• ANTONIOS (10/5): Heart of Athens location. 3’ walk to metro, nice views and amenities. Industrial design and a hot tub. - Good location and easy access, check in was a breeze. Amenities were perfect for longer stays as well. Unless you have the blinds down you’re visible from adjacent buildings. If you have them down you’re missing the view. Maybe mirror glasses or a mirror film could help.

• Kaman (10/5): Super verblijf op een perfecte locatie - Locatie is perfect, dichtbij de metro, eetgelegenheden en bezienswaardigheden. Alles is op loopafstand en het is een verborgen parel. Mijn vriend was jarig en ze hebben feestelijke helium ballonnen opgehangen. Heel erg attent. Modern appartement voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Ruime jacuzzi. Niet van toepassing. Leuk appartement met jacuzzi.

• Jerome (9/5): Appartement sympa pour découvrir le centre historique d'Athènes. - Appartement situé en plein cœur du centre historique d'Athènes, proche des stations de métro, commerces et restaurants. La belle vue sur l'Acropole de la terrasse. Le grand jacuzzi ainsi que la grande terrasse. La cuisine fonctionnelle avec plein de petite attention (miel, nutella etc...). La présence d'un ascenseur. La vue sur l'acropole dans la chambre (vitre de la chambre opaque & vitre du couloir sale avec des fils de tv qui pendent). Certaines prises électriques sont à refixer (fils apparents). La climatisation n'est pas très performante. La vitre de la douche est fissurée. La végétation de la terrasse est cramée.

• Nick (4/5): Other places are nicer - Local location close to everything though if you don’t like late noise stay elsewhere. We knew about the noise so that was fine. Bathroom facilities very average. Cracked glass shower screens, rotting skirting board on the shower. The spa water was disgusting with a white cloudy film in the bubbles. Blinds on the windows also were very dirty and would fall to the ground when unrolled.

• George (3/5): Very fair and upset - Location was good Excellent uninterupted view of the acropolis Kitchen facility was good The apartment self locking door mechanism was faulty and keep falling off the back of the door. The most disapointing was the condition of the doorless shower. The glass reinforced shower screens walls are extensively cracked , unsightly and in need of replacement. It appears that this has been the condition of the screens for some time. The shower floor is very slippery and is hazardous. The management provided an inadequate response to our expressed concerns (quote: in order to change the glass we need to cancel reservations and we do not want to spoil our guests vacation) As for the slippery floor they provided more floor towels. Unfortunely we are paid guests too and our stay was very uncomfortable.
• Anna (10/5): Awesome stay, If only we were there longer! - The property was brilliant, views from balcony, spa and bed exactly as pictured. Apartment had a lift , excellent security and is very well thought out. Plenty of space for a couple and even to have a couple of friends over for drinks. There is a usable small kitchenette with all required cooking utensils even though we didn’t use it. Apartment was clean , bathroom and shower massive for Greece! And the spa is a great bonus to be able to relax after sightseeing. We lived it and will definitely stay again. Owner was also kind enough to allow an extended checkout free of charge as we had a late flight out. Nothing.
• zarbouti (7/5): - Excellent location, the communication with the proprietor was great, it was clean and ready for us. There were obvious damages in various places. The lock fell off at some point and we had to put it back together, some glass in the bathroom was cracked, and in general it felt overused and undermaintained. Understandable if these damages were not fixed during the busy summer season. These issues were bot hazardous but they detracted from the overall experience.
• Amanda (9/5): It was nice to be able to relax on the terrace whilst still feeling the vibe from the local area. - Spacious and comfortable with modern decor and fantastic views from windows and terrace. Nothing that would prevent us from staying again but it is in the middle of a lively night scene area so it might not be for everyone.

However, the conditions were subpar as the air air-conditioning could not heat the unit sufficiently during our stay. Additionally, they were cleanliness issues throughout the day, including an unsanitary bathroom along with hair located throughout the unit. The view was great, but considering all of the other issues that were present, it dampened the experience of the stay. The cleanliness overall was very questionable.

The building looks terrible from the outside and the lobby of the building looks like a slum building. Perhaps that is intentional. The apt is comfortable once the guest enters. The floor is a cold hard stone-like material.

