name from the very first moment; a lovely personal touch. and Alison ( breakfast again) with his magnificent shirt and great personality. In the evening from the restaurant Albert, Penny, ,Maqing and Jeffry provided warmth and fantastic service. In addition, the bus drivers who always greeted in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. - alfredn287 (10/5): A great treat for a special weekend away - My wife and I decided to return to Singapore but try something we've not done before, to stay at Sentosa and explore its surrounds. Sofitel offered a good deal, so there we went. The look of the hotel gave me some "White Lotus" vibes and the staff are friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. Our room looked over the most beautiful garden and was very clean, spacious and quiet. Turndown service was a special treat. The place looks a little dated, but I liked it as it gave me some old world feel about it. Our first dining at Kwee Zeen Restaurant was a very pleasant one with Albert hosting us to our table and chatted with us about the resort and the menu his restaurant offered. Albert look after us for dining and Peter and Nickson was our breakfasts hosts who ensured we received excellent attention. Also, look out for Meimi who took care of us at LeBar. She was most attentive and knowledgeable in her products and she had an great sense of humour. Overall, it was a great experience and something we tick off our bucket list.

They were nice to store our luggage for a couple of days while we had to travel out of Singapore Staff is nice and accommodating. - ab_n_tam (10/5): Beautiful hotel - We stayed with 2 teenagers and 2 adults in a family interconnecting room. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff (esp front door/concierge) were very friendly and professional. We arrived around 9:30pm and the restaurants had closed but the room service person went out of his way to make sure we could order food. Breakfast was really nice and location was great. You could walk down to the beach and catch a shuttle along Sentosa or bus B brought you back on the other side. Only issue we had was I had purchased a prepaid room in April. Our Disney cruise was cancelled and when I tried to cancel our trip, the Sofitel said they would not refund the money due to the version of room I purchased. This was the main reason we continued with our holiday. But when we arrived, they wanted to charge us again. I had invoices and emails showing I had paid and the app showed $0 balance, but they explained using Accor website it sends that info, but doesn’t actually charge!?! My credit card was hacked in December so I can’t get to old statements, and they took the extra money out instantly off the new cc. So… currently I’ve paid again but will be visiting the bank as soon as I am back in Australia.

The walkways around the hotel were very nice and calming. The bar in the centre was very nice. Heavy storms but the staff cleaned very fast. Concierge was really helpful. Beautiful location. loved the peacocks. Staff nice to the kids. Sofa bed was poor. Gym wasnt on site (raffle spa). Some of the signage was a bit worn (like the Deliotte university - had chops all over it). The life guard was a rude. Hallway to the room was a bit smelly.

- PUMPOP14 (10/5): Merci la Sofitel Sentosa - Booked a 4 night Mon- Fri stay Lux Escape which has a number of inclusions. Checkin had a slight wait time, possibly due to a bonus checkout of 2.00pm. However a surprise secondary upgrade to a Prestige Suite , better than any welcoming drink for sure. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished in a very handy location close to reception and concierge. Have stayed in SG a number of times, in different locations, but this offered us direct beach access down the stepped walkway, frequent easy to use shuttle, and also the existing free transport on Sentosa. Our dining was in situ at Kwe zeen, both for breakfast and dinner settings. The quality of the cuisine on offer was of a high standard, with many options available. Kudos to the Chef & team. The Resort staff are a cut above most other places of our stays, always with greetings and keen to offer first class service . Frequent attention from Jag, Peter, Meimi, Pamela, Keristy and Julie to name a few, Im sure it should include the whole resort team , thankyou so much for making our memorable stay. We came to relax, and certainly achieved that with this venture, would definetly come back again. P.S loved the fish spa

