She was welcoming and informative and the apartment was beautiful and comfortable with lots of items which made the stay even nicer - tea, coffee, milk, shower gel. Made check in super easy and gave us super helpful advice for the city. There’s great transport links into the centre and not far from local supermarkets. Really appreciate that she messages on WhatsApp ahead of time to ensure she’s around for checkin and checkout Nothing we had a great nights sleep and a great experience exploring Milan.

The landlady was very helpful, and it was easy to arrange both an early check-in and a late check-out. If I visit Milan in the future, I will definitely try to stay with this host again. Silvia helped us with everything we didn’t know and gave us all the advice we needed.

• Atmos (10/5): ottima posizione, molto curato, pulito e silenzioso, host molto gentile e disponibile. - Struttura comodissima per me, a due passi da dove dovevo andare. Host gentile e disponibile. Struttura sita in un contesto molto tranquillo. Parcheggio esterno pubblico a pagamento, oppure a circa 200 mt è presente un parcheggio multipiano a pagamento custodito. Nella struttura abbiamo alcune stanze molto ben arredate e comode, con bagno privato, un bollitore in camera, con diverse bustine per te o tisane, frutta o qualche snack. Poi troviamo una sala comune con cucina, angolo cottura e frigorifero. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, in un contesto silenzioso e rilassante. Sicuramente riutilizzerò questa struttura per le mie future necessità lavorative in zona. sicuramente consigliato

Silvia è stata molto educata, accogliente e ci ha dato preziosi consigli su come muoverci per il posto. Noi siamo andati per un concerto all’ippodromo ed è stato super comodo: 15 minuti a piedi. Nous sommes dans la ville, mais avons la sensation que nous ne sommes pas dans la ville ! J'adore. Facilement accessible car à côté d'une place centrale de Milan, Piazza Firenze. On trouve facilement à proximité : transports en commun, magasin bio, boulangerie, café, restaurant, marché, taxi, etc. Encore un tout grand merci à notre hôte Sylvia et son fils pour votre acceuil, conseils, service et symphatie ! C'est un excellent endroit et tu nous communique ta joie de partager. Je garde précieusement cette adresse pour mes recommandations et prochaines escapades à Milan.

The room and the common area were very comfortable and clean and tidy. From here you can quickly get to the center with the nearby tram. The motorized blinds in the rooms proved to be very useful. I really liked our stay here! :) I highly recommend it!

She met us at the door to let us store the luggages as we arrived early around 9am. She texted us when the room was ready. The fridge is stocked with milk and fruits daily. Coffee machine, sweet treats in the dry pantry with microwave and conventional ovens to rewarm pre-packed meals. Clearly labelled the chargeable drinks kept in the fridge. Feel at home for being able to use the common living room which is bright and airy. The apartment was spotless. The balcony was cosy at night. The room was well lit and everthing was functional. A charging port at each bed. An electric kettle was provided but the tap water seemed to be a bit alkaline. We used bottled water to make hot drinks. Short walking distance from bus service 90, 91 that goes to Milano centrale. About 1.3km from Mico Milano congressi convention centre and Portello train station near city life mall. There is tram line nearby but we didnt get to take tram this time for frequent drizzle during our trip. Useful maps and info on nearby amenities are placed in the living room. At least 3 supermarkets and many eateries including a Chinese nearby. The neighbourhood was quiet with mostly condominiums around the area. Excellent recycling initiatives at the pantry cum living room! Lift landing at every floor and ramp at the front entrance of the condo building for the luggages or wheelchair. Nothing actually

• Timea (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment has a large, well equipped kitchen/ dining room with a sunlit balcony. The rooms are accessible from here.. It's all very clean and quiet. The hostess is really friendly and helpful, baking cakes and leaving them on the table for all to share, like a present from a caring mother 😀 I found the bed too soft, but that's a minor thing.

There’s a very nice coffee machine and daily supply of coffee and milk with some pastries. Very basic. No luggage rack. We went during the fashion week and ended up paying 540€ for 3 nights. • Greg (10/5): Excellent; would certainly book again. - Location: several miles from the Milano Centrale station but it isn't a problem because the bus #91 from the station drops you off about 200 meters from the apartment building. Room: adequate size; quite quiet-very little street noise. Shared kitchen area was large and well furnished. Five min. walk to mall/huge supermarket. The real big plus for this property is the manager--Silvia. She is every bit as outstanding as the reviews we read had indicated: speaks very good English, VERY willing to be of help with everything, esp. w/ getting around, directions, suggestions, etc. Can't think of anything
• Martin (2/5): Never will go back. - Nothing really. It was far away from the center. We only found out on arrival that we would share the apartment with 2 or 3 other parties. For 200€ a night rather unexpectedly. In particular since I checked the text very carefully and this was not mentioned. Also not that the owner would kind of live in the shared living room and try to talk to you whenever you came or left. If she was not entering your private room for obscure reasons.

The kitchen has everything you need and there was even some complimentary food in the fridge for us. Silvia, the hostess, was very nice, she met us in the lobby with the keys and explained everything. It was very easy to communicate with her if needed. Excellent supermarket very close to the property. Special thanks to Silvia for the wonderful cakes that she presented to us during our stay. Wi-fi was weak sometimes. The host was really nice and helpful. Although all the other rooms were booked, there wasn't as much noises as it could have been and the nights were relatively quiet. I especially liked the water bottles we found on our bedsides. Everything was great. The bed were maybe a bit uncomfortable and small, even though me and my friend are short people. I'd guess it would be very uncomfortable for someone who needs more space.

Shared kitchen, so if that's a minus for you, you need to be aware, however we managed to not see and hear anyone in our 3 days stay so it didn't feel shares. There's some snacks available provided by the host, and an expresso machine filled with coffee every morning so you have the morning coffee covered. The bed is large, comfortable, the bathroom spot clean, we had heat, hot water and anything we needed. The host was available when needed, gave us recommendations regarding where to go and where to eat. Place was close to different bus and tram stations so the distance wasn't an issue. Overall everything was great, would recommend.

It is well connected with a city centre (tram no.1)and you can explore surroundings (The City Life district) just by walking.The basic breakfast is provided (self service, coffee, bread and biscuits) and there is a fridge and basic kitchen utensils.The owner of the property was very nice and helpfull and we learnt a lot about Miláno and got very useful information and tips about the city and its life.
