• Cael (10/5): Great! - Great relocation, clean rooms, good price and nice staff. Great affordable place to stay when visiting Hanoi. The location is right excellent with the old quarter being right outside your door. Would stay again.
• bobby (8/5): My dream came true ! - Fantastic location for exploring The Old Quarter, I easily walked everywhere I hoped to see, and the hotel staff were more than helpful ! Thank you I'm so sorry but I fell in love with everything Vietnamese,. I can't complain for anything, weather, hospitality, food it was all 10 out of 10 !
• Zilvinas (3/5): - very beautiful girl at the reception When booking it was called "Deluxe Twin room". Half of the sockets were not working. In the morning the electricity went out. Then cold water. They said the electrician would come in 5 minutes. We moved out after 13 p.m., but there was neither an electrician nor water. Soundproofing - 0. A great place for nitties and masochists.

• ELLIE (1/5): Dirty, rude and rotten food in the fridge - Awful - don’t stay here. We stayed one night and left early in the morning to get the bus to Ninh Binh. The hotel was disgusting. The room was full of mosquitoes, it was mouldy and dirty. The bed had weird stains and some previous guests food was rotten in the fridge. No soundproofing from the main road either so we couldn’t sleep. I thought I had payed online through booking.com and the receptionist didn’t ask for payment because she was watching tik tok videos. Then later that morning she began messaging me about payment on WhatsApp. I explained I had contacted Booking.com to charge my card. She then rang me multiple times and messaged me Asking me to ask a Vietnamese person to send the money which I’m not comfortable doing. She continued to harass me and call me back to back even when asked her to only contact me via booking.com and to stop calling my phone via her personal number. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Номер пыльный. Моют только пол. В шкафчиках на вентиляторе пылище. Полотенце дали одно дырявое второе грязное. Отель у дороги. Поэтому очень шумно с улицы. Взяли этот отель только из-за расположения и цены.

Friendly staff Shower area is small but the shower itself is great. Can be noisy due to being on main street but manageable with earplugs

Khach sạn có thang máy, phòng sạch sẽ nhỏ xinh xắn, điều hòa mới mát lanh, phòng vệ sinh khép kín đủ công năng. Vị trí thuận tiện đón xe bus đi mọi nơi Sapa hay Halong, Ninh Bình.... Chúng tôi thích nhất ở đây la tầng 1của khách sạn có phục vụ đồ uống và ăn nhẹ giá rất binh dân Với tình hình suy thoái kinh tế như hiện nay thì lụa chọn ở kháchh san giá rẻ, phục vụ tôt ngay trung tâm thành phố như vậy rất hiếm. Chúng tôi sẽ quay lại vào tháng 10 này nhé Hanoi Asia. LOVE YOU ALL

• Mino (1/5): Dissapointing and unprofessional - It what somewhat convent between traveling and had an elevator. Usually in Vietnam you make your booking and pay in cash at the property on arrival. My booking was for one night 27.03.25-28.03.25. I made the booking a month in advance and was surprised that the payment was taken out of my bank account on the 02.03.25. I assumed this was noted by the staff as they did not ask for payment when we arrived and check in was smooth. The next day after checking out, they called me saying I had not payed. I provided a bank statement showing that the money had been taken from my account. They said they had not received it, apologized, then proceeded to try and take the full amount AGAIN from my account, multiple times. Then when I argued they canceled my booking on this app to try and break contact. Very unprofessional and money hungry. Cannot keep track of their own booking system and will over charge. Walls were stained and cracked. Unsure whether it was mold or not. Right next to a main road was constant traffic the whole night.

• Hayley (6/5): Great staff - We had an overnight train booked to Sa Pa, so needed a room for the day. The hotel is in a good location, the room was clean & appropriate for what we needed for the day. The ladies that worked on the front desk & at the cafe were lovely and very helpful. The hallway outside the room had an ashtray and a number of other people staying would smoke there, meaning the room would smell of smoke. The air conditioner in the room was old & weak.
• David (4/5): Next to main road, very noisy, didn't sleep well - The staff were excellent. They contacted us early to advise us how to avoid overpaying for our taxi, they did our laundry in record time, and organised our bus to Cat Ba. Location - right next to a main road with constant honking all night so we slept horribly. The room itself was quite small and not that clean. The aircon was dripping and not cold, which they fixed, then it started spitting out ice later.

The noise level was very high - the airco in our rooms (we had 2 on different floors) went every 1-1.5 hour off and it became super hot. Waking up, switching it on till next time - the shower is sooooo small, it is actually located above the toilet seat. Very uncomfortable

The beautiful lady manager is so kind she kept my luggage safely while I set off to do the ha giang loop and I was stranded upon my return with no place to go. I called her at 3 am and she offered me a room for a good price as well. Clean room with all amenities like hair dryer warm water etc. Also the assistant I forgot his name at the reception is very sweet. Very good location in Old quarter. Thank you so much for your hospitality! It gets noisy at night because it faces the highway but I didn't mind as it was easy for me to sleep after a long day of activities.

We had 2 great night there and would recommend it, although the room was a bit small, the beds were very comfortable. It was a bit small and no table or wardrobe to put my stuff or organise.

• Syliane (7/5): Good hotel staff - The hotel is in the Old center of Hanoi, but close to the road so if you are a light sleeper it might not be a good option. But the staff is really nice they try to do everything for your confort. You can do laundry with them. The shower is small but the beds are confortable.

There was dust and dirt all under the bed and around the windows. The bathroom is really small and isn’t very private. But for one night it is fine and it was still cheap so fine if you’re on a budget.