We were fortunate to have one of their newly renovated suites so everything was nice and clean. There were teething issues with new installed amenities in the bathroom, which was shared as feedback with the staff. Location of the hotel is excellent. They provide complimentary shuttle to the rest of the island, which is quite beneficial.
- CAHimanshuK (2/5): Extremely Poor Service – Zero Hospitality, Zero Care, Not a Luxury Hotel - Extremely Poor Service – Zero Hospitality, Zero Care, Not a Luxury Hotel I stayed at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa from 4th January to 8th January with my family, including two kids, along with two other families. This was without doubt the worst experience I have ever had at any so-called luxury hotel. Shocking Arrival & No Basic Hospitality After a long international journey, there was no welcome drink, no water offered, and no staff member to greet us or even ask if we needed water. This is basic hospitality, which Sofitel completely failed to deliver. We arrived as three families carrying around 10 bags. Due to congestion at the porte-cochère, our van parked 10–20 meters away. Despite this, the bellboy refused to assist and rudely told us to carry all our luggage ourselves to the reception counter. This was humiliating and unacceptable for a luxury resort. Rude, Untrained & Insensitive Staff The concierge staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They clearly do not know how to speak to guests. The worst incident occurred when my friend’s daughter fell and cut her right leg, and blood was coming out. I immediately rushed to the reception for urgent help. At the desk, there was only one staff member present, Mr. Denial. When I informed him that it was an emergency, he behaved very rudely, said he was busy with another guest, and showed no urgency or concern. Even after finishing with the other guest, he did not ask what the emergency was or whether the child needed help. This level of insensitivity during a medical emergency is completely unacceptable. No Drinking Water in Rooms There were no complimentary water bottles provided in the room. Guests are expected to drink tap water from the bathroom, which is shocking—especially when staying with children. Missing Essential Facilities • No gym inside the hotel; guests must walk 15 minutes or depend on a shuttle every 30 minutes. • Not family-friendly: no kids’ activity area, no engagement for children. • No Indian food options, making dining difficult for families. Poor Maintenance & Overpricing The pool and outdoor areas are broken and poorly maintained. Despite charging premium prices, the hotel offers absolutely no value for money. This property is overpriced, poorly managed, and completely fails luxury hospitality standards. My personal experience was very bad, and I would strongly advise families—especially those with kids—to avoid this hotel.

Sam at the hotel entrance was warm and welcoming and Don at the reception made the check-in process smooth and efficient. There is a fish spa in this hotel which is a casual, complimentary activity located outdoors next to LeBar. It is a small fish pond where you can dip your feet in and let the small fishes nibble at the dead skin on your feet, creating a mild exfoliation effect and a uniquely ticklish sensation. It is novel, light-hearted addition to the resort experience. We dined at The Cliff, where Wilson and Emma were attentive and professional. The food was served promptly and was enjoyable. We were especially appreciative of the complimentary chocolate cake provided for my son’s birthday — a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. The bar offered a lovely evening ambience and redeeming our drink vouchers there as Accor plus members was a relaxing experience. The hotel’s landscaping and decorative features are lovely and thoughtfully maintained, though we did notice a few cobwebs on top of a lighted lamp just outside Le Bar; addressing such small details could make the overall impression even more polished. The room was quiet and serene, surrounded by lush greenery, and the sound of birds enhanced the resort-like atmosphere. We also appreciated the in-room amenities, including the complimentary Nespresso coffee machine and TWG tea, which added a nice touch of comfort and convenience to our stay. The bathroom was spacious, with a very strong shower pressure, which was excellent. The design is a standout feature, particularly the colourful mosaic tiles in the shower and wet areas, which add character and visual interest compared to more conventional hotel bathrooms. That said, signs of wear and tear were noticeable, with a few tiles becoming loose. Positively, after contacting the One-Touch hotline, a mechanic arrived within 10 minutes to address the issue, demonstrating the hotel’s efficient service recovery. Requests for additional towels were also fulfilled promptly. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion provided in the rooms are from Balmain, supplied in recyclable dispensers, helping to reduce waste while still offering a premium experience. As a small suggestion, adding a bidet in the toilet could further enhance guest comfort, as this is a feature commonly found and appreciated in many hotels worldwide. Additionally, switching from bar soap to liquid or pump soap in the bathroom could be a more sustainable option, helping to reduce wastage while maintaining guest convenience. The shuttle bus service was another highlight — it operates very punctually every 15 minutes from 7am to 11:30pm and provides convenient access to HarbourFront Exit D, which is directly connected to VivoCity with a wide variety of dining and shopping options. The drivers were also consistently courteous and friendly. One minor drawback was that the lift at Peace wing made a noticeable creaky sound when closing, which could be a bit startling at first. While it didn’t affect functionality, a smoother closing would improve the overall feel. Overall, while certain areas of the hotel would benefit from refurbishment as they feel slightly dated, the charm, location and attentive service clearly reflect the hotel’s strong potential. With thoughtful upgrades and ongoing maintenance, Sofitel Sentosa could once again fully showcase its elegance and remain a standout resort destination.

