• Martyn (9/5): A lovely and pleasant stay here at The Mira Hong Kong - To be honest, this hotel wasn't my first choice. I initially chose to stay at Park Hotel but upon review, I didn't like the alley it was located in so I upgraded (at a higher cost) to The Mira Hong Kong. The location of this hotel is excellent, smack bang on the very popular Nathan Road. You are just a walk away from the main attractions, like Temple Street night market, Victoria Harbour with its Star Ferry and a whole host of tourist attractions. If you need public transport then the Metro station is close by. The hotel itself, though costing me 'an arm and a leg' for 6 nights is very good. I love the spacious room and the very comfortable large double bed and pillows. I got a really comfortable night's sleep. The room comes with a large screen T.V with some English speaking channels. Also, a safe, office desk area with swivel chair and suitcase table for easy luggage access. The bathroom/vanity area is kitted out with grey marble tiles and has an electronic 'misting' glass screen for privacy if travelling with others. The room has plenty of sockets and you can switch the lighting to suit your mood. The view from the room I had was great. I didn't have breakfast here so I can't comment on what it's like. Please check other reviews. There is also Check-in was quick and staff here are very nice and acommodating. My overall opinion is, despite the higher cost of staying here, this is a lovely hotel to stay at. Well, It's hard to fault the hotel as such. I've already mentioned the high cost of the hotel which is one thing. The other is that I had a bit of a headache getting my deposit back. Several messages back and forth to the hotel and finally through Booking.com's official 'unexpected payment' portal. This, I was told by Booking.com should not have been taken from me. So, please be sure to check that you get your deposit if indeed it is taken but you should not be paying any more than what is stated as the 'final price' on Booking.com website.

• Road39351036818 (10/5): A Design Hotel That Actually Cares 2 Nights of Quiet Luxury in Tsim Sha Tsui - Honestly, I came to The Mira with medium expectations another “design hotel” on Nathan Road, how different could it be? Turns out, quite a lot. We stayed 2 nights with my wife and little daughter, and from the moment our taxi pulled up at the Mira Place entrance on Nathan Road, the tone for the whole stay was already set. The doorman didn’t wait for us to struggle. My suitcase was heavy (overpacked, my fault), and before I could even reach for it he already had it off the curb and onto the trolley. Small thing, but you feel it. Walked into the lobby and it was spotless properly spotless, not just “hotel clean.” The whole ground floor has this dark, sleek, almost fashion-boutique vibe. Check-in was quick and warm, not robotic. We took the lift up to the 3rd floor and the corridor itself already felt like a statement moody lighting, clean lines, zero hotel smell. Then the room. Wow. The layout plays with glass partitions between the bedroom and bathroom (you can see the TV from the bathtub, which my wife thought was genius) and the marble in the bathroom is the real kind, not printed panels. I’m a detail person, so I checked: plenty of power outlets and USB points around the desk and bedside, smart toilet with proper electronics, rainfall shower + handheld + a deep soaking tub, and lighting you can actually dim for sleep vs work. The work desk has a real task chair (felt like an Aeron), so I managed to answer emails comfortably something most “lifestyle” hotels get wrong. The tech is where The Mira shows off without being annoying. 4K TV with Chromecast built in, Bose Bluetooth speaker on the console, and fast free Wi-Fi. My daughter immediately wanted YouTube Kids and before I could even figure out the casting instructions, the staff member who walked us in offered to help and patiently set it up on my phone until it worked on the TV. That kind of initiative is rare Another moment that stuck with me: the in room drinking water comes in aluminium cans (nice sustainability touch, no single use plastic). I asked for a few extra and they sent up more than I asked for, within minutes, with a smile. Every staff member I crossed housekeeping, bellman, front desk genuinely looked happy to help. Not the scripted kind. The real kind. What I Loved • Location right on Nathan Road, 3 min walk to MTR Tsim Sha Tsui • Genuinely modern, design-forward rooms that still feel calm • Tech done right (Chromecast, Bose, smart toilet, plenty of outlets) • Staff that anticipate instead of react • Quiet room despite the busy street excellent soundproofing Minor Notes • Room layout with glass wall to bathroom is cool but may not suit shy travelers • TST is lively, so expect some foot traffic outside not a hotel issue Bottom Line The Mira delivered exactly what a Design Hotels property should personality, detail, and a team that treats you like a returning guest on day one. We’ll be back, and next time for longer.

