• Florina (10/5): - It is very close to the bus station. And also until the U-Bahn there are only 5 stations or 20 minutes of walking. It is close to a lot of market and you can easily arrive to Allianz Arena or the city center. The room was very spacious, very clean and pretty, with all the necessary stuff. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. They can also allow you to keep your baggage in case you came earlier or you want to leave the city later. I have stayed for 4 days and everything was perfect. I strongly recommend this hotel. One of the cutest I have ever been in.

• Regina (8/5): Mercure Hotel als Konferenz-Location - Im Rahmen einer 3-tägigen Seminar-Veranstaltung im Hotel war ich vor Ort. Das Zimmer war genau so wie beschrieben. Die Verpflegung während der Veranstaltung und das Frühstücksbuffet waren hervorragend. Das Personal war professionell, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dies möchte ich nicht als Kritik am Hotel an sich schreiben. Leider war im Konferenzraum die Klimaanlage ausgefallen, sodass es im Raum recht warm und die Luft trotz geöffneter Fenster schlecht war. Dieser Umstand sorgte dafür, dass sich die Teilnehmer schlecht konzentrieren konnten. Es war sicherlich wegen des 1.-Mai-Wochenende keine Firma bereit, den Fehler zu beheben.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Der Duschumsteller (Schalter zum Umstellen von der Badewannenarmatur zum Duschkopf) hat in dem Zimmer leider nicht funktioniert!
