Las fotos fueron engañosas desde la pagina de booking, el precio era excesivo y pedi una habitacion con dos camas, asi en las opciones lo puse para 4 personas, mi esposa, mi hija de 7 años, mi hija de 6 años y yo, por lo cual me dieron una habitacion con una cama y para fumadores, el barrio donde esta el hotel es de prostitucion, no apto para mi familia, el trato de la perona en recepcion , grosera y cerrada , donde su comentario fue que no podia darme otra opcion por que lo mi habitacion que pedi ya la habia dado por error, nunca buscaron ayudarme , solo se justiticaron y me obligaron a quedarme en lo que ellos quisieron, pedi mi rembolso de la segunda noche por que obviamente no me iba a quedar ahi y no lo hicieron, mentalidad cerrada y ningun empatia por mi situacion, una disculpa exagerada no resolvio nada, dormi en el piso por que mi familia no cabia en la cama y sequedaron con mi dinero, me senti robado.

I requested for an extra pillow because the pillows weren’t firm enough but was told that they don’t have spare pillows to lend. Very sad!

• Harry (2/5): - Far too expensive for what they offer. A lost card is 9000 yen yet there is black mold on ceiling on the third and forth floor. I have had much better experiences at the hostels in Tokyo. If I could have gotten a refund I would have. This is absolutely unacceptable. The staff is also pretty unfriendly.

Was able to accommodate my family of 4 in 1 room, which is hard to find in Tokyo at this price. Friendly and helpful staff. On site laundry. Clean rooms. Very close to Akabane station. Would stay again.
