Прекрасний персонал румсервіса, який допоміг з вечерею в дуже пізній час. Хороша звукоізоляція. 1. При реєстрації намагались зняти плату за готель, хоча готель був оплачений. Потім вибачались, що це випадково, 3 рази хотіли зняти з моєї карти 1700 євро. Дуже дивно... 2. Дуже скудний сніданок.

La struttura è situata in una posizione centralissima, perfetta per esplorare comodamente le meraviglie di Parigi a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici. La pulizia della stanza è stata impeccabile, ogni dettaglio curato con attenzione e raffinatezza. L’ambiente elegante e silenzioso ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e rilassante. Un ringraziamento speciale va allo staff, sempre sorridente, cordiale e disponibile, in primis Paul, ma soprattutto alla manager Bruna Auditore, il vero cuore pulsante dell’hotel: la sua gentilezza, professionalità e attenzione verso gli ospiti sono davvero rare e fanno la differenza. Ci si sente accolti e coccolati in ogni momento. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca un soggiorno di qualità, in un ambiente elegante, pulito e con un servizio davvero eccellente.

Комната была прекрасная, смутила только раковина в прихожей). Завтраки были отличные, очень вкусное яйцо Бенедектин и выпечка. Персонал очень дружелюбный и компетентный. Когда моя дочь заболела, консьерж вызвал врача, который пришел через 15 минут, и потом принесли нам лекарства из аптеки. С удовольствием вернемся сюда еще раз! Нет
• Tariyel (10/5): - I liked the Service and Personnel. It is on very good level. Especially thanks to Martin and Paul for their hospitality, professionalism and high level service. Rooms and Beds are comfortable. Location also good. Rooms are a bit small and washing basin location is in the corridor. Also we did not like the Restaurant "Dos almas" at the Hotel lobby. The welcoming / reception guy was rude (in the evening shift). Breakfast was "ok", not fabulous or very good.

• Meltem (8/5): Cute boutique hotel by Avenue Montaigne - The hotel was at the center just a minute away from Avenue Montaigne and all the shops and of course Eiffel Tower.. the staff was very nice and friendly! Clean, descent room. The breakfast was not good so we always had it at L’Avenue. We had our room at the fifth floor but still noise was coming from the street.. the gym is very small and not useful..

I was charged £15 Euro as using the minibar, I hadn't. What I did do was bring my complimentary glass of wine at the Lobby up to my room. This was a shock.

Todos extremamente gentis e nos ajudaram muito com o idioma. O café da manhã é incrível e Eduardo nos atendeu muito bem! Uma gentileza imensa, nos sentimos muito cuidadas. Eu estava comemorando meus 40 anos e minha mãe celebrando a primeira estadia em Paris, um sonho sendo realizado depois de 50 anos! Foi lindo! Nos deixaram um presente no quarto, uma champanhe deliciosa e um bolo de chocolate, junto de um cartão com uma mensagem LINDA! Me senti acolhida e muito feliz! Só a agradecer todo o carinho dessa equipe maravilhosa!

A luxury item was stolen from my room and the hotel didn’t take the responsibility until I mentioned that I will write a review. But in the end, they compensated me for the price of the item that was stolen. Also it doesn't deserve a 5-star rating.
