Beka (10/5): Clean hotel, good location, communicative staff. - Hotel is very clean, receptionists were very helpful, rooms were so informative about rules and recommendations. Receptionists used to handle situations even if they were busy, I can remember when they could not answer my call and they called me back and asked what I needed. Location is good, not very central, but in a calm area, which is easily reachable from downtown by bus and metro. I asked them and they let me have late check-out with no charge. I liked their English, speaking like native speakers. The only thing, I dod not like is that I think, there were no disposable slippers (hotel slippers), or there were and I could not find. Finally, I had my slippers and used them. I have no idea about the possible reason of not placing slippers in a room.

69Traveltraveltravel (4/5): 4 stars??? No way - The company had reserved rooms for us in this hotel. While the place already looked used from outside, it didn't improve when entering it. If they think it's English style, well, then it is outdated English style. Only at the end of the check-in I was told that the internet didn't work since the morning and that they were waiting for a technician to come (NB: a colleagues staying at the same place told me that the Internet hadn't been working for several days). My room had a new door, the rest of the interior was outdated. Breakfast was ok (maybe the staff could come to the table to ask you what you'd like to drink rather than staying at the bar with their cell phones). Gym? 0 Pool? 0.

Jeanette (8/5): it was good value for a city like milan - Breakfast wasnt included but i paid for it as it was a good variety and it had a good selection of gluten free products which is important to me as it is hard to find in italy the bar closed too early we would have liked a drink after a long day of sightseeing

Every day they left us coffee cups, and never replenished our coffee pods so not quite sure why they bothered to leave the cups on the coffee machine. As a morning lover, I did not like that at all.

There is definitely no soundproof for the walls, the neighbours were very noisy and we could not sleep at times. The check in was later than shown on Booking but the check out was exactly at 11:00 am, reception called us to leave as we were literally checking the room before leaving.

Olivekon (8/5): Good quality for cheap price - We had a lovely time at this Hotel! Our room was on the 11th floor so we had a lovely view of the city. Our room was a very good size for 2 people, the bed was big and the room had plenty of storage. The bathroom was a bit old fashioned but the shower had a good pressure and the mirror was big. The toilet seat was slightly broken but it didn’t bother us enough to get it changed. Only other annoying thing about the room was they only had Italian channels which is understandable but at least one English channel would have been nice. The staff were super attentive and helpful. The only other thing that let the hotel down was the breakfast, it was scrambled eggs, chicken hot dogs and bacon for the hot food, all of which were not tasty at all. The rest of the breakfast was your standard continental food’s cheeses, pastries, ham, muffins. The only other slightly annoying thing was that the hotel was about a 14 minute walk from the train station however considering the value for this money of this hotel my partner and I didn’t mind too much but I think next time we might stay a little close to the city centre. All in all I would recommend this hotel to stay in you want somewhere nice and not too expensive

I needed a taxi to the airport, they helped and made a reservation for a taxi to the airport in the morning. Unfortunately, the bathroom from my room was really outdated.. It wouldn't be a problem if it wouldn't show it through mould on the bathroom tiles.. As soon as I put my hand on the tap from the sink, it just broke down, but I announced it at the reception, and they sent someone to repair it immediately, so it's okay!

Mariana (5/5): Passable - We arrived by car and it was realy easy to find a free parking place near by the hotel. We didn't use a hotel parking that costs 18 Euro per day. The double bed was very large. This hotel is a 3 star level and definatly not four. Very old, a lot of things in the room are out of use and broken (a closet doors for example and noisy air conditioner). We put a "don't disturb" on a door outside but our room was cleaned despite this. Very far from a tourist area.

Giovanni (8/5): Good for a short stay - Good for a short stay, especially if you don’t have many demands. The room was overall great and the bathroom well equipped. Nice and helpful staff. Not very close to the Metro. Didn’t like the bathtub. A/C not working. The curtains didn’t close very well.

Hannah (9/5): Relaxing and comfortable - The location was easy to get to the centre. Easy access to buses and the tube within walking distance. The area was quiet. One morning we could hear the TV noise from another room. Guess it was loud enough to hear it and we were quiet in the morning. Not too noisy to complain about.

Renata (8/5): Very good - We had a problem with our window (didn't close) and they changed our room without problems. The noise. The doors aren't very good and at 7 am the staff start the vacuum cleaning. It isn't a 4 star hotel nowadays, maybe 10 years ago, but the lingerie was clean.

L5105QWsophier (2/5): Terrible Hotel Not 4 Star! - Terrible experience. Went as a family, 2 adults and 3 children. Upgraded to this hotel as wanted a 4 star. This hotel has never seen 4 stars. Poor location, very noisy and not a great area, a fair distance from the city. Dirty hotel, outdated, wifi doesn’t work, lights in the rooms didn’t work, plug sockets didn’t work, mould in the rooms, windows open outwards on higher floors which is very unsafe for young children, no aircon, tv didn’t work, unable to get a drink or snacks over the weekend as apparently they don’t serve on weekends, breakfast was poor and had ants crawling all over the food, staff unhelpful and not friendly. Would never return and would not recommend to anyone.

Katarina (7/5): Good bed, bathroom and breakfast - The bed was great, breakfast was fine as well. Nothing extra-ordinary, but all you need for a short stay. The bathroom was very well equipped. The room was super hot and there was no way to turn off the heating. Even if it looked turned off, it was heating. The telephone in the room was not working (so no way of calling the reception).

michaelwL9099XU (8/5): Brilliant Stay! - This hotel is perfect for a group of friends - we stayed there for 3 nights in a comfortable room which was immaculate on arrival, check-in was smooth, the staff were friendly and the WiFi was good. The hotel was also quiet, but not far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The nearest metro station was about 15 minutes away, but if you don't mind walking then this is no problem whatsoever.

Chris (6/5): Comfortable place to stay, a little old and under-outfitted. - Kind staff, easy to find. Comfortable and quiet. Easy to sleep. Bathroom was old and not well-kept. The shower head pointed towards the floor and would not turn towards the middle of the shower. There was no microwave. I was led to believe breakfast was free, but it wasn't. The city tax is annoying to have to pay at the hotel. Only had one person working at the whole hotel at a time, it seemed. And she didn't know where the wine opener was (though I appreciate very much that she took the time to find it for me, and she was very kind.) neighbourhood felt a little sketchy.
Wayne (2/5): Nowhere near a 4 star hotel. Bar is not even open on the weekends. Staff terrible apart from the chef - Not too far away from the main attractions and tram stops very close Staff on reception were arrogant and RUDE. Only member of staff that was nice and actually spoke was the chef