- Tomas (5/5): - Good size rooms, good breakfast, good size pool The resort is in a need for renovation. The pool have seen better days and so does the decking near the pool. The rooms had missing door noobs and the lights attached to the beds were loose or just haning with the wire exposed.
- Jason (4/5): It was very pleasure, but over priced - The hotel was very beautiful, and the surrounding grounds have great potential. The staff were consistently lovely and accommodating. I was disappointed by the number of additional charges applied at the end of our stay, which we were not made aware of beforehand. These unexpected costs amounted to close to $1,000. We also received very little guidance from the hotel regarding getting around Singapore or recommendations for places to see and things to do during our stay. In addition, the property appears to require general upkeep and maintenance. Some garden areas were overgrown with weeds, internal walls were in need of repairing and repainting, and the room décor felt dated and due for a refresh.

- Emma (4/5): Dissapointing facilities - The room was very spacious with great size bathroom. The food at the buffet was amazing and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The property was actually quite old and not well maintained in the communal areas. The pool chairs were well worn and uncomfortable, need replacing. The grass area are overgrown and have random old cheap furniture no one will ever use. All the tiles around the pool are stained and dirty. The gym is attached to raffles so not in the actual Sofitel hotel and requires a buggy to get to. We paid nearly $900 per night to stay here and I think with the state it’s in, is worth half that price. The shangri la down the road is cheaper and properly maintained.
- Inspire49530822051 (10/5): LOVELY RESORT - We recently spent 2 weeks at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort and Spa and enjoyed every minute. The rooms were a good size and very clean, the facilities were lovely and the regular shuttle to the MRT and VivoCity Shopping Centre was particularly convenient. While all staff were always helpful and friendly, we would particularly mention concierge Daniel, pool manager Alson and Maître d Peter whose hospitality ensured our holiday was exceptional.

- Abid (1/5): Disappointing - Rooms are dated and old - feel like 20 years old. Needs major refurbishment. Four issues I encountered during my stay: 1) Room Quality: The rooms were outdated and did not meet my expectations considering the amount I paid for a hotel of this caliber. 2) Service: For a 5-star hotel, the room service was disappointing. I had to make multiple calls just to inquire about the wait time for fresh towels. When they finally arrived, the towels had stains on them. 3) Car Parking: The biggest drawback of this hotel is the parking situation. The parking area is open and prone to debris and sticky residue falling on your vehicle. I strongly advise against using this parking space. 4) Transport to Universal Studios: While the hotel provided a bus service to Universal Studios, it was only one-way. They dropped us off, but there was no return service, forcing us to find our own way back to the hotel. For a 5-star hotel in close proximity, this felt like a significant oversight. A 3-star hotel might get away with such a service, but I didn't expect it from a 5-star establishment.

Staffs are - Pet friendly and all the restaurants’s outdoor seating are pet friendly. Room needs maintenance. Can see the day curtains are not clean. The shower room have a faint sewage smell. Some of the mosaic tiles have come off. In room dining menu was not as good as I remembered from my last visit about 2 years ago.

Hotel ambience made this a wonderful experience. The highlight of this stay was the fish spa! Loved it. The pool was lovely and deep for swimming as well.
- Aneesa (8/5): I loved the location and grounds of this hotel. But it’s just not what it used to be! - I’ve stayed numerous times at Sofitel Sentosa. I love the location and the grounds of the hotel. The pool area needs the seating upgraded. The pool lounges etc are all looking tired. Excellent breakfast buffet but again outdoor seating is tired and aging. I stayed on two seperate occasions over two weeks. Both times we did not have hot water when we showered. I complained politely and was asked…did I want a technician to look at it OR what time did I shower OR I need to run the hot water for 10-15 minutes for it to heat up! Almost as though my expectation of a hot or even warm shower was unreasonable. And honestly ….run the water for 15 minutes prior to showering! At a minimum of $600 a night you need to do better. I also find the front reception staff to have little or no charm to them. In comparison the concierge gentleman were consistently professional & charming. The courtesy bus driver refused to take the two of us with our suitcases from the Harbour Front station then drove off with a completely empty bus!
- 741estia (10/5): Relaxing Resort Stay - We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! The staff were friendly and accommodating—special thanks to Peter, Julie, Albert, Penny, and Alvin for their excellent dinner service. The resort is clean and beautiful, with peacocks roaming the grounds. Our family prestige suite was spotless and very spacious. In the common area though, some furniture could use an update. Great location with ocean views from the restaurant and a convenient hotel shuttle to HarbourFront MRT and VivoCity every 15 minutes. We also took the shuttle bus to Universal Studio and Resort World. Loved the swimming pool and the unique fish pond experience. Highly recommended!
