• Aliceiz (9/5): Second stay and very happy with it - It was my second stay here and everything was as expected. I really enjoyed the room with a balcony. It was rainy during our stay, but we still managed to have breakfast outside twice. The area is a favorite of mine in Paris. It’s quiet, with several metro stations in the walking distance and plenty of bakeries/ coffee places It’s not a deal breaker, but some renovations are needed to be done while others were done hastily. For example, there was a small hole in the wall in the hall area of the room and the other wall had patches of different color paint (I assume they were trying to cover something). The hotel is very nicely designed and as a designer myself I enjoyed it very much, but my eye was still drawn to these small things.

• Ward (8/5): Leuk design hotel in rustige omgeving - Hotel ligt in een rustige straat. Om de hoek vooral bakkers en ontbijt- lunchtentjes. Ook leuk dat er drie dagen per week een marktje is op 150 meter lopen. Personeel is vriendelijk. Bed was goed, de badkamer klein maar met goede douche. Kleine kamer met klein raam. Kastruimte ook beperkt. Metro niet naast de deur.

Zu meinem Geburtstag habe ich sogar ein kostenloses Frühstück bekommen, was eine sehr schöne Überraschung war. Das Hotel war niedlich eingerichtet, sauber und das Frühstück lecker.

• Benjamin (10/5): Outstanding hotel stay near Notre Dame - Check it out! - We especially liked the locations and the style of the hotel. The staff were excellent, and the room was amazing with a phenomenal balcony view of the church. Breakfast had great offerings and the fre coffee and refillable glass bottles were a huge plus. We will be back! Had to tink on this one - only minor one was uncontrollable by the hotel - the bells of the church across the street randomly chime all the time - sometimes as many as 20+ - we got used to it after a while but it was a bit annoying at times. No complaints about the actual hotel at all :)

No recomendable si vas con valijas pues no se pueden abrir en la habitación ya que la cama la ocupa casi por completo. Y no es barato . . El desayuno aceptable pero nada del otro mundo. La habitación muy pequeña.

• DanielL784 (10/5): Stellar Location - We chose this hotel based on its location and it did not disappoint. Short walk to Notre Dame Cathedral and the Pantheon, a little bit longer walk, but we did walk to the Louvre. Also within walking distance to the underground Metro. There are endless cafés within a short, walking distance open all hours, and were not disappointed by any that we ate at. The staff was excellent no matter the day or time, our room was impeccably clean though on the small side, even though we had upgraded to a premium room, our traveling companions standard room was really small and we were glad we spent a little bit of extra to upgrade. We opted to include the petite déjeuner for €16 and it had an excellent selection of pastries, eggs, coffee, meat, cheeses, and some fruit fruits with attentive staff on duty. there was free Wi-Fi with acceptable speeds and the front desk was staffed 24 / 7. Our only real complaint did not involve the hotel itself, but rather the van that they scheduled for us for an early morning pick up to take us to the train station. This was done through a service they use that assigned a taxi according to your needs. We were two couples traveling with luggage and when we arrived to the train station, the driver told us he did not accept credit cards and wanted cash. Luckily we had enough euros but it cleaned me out. Bottom line is that this hotel provided for an extremely convenient and pleasurable stay and we would not hesitate to recommend or to stay here again ourselves.

The bathroom doorknob ( the spindle part)in room 305 was broken.

• Cam-Tu (7/5): Clean and conveinvent, but very small. - I loved how clean and new the facility was. Staff was very sweet! Held our bags when we arrived early so we could explore. The location is also great. Very walkable and the area was safe. Overall, a good stay! Room was very very small. No where to hang our wet towels after showering. The "closet" to hang our clothes was not tall enough so our clothes scrunched on the bottom. There is no bar or cafe here. It's just a corner with some tea & coffee for sale. The elevator is also very tight. You can fit two people with luggage and you'd be skin to skin.

In particular staff - especially Adam, Fabrice(?) and two other staff members, but we didn't get their names went out of their way to help us out when we had a unpleasant experience - they were professional, kind and went beyond expectations. So grateful. The hotel is a gem and we will always go back. Lovely spot, clean and comfy - free water machine (or tea or coffee- loved that.) We were a family with a few rooms, everything was absolutely fine and a good value. The balcony room was wonderful, the regular room was maybe just a bit tight on space - but that didn't bother us.

• OldWulf (10/5): Excellent base for touring the city - Not a five star hotel but deserves a five star review. Excellent communication prior to our visit, any questions answered promptly and efficiently in good English. An excellent base for touring the city, 5 minutes from the river and Notre Dame, Metro stop round the corner. Fabulous cake shops nearby. Pleasant staff ,on top of any requests for help 24 hr service. Smart breakfast room downstairs with ample choices for healthy eaters and only scrambled egg and sausages for the Full English brigade. Free tea/coffee machine . No Pool,sauna /gym malarkey. Rooms are small across the city for normal travellers but comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. You're not in Paris to stay in your room.

Metro stop just around the corner.  Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly.  I would recommend staying here. I honestly don't have any negatives about this hotel. If I had to think of something we booked a comfort room which was rather small but the kind man on reception offered us an upgrade for our second night into one of the rooms on the 5th floow which had a balconey.

• ryan (8/5): Was made to feel welcome and really enjoyed our stay. - Location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast had plenty of options, even for a vegan. The lady who took care of the breakfast went out of her way to accommodate our needs. Good quality coffee was available at all times which is a must for me. The thermostat in the room could have been fitted in an area that did not shine a light in the room at night, I had to put something over it in able to sleep. The pillows were too soft for my liking. My room was on the second floor so could hear a faint rumbling of the metro trains but this was out of the control of the hotel.

• TravellerKate8 (10/5): Litte gem of a hotel, well-located and clean - Lovely little hotel, located on a side street in a non-touristy part of the 5th, with metro and lots of good local restaurants nearby. Clean and friendly. Rooms are small but freshly renovated. Breakfast included, modest but tasty, with cheerful service. Nice lobby. We loved it and will be back. Easy access from airport CDG with RER B. The hotel is six floors with one very small elevator - not suitable for large strollers or wheelchairs. Fun open-air market nearby at Maubert, with fruit and cheese on Saturdays, flea market finds on Sunday.

It was served in attractive surroundings with great attention to detailed furnishings. The croissants and pastries were delicious. The bacon could have been a bit drier.

Close to the Metro & bus routes. 10 minutes to Notre Dame. All staff friendly & helpful. Great having free coffee/ tea & bottled water. Very small criticism: shower head difficult to adjust to suitable angle.