• Gordon (9/5): Great stay In Athens.. - Great location, restaurants and bars all around the apartment. Easy walking distance to the Acropolis and the town square. It is also a quick UBER trip to Edem Beach just to spend the afternoon and come back. The only thing I would mention is that the Front door entrance from the street is not very nice, but once you enter the apt and see the view its all Good.
• Nicolas (8/5): Beautiful view - The view of the Acropolis and the location. The host was very kind as well and told us a lot about the surrounding area. There was no reception, and the building where you had to enter was a bit sketchy when we first arrived. It might just be a culture difference, and there was not a single moment we felt unsafe but just something we didn't expect.

Location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything so on a Friday/Saturday night it was noisy but ear plugs worked a treat. Small price to pay to be amongst it and have the incredible view

The host was friendly and accommodative, meeting us to let us in, hand over the keys, and give instructions on how everything works.
• Lucy (7/5): 7/10 - Location good. Property was clean and tidy when we arrived. Bathroom leaks water, which ends up being very messy all over floor. The view is a side view from hot tub (not direct). And the view is through a corridor from bed. Not what I was expecting. Lift broken! Very loud street noise at night. Just be aware.

I will not be coming b - Location is great Elevator is broken and the apartment is on the third floor with a small weird shaped stairs. if you have big luggage stay away. A/C was really bad and we couldn’t sleep because it was hot in the room. The blinds doesn’t cover the sun so bring your eye mask No water in the room, only orange juice and bottle of wine
• Deyan (7/5): Great view of the Acropolies - Amazing view of the Acropolis can’t be matched! The place is a bit bashed, you can see it has been rented a lot and whilst it was nice overall it’s not what you’d expect if you were simply looking at the photos.

Couldn’t get any sleep because it was so loud! Neighbors were loud. The shower area and where the hot tub was located had a few wet slippery spots. Almost slipped a few times.

The room was spacious, the bed very comfy (on the softer side) and the shower amazing. Beautiful views of Athens from the bed, the Jacuzzi and the balcony. Loved it here Sometimes the lift didn't work, so we had to use the stairs. But when it did work, it was very handy with luggage.

Would highly recommend. - Location was in lovely little part of Athens lots for funky bars & lovely atmosphere. Apartment was so clean fresh & airy with amazing views of the acropolis & pantheon, the hot tub was a great addition. Nothing it was great.

• Damianos (10/5): A romantic Acropolis' view apartment - The apartment is beautiful with spectacular view to the Acropolis hill which you can enjoy from the bed and from the jacuzzi! The area is also very convenient, exactly in the heart of the city. I would totally recommend it!

• Angela (10/5): Amazing view from an amazing location - One of the most beautiful places I have stayed at! The apartment is very clean, modern and has all the appliances that you need. The hot tub is amazing and has a spectacular view, just like the bed. Even though the apartment has many windows, you still have al lot of privacy (which is great if you want to enjoy your view of the Acropolis while taking a bath). The host is very friendly and responds fast. He has helped me a lot by setting up (surprise) birthday balloons in our room while we were away. Great service!!! The location of the apartment is excellent, with nice restaurants and cafes in the street. Every great spot is located within walking-distance (e.g. Agora 5 minutes, Acropolis 15 minutes etc.). We explored the city by foot and it was really doable because everything is so nearby. I can highly recommend this apartment to everybody!

The amazing location (near Ancient agora, good restaurants , pub, nice coffee place, souvenir shops…) 3-4 min from Monastraki station. Modern disigned room, Jacuzzis, Acropolis view unforgettable memories for me. Nice room condition, cleanliness have all been covered by other reviewers and I totally agree that. Quite noisy, untidy street. But all of this place’s problems

• Joseph (4/5): It was borderline acceptable but not even close to "luxury". - The neighborhood is kind of scruffy. Although there were lots of bars and very loud, I was pleasantly surprised the noise did stop around 10:00 PM. The "view" in Acropolis view is definitely not what I expected. You can either look through a starnge glass wall arrangement or stand on the balcony and twist yourself to get a view of the Acropolis. The lobby of the building was very shabby.