The hotel’s location is also fantastic—there’s everything you need nearby. I liked everything overall, but I think the bathroom needs to be renovated at this time. I requested a deep clean of the shower area on my second day, and while it improved slightly, the sewer smell keeps coming back after a day or two. It seems like the underlying issue is the sewer odor rather than just cleanliness.

• Karen (10/5): We would stay at this hotel again. - Check-in was no problem at all. We were able to store our luggage until our room was ready. The elevator was very good. The room was well prepared. there was only a minor issue which the staff easily fixed. the room also provided a hot spot machine we could bring outside the hotel and use their complimentery wifi. They had other electronics available we didn't need but the hot spot machine was a real plus. I would've liked to have a reasonably priced breakfast restaurant on the premises. And the light switches were amazing in the room but would like the bedside lighting to be more user friendly. Since we came in early and the rooms weren't ready, I would've preferred they bring up our stored luggage in our room before we got back. We enjoyed the bathroom immensely but the tub faucet was difficult to manuever.

It’s not easy to balance festive energy with attentive service, but Ted and his team did so effortlessly. Thank you for making our Chinese New Year celebration such a pleasant and memorable one. We will certainly be back and would happily recommend this place for family gatherings and festive occasions.

• aldrinibikini (10/5): A Memorable Stay at The Mira - My friends and I had an amazing time at The Mira! The rooms we got were spacious and offered a beautiful view of Kowloon Park. The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable. We also loved that we could Chromecast streaming apps from our phones to the TV, which made relaxing in the room even better. We also tried the pool on the fifth floor. Dipping into the jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. One of the best features of this hotel is that it is connected to Don Quijote. For someone who loves Japan’s Don Quijote, this was definitely a huge win for us! Lastly, a huge shoutout to the amazing staff. Everyone was very courteous and accommodating. They gladly handled our slightly “unusual” requests and always delivered. I just wish I had remembered more of their names. Unfortunately, there was one unpleasant encounter. Nga from the breakfast buffet restaurant came across as hostile when I politely asked her to prepare three orders of truffle scrambled eggs. She seemed irritated, either because I ordered three portions or because I requested that they be served on one plate. I was genuinely confused and surprised by her reaction. It was a small bump in an otherwise wonderful stay. Nevertheless, despite this, we still had a fantastic time and will definitely return when we visit Hong Kong again!

• alexandrenU2241ZD (8/5): Perfect stay at the Mira Hotel Kowloon - We had an excellent stay at the Mira Hotel. The room and service were perfect. The pool was also lovely. Our only complaint is the noise coming from the ballroom; for our next stay, we won't choose the 17th floor. Despite this minor inconvenience, the experience was very good. The central location is perfect for sightseeing and exploring. I hope we'll return.
• yuhong (8/5): 地理位置很好推荐 - 地理位置优越，下楼就是商铺。 酒店应该和平台信息一致，预定的时候显示房间有一张双人床和两张单人床。可是预订成功后，只显示一张床双人床或者两张单人床。ok，我接受这些，我们多付款加了一张床，但完全没办法睡人，是一条一条的弹簧床，床铺也没有铺很厚。没办法睡人。因为是妈妈带俩孩子出行，还没办法多开一个房间分开。只能凑活过了一夜。

• Maria (6/5): - Location, very courteous, helpful and friendly staff, helped us get taxi, kept our luggage before check in and after check-out, nice big lobby convenient to wait for our ride, good beds and pillows. Nice direct access to Don Donki. Design of bathroom was bad, faucet control was separate from the faucet in a small cubby hole in the counter that did not drain, soap dish location was also awkward and did not drain. This made it hard to clean as shown by black moldy stains. Shower door did not seal well and shower floor was slippery, I slid and bumped myself on shower stall glass. This is a safety issue. Elevators were tiny.
