- Stefani Vitoria (8/5): - É uma acomodação padrão do japão, a localização é ótimo, muito próximo a um ponto turístico e na cara da estação. não gostamos que coisas que costumam ficar já no banheiro e a disposição no quarto, se transformou em responsabilidade do hóspede no saguão, como pasta de dente, escovas, e outros produtos... em outros hotéis também tínhamos no quarto o pijama, nesse deveria solicitar/ alugar.

- chii (8/5): とても良かった。また宿泊したいと思いました。 - スタッフさんの対応が良かったです。 部屋は若干狭いですが、ツインルームをとれば気にならないと思います。（当日は満室で取れませんでした。） 何より立地が良かったです。 空港行きのバス停はホテルの真ん前にありますし、地下鉄に降りる入口もすぐそばにあったので、二日目は雨に降られましたがあまり濡れることがなかったです。 特にここ！というところはありませんが、部屋の広さがもう少しあるとなお快適だと思いました。 荷物が多い方は、ツインルームを選ばれた方が良いと思います。

- Anna Ricky Ota (5/5): - Hotel pulito, offrono vari prodotti di skin care e in posizione comoda con la metro, per chi ama il caos di mille locali, gente, ecc. è una buona posizione. Cuscini comodi Camera minuscolissima, bisognava fare i turni per passare tra il letto e la scrivania. Colazione si andava a farla nel ristorante "italiano " sotto l'hotel ed era davvero pessima. Prodotti di qualità bassissima, locale datato e polveroso. La reception alle 22 (!) chiude gli unici posti dove si può andare a sedersi un attimo magari per leggere (visto che in camera non si riesce a stare nemmeno in piedi).

Namba yasaka Shrine, Nipponbashi & Shinsabashi shopping strees are also at walking distance. Station is right outside the hotel. Staff are very helpful.

- Doris (10/5): If I go back to Osaka, I would stay here again (3rd stay in one year) - The breakfast is like Mom's kitchen, cooks with the heart, good meal to start the busy day full if adventure 😋 I understand check in time is 3pm. But we (both senior over 70's) were there over 2 hours but they let all others came in after us and younger than us getting the rooms before us!! Even I asked twice less than 15 minutes before 3pm and was told 3pm is the check in time. Is our room really not ready before 3pm?????

Also there is a Familymart on the first floor. Room was a bit smaller than other hotels we have stayed at under this chain. Window was fogged glass so no view. That being said the price was great.

The room smelled musty, and even though it's a smoke-free zone, it seemed like someone had smoked there previously. The sheets smelled the same. For the price, they could do better.

Impossible de voir dehors. - ascenseur capricieux. Il faut souvent monter et descendre tout l'immeuble 3 fois avant d'arriver à l'étage voulu.
